We were going to rent a storage in Santa Ana but decided to stop by this one due to longer access hours. Kevin was extremely helpful, we got moved in the same day, quick and easy! Could not suggest any better place! Prices are great as well, plus alarm in a unit and free advanced lock! Very happy!

This probably the most professional cleanest self storage I've come across. Not only was Melissa extremely helpful with signing up! She gave me a tour of the facility, she assured my unit would be safe secure and climate controlled. The facility is monitored. I feel confident that I can rely on them. Also had the Liberty of meeting the facility manager Kevin. Very helpful genuine attitude. Thank you guys. Come check em out.

The staff at US Storage Centers is fantastic! They're staff goes above and beyond; Id especially like to point out the staff member Kevin for his exceptional customer service. Every interaction we had he is always upbeat and friendly. When I had a dilemma Kevin helped me to solve it. We all know how stressful and unpleasant moving can be but Kevin was able to elevate some of that stress with the use of their FREE (yup, no hourly fees or ungodly mileage charges) box truck. Overall I am very happy I chose US Storage Centers to keep my things safe, it's a clean property with an alarm system on each door and reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend. read more

Been here 3 months and easiest part of California is my storage center. Kevin is always greeting you with a smile and answering anything you need. Carts for loading unloading and locked gates for easy access. Very clean property. I won't be switching anytime soon. Great prices as well. What makes them top notch for me is I had my truck battery die today..manager was quick to assist in giving me a jump start. Great people here! read more

My husband and I were trying to find a trustworthy storage unit and its kind of like finding a trustworthy landlord, except you only really get to deal with the storage company once or twice when you sign up and move in. After that, you hopefully won't talk to them at all. You pay your rent, visit your storage unit and when you need to get something out or put something in that's all there is to it. US Storage Centers is the storage facility of Westminster. I highly recommend them. read more

The people there were so nice. And Kevin the manager was super friendly. We only had storage for a couple months while we were moving. Easy online set up. Quick and easy. Very clean place. Some storage places are kind of scary but this one was clean, well lit. I felt fine going late after work by myself. Great rates from other places I looked at. I would use them again! read more

I came in super stressed out over needing a storage unit in such a short time frame, I came in and instantly Kevin made all my worries go away. He told me he could get me the exact unit size I needed that day, gave me a tour of it, plus gave me promotions which just made my day go from terrible to just amazing. I was able to move in for much less that I thought I would've had to. I've honestly never met such a kind, responsible, and respectful employee. If I may say I believe this company and location is blessed to have this individual as your property manager. I recommend coming to this location and talking with Kevin if you are in need of a storage unit for a reasonable price and with a good, safe and secure location. read more

Us storage centers on Edwards in Westminster accommodated me at the last minute. I called ahead and made a reservation with Louise and made arrangements for use of their move in truck. Everything at the office was handled quickly, courteously and extremely professionally. The team of Louise and Angel showed excellent service. I was in and out in a minute. After calling around and comparing prices I decided on US Storage. Made reservations for the truck and two units, the morning of my move came and no reservation for any units. This could have gone very bad, luckily Kevin quickly worked it out for me and got me into a unit and on the road w the moving truck. My move was a nightmare, movers didn't show the second day and stupidly I listened to my mover the first day who told me no problem the could fit everything in the unit after I told them I needed a bigger one. Second day came, no movers and I had to scramble, Kevin got me the moving truck again and indeed I needed a larger u it, so he painlessly got me set up. Next night I couldn't find my gate code and had a truck full of last minute stuff to store and a buddy to help me, Kevin was notified by the message center that I needed my code. U expectedly I got a call from him and he saved the day. Thank s Kevin. read more

I experienced excellent service there, Angel one of the employees explained everything that I wanted to know very clearly and the property is well maintained and the ceilings in their elevators are tall which makes it very convenient for people that have couches and the lighting inside is great compared to some storage places and I would overall recommend anyone that needs a storage unit to come on down to US STORAGE Centers in Westminster. read more

This place was so great!! Kevin, the property manager, was unbelievably helpful for us!! We got there right before they closed and he took care of us like he had all the time in the world!! The storage place seems very safe and Kevin let us know all the complete features of the property! Great and safe location, and very reasonable prices as well! I love that I have my own code to the gate and the hours they are open make it very convenient for my schedule! Kevin was very quick with the whole process and made things very simple and easy for me with the whole storage process! Super easy to find, right off the highway! Kevin was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in the assisting process of my storage rental. I was not sure what size would best fit my storage needs and Kevin showed me each unit that he felt would be a perfect fit. Corporate offices of Public Storage raised our rate 40% in 4 months and after asking around will raise it continuously thereafter every quarter! Nobody tells you when you sign up that they will raise your rate up 40% or more. So why would you think as much. They wait for you to move in get everything settled and Hit you with this increase expecting you to pay it! Here is the kicker! I went online and at the same facility for a bigger unit they offered it for less than what I was paying. This Shady practice shows you they are willing to let renters go just so they can get people to pay the increase. And if they don't and you move out they do it to the next person. I will be reporting to Better Business Bureau as well as telling everyone I know never to rent from this terrible company. I called corporate office and they basically said there is nothing they can do because it's based on demand. even though I told them I see open units at the facility. It took me 10 minutes to find a storage facility closer to my home with better access hours and 25% less than what I am paying. Already confirmed with new place that they only do rate adjustments every 9 months and the maximum they have done was 9% during a high time. This is acceptable. I made a mistake in signing up with PUBLIC STORAGE but I hope this review helps others in not making the same mistake. I truly hope that public storage corporate reads this and gets their act together. I guess for now I will use my only consumer power and move!! Anyone reading this do not get TRICKED like many of us on YELP. READ all the other negative reviews about shady rate hikes!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I would have given five stars if there weren't so many surprises: -1x setup fee, -external storage property insurance required, -and the card you pay with is saved for automatic, monthly debits. There's a minimum time frame to cancel lease and auto pay. Otherwise, once monthly payment is taken there are no refunds -- you have the space for another month. Thieves entered the property and made their way to the third floor, picked the lock on our door and stole thousands of dollars of guitars, amps, a priceless record collection and many personal items. They put the lock back on. The lock was not cut and no sign of forced entry. No telling what other spaces were violated. All the looks of an inside job! Go elsewhere! We are pissed!! The property only has cameras on the outside of the building and no cameras in the elevators or interior hallways. The company is denying any responsibility for the thefts and said they will only review or release security camera footage if the police request them to do so. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! PS: don't forget to tip your movers!!! These guys weren't expecting it and they were so grateful - it only made me wish I had more to give.

US Storage in Westminster is the BEST storage facility in Orange County! I have been a customer for just under 3 years and the customer service delivered by the centers manager, Kevin, has always been courteous and timely. I appreciate his presence onsite and his genuine concern about the security and cleanliness of the property. It is always well lit, spotlessly clean and he is always available if you have any questions regarding maintenance or billing. Besides being a professional and reliable manager he has always gone out of his way to have a quick chat and ask if I have any questions or need any help. Like another reviewer mentioned some storage units can be a bit shady, but Kevin makes it a point to run a tight ship and ensure that your valuable are safely stored and that you can easily access your property and feel safe . I am not exactly sure how I found this company because I thought I had contacted a different one, but the young man on the phone set me up with everything. I immediately received a follow up call from Kevin. When I attended the office to set up my account, a professional young lady in uniform no less, named, Angel completed my request. The building that houses the unit is clean, fresh, air conditioned, with easy elevator access and carts to assist loading our items on. We too were able to use, not rent, USE, the 17 ft box truck to move our items. How helpful is that? I am extremely happy with my choice. I actually called the other company I had originally intended to call. A very different experience, more expensive, and absolutely no truck to use. read more

This is the absolute most unprofessional Self Storage business I have ever had to deal with. I had a verbal contract with former management and thankfully I have a witness to it. I gave notice to U.S Storage. and since I have given notice they have repeatedly called me multiple times a day and sent me email messages harassing me about the timeframe of giving notice to vacate. I am filing a complaint with California consumer affairs and will be doing a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I have left 2 messages for the corporate office because you are unable to talk to a human - you can only leave a message and I have not received a call back. I will be talking to an attorney on Monday. read more

There are not enough positive words to describe the customer service Kevin Paul at US Storage gave us. Because of our pleasant experience we will be sure to refer any andall that we know or meet to US storage. We had a major, personal and sudden crisis and Kevin was the only one out of many other storage places that even attempted to accommodate our situation. Kevin Paul gave me a good deal on a 5x5 space, awesome man. Staff here are nice and friendly. They will show you how things work in their facility. You can even use their truck to haul your stuff, well that depends on the trucks availability. Nice, clean and secure place to store your stuff. Access hours are from 6am-8:55pm Monday through Sunday. You get your own access code to go in and out of the gate. Office hours are from 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday, 10am through 5pm on Sunday. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a secure storage space. read more

US Storage in Westminster is excellent. We have benefited from the convenience of this location near the freeway, the cleanliness of the grounds and our storage unit, and the courteous service from the staff. Kevin, Ana, and Elsa in the office are friendly and helpful. Our unit is spacious and tall, and we love that it is lighted inside! One great offer of US Storage is the use of their moving truck, which is kept on site. Very economic and convenient. Joe Souza i have been storing my items here for 2 years last month i went there for the first time in a year and a half opened my door thinking there be dust everywhere to my and my wifes surprise there was a very light dusting on our furiture we were amazed we have stored at other places and have the older places with wood floors and old closet doors there would be so much dust we could'nt bereath by the time we were done going through our unit i would like to thank the company for super service and a very well built storage facilty read more

I've been looking for a affordable, clean safe storage unit facility. I spoke with Kevin on the phone he was extremely helpful and accommodating to my needs. He recommended me coming in and looking at a few of the units. I was able to come in the same day and he had picked out a few units that he felt would be suitable to what I was needing. I had a great experience there. Specifically with the use of their first time customer discounts. The storage unit is relatively easy to access. Just one code in the gate and one out. Compared to some that require you to put you code in every time you use the elevator! The staff is nice. Will def go back if needed and in the area. read more
