    I am writing to share my experience regarding the recent repairs and charges for my vehicle…read more I purchased my car less than a year ago. About two months after the purchase, I began hearing a noise coming from the engine. I brought the car in for inspection and was told there was a loose screw inside the engine, which was causing the noise. I was charged $295 for that repair. Recently, I received a recall notice for the airbags and brought my car to the dealership for the recall service. My vehicle stayed at the dealership for three days, and unfortunately, no loaner vehicle was provided. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed something was wrong. The car was not cleaned after the work, there was a warning message on the screen, and the engine light was on. I called the dealership and scheduled to bring the car back the following Wednesday. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and picked it up late Thursday, and I was charged another $295. I am very upset because these issues started shortly after I purchased the vehicle, and I also paid $5,000 for an extended warranty. I explained to them that this was not my fault and asked why I had to pay for it. I spoke with the service manager, the finance manager, and the sales manager, but no one helped resolve the issue. They told me they would call me back, but no one ever did. When I called back the next day, I spoke with Bao, who said he would take care of it, but nothing was done. This experience has been extremely disappointing. When you are purchasing a car, they treat you very well, but once there is a problem, it feels like they do not care about their customers. The lack of communication and poor customer service makes this experience feel very unfair and unprofessional.

    Very disappointing experience at Classic Car Wash today…read more A few days ago, I was told that the barcode on the car could still be read by the wash machine, but not by the employee's tablet, so the account had to be looked up manually. I was also told there were still two full-service washes left on the plan for this car, including interior and exterior. This morning, I came back expecting to use one of those washes and was suddenly told there were none left. So which employee was wrong, the one who told me I had two remaining, or the one today telling me I had none on my given plan. Get it together. Instead of helping resolve the confusion, the person assisting me, who appeared to be a supervisor, was pushy, defensive, and focused on upselling. He kept pushing additional monthly upgrades for a plan that is not even mine, since the car belongs to my boyfriend. What bothered me most was the tone. There was no empathy or patience, just pressure and attitude. If staff are giving conflicting information or their system is not working properly, that is not the customer's fault. To be fair, the employees washing and drying the cars have usually been kind and sweet over the years. My issue is with the poor handling of this situation by someone who seemed to be in a leadership role. This place is already overpriced for the quality ($49 or $59 were my options given for one full wash), and the cars are not always cleaned thoroughly. Customers need courtesy and solutions, not confusion and pushy sales tactics. I left with no wash, had to wait to back out, and wasted time! I seldom give one star reviews but this incident was appropriately matched to the poor experience.
