Best service and prices around! We rented a unit after our move from NY to hold the remaining contents of our home that could not squeeze into our two-bedroom apartment. Reserved our unit through the link on this Yelp page and got rates that beat any other published rate I saw. The team members in the main office were personable and helpful and we were in and out in only a few minutes. I currently just rented a 10x10 because i was in need. The unit is not a true 10x10. It's already expensive, and they rip you off with a couple of square feet. The sheet rock in my unit had wholes and dents in it to where rats can crawl through. Kind of disappointed. read more

I can not say enough how satisfied we are with this company!!! Long story short (probably not lol) my daughter moved to Orlando from NY in June. Due to some unforeseen circumstances she had to move to Pa. Her vehicle was not reliable enough to take the trip, therefore she had to store it along with a unit to store some personal items. Now, NY wants the license plates back due to an insurance issue or we'll have to pay a "civil fine" of $400. I made so many phone calls to the DMV and law enforcement to help. No help. Last resort was to try calling the storage company to see if they would kindly mail the plates to me in NY. Honestly, I was so nervous to ask this of these people, it's not their job. I make the call!! Erick answers, I explained my situation. He is very understanding and believe that they may be able to help, but would like to talk with management (Jahaira)to confirm. I'm placed on hold for a minute or two. Erick comes back and explains that they would be more then happy to get the plates in the mail for us ASAP!!! Who does that?? These people do!!!! They are fantastic!! Thank you From the bottom of my heart I also have to add that we have a moving company picking the car up tomorrow from there, we had to mail the key to them and they had no problem keeping a lookout for it so the transport company wouldn't have any problems. We were in desperate need for a drive up storage unit. Seeing that we were in a hurry he took for-ev-er to fill out whatever was needed on the computer and even took longer because he made a mistake so had to give address and credit card info again while he was conversing with the wife on the phone. That's for the - star. Got things out of storage last early Sunday and didn't get to the office as no one was there yet decided to just drive back or call to close the account. Didn't have to though! Thanks to "Janice" at their office who surprisingly called the husband which saved us a full month's rent! We were charged the day before for this month. A day after we evacuated. Just pay a small fee. Not every knows of this offer so just ask. Thanks Janice! **need help to unload at this location? I know a guy in very close proximity. He doesn't ask for a set amount. I was afraid I was going to break my back (oh sorry, my husband's back..watching him do all the heavy lifting) moving things and I just went up to him, asked him if he wanted to make money and voila!
