I searched on line for many other storage units around the area because I needed to find a cheaper storage unit than the place I was currently at, after many online applications and calls to try and find the perfect one for me, I had made a reservation at the us storage center location and was ready to see my new unit, after meeting Larry I felt 100% comfortable with the decision leaving that night. I went in getting a smaller unit than I thought, and after he giving me a tour and being so patient with each one, I finally found one I was happy with. If I didn't have Larry there I would have been stuck with a unit that would not fit my couch and other belongings, luckily he took his time to drive me to the unit and potential other ones and showed me each one and had me have my pick. I had booked a storage place and then decided to call US Storage in Stanton just to see what they could offer. I first spoke to Debbie and ​her customer service skills are incredible. She was so informative and tried​ to help in every way​ she could. They offer a truck to help you with your​ move-in which was a very much needed perk. I call the first place and canceled and decided almost immediately that I wanted to go with this place. I arrived the next day and Jacob helped me every step of the way and was extremely kind and helpful. He is such a hard worker and made everything so easy. Then at the end of a hard long day of moving in,​ I was helped by Gabby and she was very helpful. All in all, this should be the​ first choice for anyone near the area. This is the best storage place in Orange County by far! Look no where else folks, if you are looking for a great place to keep your treasures this is the best place. Debbie is the sweetest most professional manager I have ever met, she greeted us with a smile and open arms. I did not know what I needed but she able to quickly find me the right space at a good deal! The space was clean and alarmed. They sell boxes and packing stuff which is great.They use cylinder locks which she says are the safest, never had an issue. Prices are competitive but worth it!I have been using this place for years and I always feel good about having stuff here. I recommend you go see Debbie and tell your friends!! First time renting a unit anywhere had many questions but this morning when I walked in all of them were answered. Considered trying elsewhere down the street but glad I stopped by, property looks well maintained and secured definitely feel at peace knowing my belongings are in a safe place. I have worked with this facility for 4 years, just opened up a temporary unit and the manager Debbie is as nice as can be.
