The best part is I installed a rear dash cam and had a bundle of extra wire hanging next to the rear window, they tucked that up in the headliner when they did the dent repair. Now there's a ton of condensation built up on the inside that was NOT there before it entered the shop. Now they are lying to me telling me they never touched my headlights to do the work. You HAVE to remove the headlight to replace the fender because there is one bolt that holds the headlight into the fender and the bumper ( use a 10mm socket) you cannot replace the fender without taking out the headlight. So don't LIE to me on the phone and tell me that you guys didn't even touch them. Do not trust them they are DISHONEST and will try to cover their *ss by lying to you. He offered to take it for a half a day and try to re-seal the headlight but I don't trust you so you will never touch my car again. I installed the headlights by myself, yes and I change my own oil and do a lot of maintenance to my car. It sucks that I have to spend my own money to do it myself but at least this woman will get it done right.

Initially, the girl that answered the phone was very sweet and kind and said that I would get an estimate with it. 48 hours. It was more than a week without receiving an estimate and I contacted them a couple of times after. They did contact me twice afterwards, but I had already gotten it taken care of. It seems like a really nice place but the contact was not enough for me and the estimate was over $5000! Granted, it was just an estimate and they did not physically see the car this was based on photos, but nonetheless, it was way too long for me. My Lexus dealership recommended this place but if you have time to wait around, then maybe it's beneficial but for me with two small children, I need my car to be in safe working order.

When we got caught in last years hurricane flood, we took the car back to Marty at Empire Custom. Marty is finishing up now and they have completely gone over the car replacing what go water saturated. I visited the shop last week and the car looks great. We have done a few extra and the car looks better than ever. Next week we moving out the Cobra and moving in my 2005 Corvette for some paint work.
