    Bud Clary Chevrolet Rust

Bud Clary sold me a brand new 2025 Chevrolet Express van that has the roof seam completely rusted. The final inspection was not very thorough. This van is my daily vehicle used for operating my plumbing business. There is visible rust all along the seam on the inside of the van. This is unacceptable on a new vehicle! They will not exchange vehicle for an actual "new'" vehicle. They want the van for 3 months so they can remove the roof and remove rust, reassemble and paint. Then return this vehicle as "new" to me. In the mean time running my business out of a rental van with no signage is a great solution to Bud Clary. Apparently Bud Clary believes it's the customers responsibility to spot problems with new vehicles. If you find a problem after the fact they will only fix instead of providing the customer with what they believed they were buying; a new vehicle! Unacceptable! Buyer Beware! Shop elsewhere!

    Damage to vehicle from employee

On August 11, after third trip back to inspect body damage repair, I took my truck. After asking for Simos I shed value, I received a slap in the face. This is my response to Martin Southwick, the GM of Clary Chevrolet. I advise anyone NOT to ever give them ANY business. My response to Martin: Martin: I was entitled to a new panel, for one. Not one your bodyshop "fixed". I had to go back two times and point out shoddy work and improper work. This $165 is a joke right? A complete slap in the face., is more like it. Maybe I should just hire an appraiser and sue you in court. Or you can settle for $2800 as an Appraiser, Steve Taylor, already advised me I was entitled to. I don't care how you come up with your numbers. That method is to screw a vehicle owner out of what's right. My front end damage that you pointed out? Just a bumper. And I was paid $3000 by the insured. Period. Your Employee damaged my vehicle while under your care. I entrusted my vehicle under your care. I will include in any lawsuit I file, if necessary, the time ($85 per hour, one hour each work day) I spent having to pack and unpack my tools for three weeks, while I had no truck with a canopy. And the time I had to go back and forth to force proper workmanship on sloppy work, which took out time from my work day. And I have photos of the damage, faulty body work on exterior and underside of the panel. This work is NOT preloss condition. And I will suffer more than $165 in diminished value when I have to honorably disclose the panel was damaged. Over 20 pins used and they weren't even properly coated, let alone not coated at all to prevent rust, after inspection. Rocker panel pins missing. Sloppy paint job that is inconsistent with the rest of the truck. Sloppy paint job with boogers on the paint. Etc. Balls in your court. Next email is to the Owner. Then filing a small claims suit. If you have any professional pride and really care about your Customers? Regardless your personal disdain for them? I'd assume you would make this right. Your Employee caused the damage to my truck. And by all rights I had the right to take it to any repair shop of my wishes. But I allowed you to do it. Thinking I would be treated right. Rick Harmes

What troubled me was seeing my car being driven away by a mechanic. I asked Andres why this occurred, and he said "I have no idea. I will ask him." The manager, Kathy/Cathy came out and tersely told me that the mechanic was doing a "Test drive" and that they do this before and after they work on a car. That is nonsense! I have had tires put on, brakes done, and fluid changes before but there was never a test drive. And Kathy/Cathy was quite "Snappy" with me because I saw my car being driven away. The gentleman who I was working with, Andres, didn't know why the mechanic drove away, and next, I was being fed a line of B.S. Superior Tire has lost my business and that of two associates who referred me to Superior Tire. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this business.

To begin with, we could get in 2 hours earlier and on our way sooner. Fella at the counter told us we could have them installed when they opened a 7am and be on the road shortly after. Well, we arrived at 7am and the alleyway where we needed to pull in was blocked with their trucks. It took about a half an hour to get all the trucks moved out of there and for us to pull in. The young man who installed our tires was friendly, efficient and did a fast job. It took another half an hour to get those tires on. We would definitely stop by here first if we need tires in the future ... but might wait until 7:30 before we arrived.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using Northwest Tire Shop LLC…read more My husband has been a repeat customer since 2024 -- they know him by face and even recognize his car when we call. He's given them a lot of business and referred multiple people there, which makes this situation even more disappointing. Recently, we found out our vehicle (2009 Mercedes C300 4MATIC AWD) had been set up with mismatched tire sizes side-to-side on both axles. This is not just a minor issue -- it's unsafe for AWD vehicles and can cause serious damage to the drivetrain, including the transfer case. We only discovered this after our car started having problems and warning lights (ABS/ESP) came on. We paid $300 for a diagnostic, and the mechanic immediately identified the tire setup as the cause and explained how damaging it is. At this point, the vehicle is not being driven because we do not want to risk further damage to the drivetrain or potentially cause the transfer case to fail completely. We also chose not to adjust or move the tires ourselves because we wanted the shop to see the issue exactly as it was left after their installation. Even attempting to rearrange the tires now would not properly fix the issue, because the tread has already worn unevenly from being driven in the incorrect configuration -- which can still cause problems for an AWD system. When we brought this to the tire shop, we were not asking for reimbursement for the diagnostic -- we simply asked them to correct the issue. Instead, we were told it couldn't be their fault and were asked to pay for new tires And they would cover half of them but then also refuse to put the tires on our car. If they were to do that. Which would mean we would have to go pay somebody else to do so and have our card towed twice since it is currently not drivable without causing more stress to the vehicle and risking more problems happening. This isn't the first issue either: Previously, one of their employees broke a tire pressure sensor and attempted to hide it using a zip tie. At first they denied it, but after reviewing their cameras, the employee admitted it and it was fixed. There is also now physical damage where the tire has been rubbing against the strut due to incorrect sizing and placement. Despite all of this, they are refusing to take responsibility and want us to pay again. We tried to handle this respectfully and give them the chance to make it right, but instead we were blamed and dismissed. At this point, we are considering small claims court due to the costs and damage caused. If you have an AWD vehicle especially, I would be very cautious. This situation could have led to major mechanical failure or loss of vehicle control. Very disappointing experience from a shop we trusted and supported.
