    Just A W.

If I could give this place a zero I would. My mom and I got a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado back in September 2025. Not even a week after driving it around we had to take it back to service because the dashboard was saying it needed an oil change, and after checking the oil stick it a very very dark color and I still have the photo and date to prove it. It was also warning that the key batteries needed to be replaced and one of the back tail lights was going out. Then not even a couple weeks after that there was a sound coming from the breaks. The truck was in the shop for a couple of days because they needed to inspect it and they said that nothing was wrong. After that another few weeks go by and my mom takes it to a subaru dealership up in auburn where it gets lifted to get new rims on, the worker then notices that there's a lot of oil leaking from the transmission box (as the worker stated). We took the truck to the dealership where it's been since December 2025. I am writing this in April 2026. Since I last spoke to them in late February I have not received an update call and when I do call to ask for them to call me, I have yet to receive any call back. They have not given us a car to drive around in the meantime either and we are angry. Our blood boils at the fact that such a prestige dealership does not care about what they sell. They clearly didn't bother to inspect the truck prior to buying it from the last owner. It just really sucks because this is the reason people avoid smaller owned dealerships in fear that something like this to happen. Every time we go in to talk to someone the staff looks annoyed and angry as we get a sense that the don't want us to be there. But what else do you expect when their own dealership is to blame. This is not our fault. Out of the total time we've owned this truck we have literally only driven it about 3 months. So please save yourself from going through this and go elsewhere, you'd have better luck going to a smaller dealership.

    Bud Clary Chevrolet Rust

Bud Clary sold me a brand new 2025 Chevrolet Express van that has the roof seam completely rusted. The final inspection was not very thorough. This van is my daily vehicle used for operating my plumbing business. There is visible rust all along the seam on the inside of the van. This is unacceptable on a new vehicle! They will not exchange vehicle for an actual "new'" vehicle. They want the van for 3 months so they can remove the roof and remove rust, reassemble and paint. Then return this vehicle as "new" to me. In the mean time running my business out of a rental van with no signage is a great solution to Bud Clary. Apparently Bud Clary believes it's the customers responsibility to spot problems with new vehicles. If you find a problem after the fact they will only fix instead of providing the customer with what they believed they were buying; a new vehicle! Unacceptable! Buyer Beware! Shop elsewhere!

4 cracks in 2,000 miles. No way!

To begin with, we could get in 2 hours earlier and on our way sooner. Fella at the counter told us we could have them installed when they opened a 7am and be on the road shortly after. Well, we arrived at 7am and the alleyway where we needed to pull in was blocked with their trucks. It took about a half an hour to get all the trucks moved out of there and for us to pull in. The young man who installed our tires was friendly, efficient and did a fast job. It took another half an hour to get those tires on. We would definitely stop by here first if we need tires in the future ... but might wait until 7:30 before we arrived.

What troubled me was seeing my car being driven away by a mechanic. I asked Andres why this occurred, and he said "I have no idea. I will ask him." The manager, Kathy/Cathy came out and tersely told me that the mechanic was doing a "Test drive" and that they do this before and after they work on a car. That is nonsense! I have had tires put on, brakes done, and fluid changes before but there was never a test drive. And Kathy/Cathy was quite "Snappy" with me because I saw my car being driven away. The gentleman who I was working with, Andres, didn't know why the mechanic drove away, and next, I was being fed a line of B.S. Superior Tire has lost my business and that of two associates who referred me to Superior Tire. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this business.

They left my wheel well plastic unfastened which I ran over and ripped off, plus got grease on the brand new carpet (and I let ALL of that slide) I returned for 2nd alignment adding mount and balance of my $5k wheels using their "touchless service". Upon second alignment, they discovered they were unscrewing the rack the whole time. It never needed cut but "they usually don't check that." During the mount and balance, after watching every tech oogling and handling my wheels, I asked Rick again the protocol of their touchless method in which he had to go out and inform the techs that they need to stop. (Quoted protocol was only 2 techs are approved to do it, they'll review the wheels with the customer for damage prior to working on them, the touchless machine won't damage them. And I pay more for the service.) They did not review them with me. They scratched the center bore and cooling fins, then Rick argued that it can't happen "it never gets touched, there's no way" "I'm telling you, nothing and nobody touched the wheel" that's why it's a touchless service" I asked to see the machine, in which I quickly identified what caused it... The conical mount, in which his tune changed to, "oh, well, that's the only spot." I understand something has to hold it, but they should communicate the hazard risks I also let that slide. Then upon attaching the aero discs, they cracked all 4 and chipped 1. And to top it off, the tie rods were on the wrong sides, so it impacted the wheel ripping off the balancing weights. (I didn't even hold that against them cause they didn't install them but some say, since they're the professionals, they should have caught it.) No one in the office communicates with each other Rick quoted the protocol, the guy next to him made the appointment, and neither informed the techs unboxing the wheels to what service. They're friendly, but they're far from professional and it cost me a 1/300 set of wheels. If you care like I do, find somewhere else.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using Northwest Tire Shop LLC…read more My husband has been a repeat customer since 2024 -- they know him by face and even recognize his car when we call. He's given them a lot of business and referred multiple people there, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Recently, we found out our vehicle (2009 Mercedes C300 4MATIC AWD) had been set up with mismatched tire sizes side-to-side on both axles. This is not just a minor issue -- it's unsafe for AWD vehicles and can cause serious damage to the drivetrain, including the transfer case. We only discovered this after our car started having problems and warning lights (ABS/ESP) came on. We paid $300 for a diagnostic, and the mechanic immediately identified the tire setup as the cause and explained how damaging it is. At this point, the vehicle is not being driven because we do not want to risk further damage to the drivetrain or potentially cause the transfer case to fail completely. We also chose not to adjust or move the tires ourselves because we wanted the shop to see the issue exactly as it was left after their installation. Even attempting to rearrange the tires now would not properly fix the issue, because the tread has already worn unevenly from being driven in the incorrect configuration -- which can still cause problems for an AWD system. When we brought this to the tire shop, we were not asking for reimbursement for the diagnostic -- we simply asked them to correct the issue. Instead, we were told it couldn't be their fault and were asked to pay for new tires And they would cover half of them but then also refuse to put the tires on our car. If they were to do that. Which would mean we would have to go pay somebody else to do so and have our card towed twice since it is currently not drivable without causing more stress to the vehicle and risking more problems happening. This isn't the first issue either: Previously, one of their employees broke a tire pressure sensor and attempted to hide it using a zip tie. At first they denied it, but after reviewing their cameras, the employee admitted it and it was fixed. There is also now physical damage where the tire has been rubbing against the strut due to incorrect sizing and placement. Despite all of this, they are refusing to take responsibility and want us to pay again. We tried to handle this respectfully and give them the chance to make it right, but instead we were blamed and dismissed. At this point, we are considering small claims court due to the costs and damage caused. If you have an AWD vehicle especially, I would be very cautious. This situation could have led to major mechanical failure or loss of vehicle control. Very disappointing experience from a shop we trusted and supported.
