If I could, I would give JOSH, Manager of this Store, *10 out of 5 Stars*. Firstly, he helped me through a very expensive, difficult, long and drawn out Custom Skate fitting issue with the Manufacturer. He went the extra mile and outright persevered tirelessly in his advocacy of me, the Customer, until all the issues were finally successfully resolved. It was obvious that he truly cared! Secondly, I had multiple opportunities to observe his interactions with both his Customers (both walk-ins and on the phone), as well as with his Staff... and in each and every interaction, without exception.. a total Class Act. Knowledgeable, Professional, Courteous, and Personable are all accurate words to describe him. I highly recommend both him, and his Store to all of you out there.

I been to the one in Anaheim few times in the past when Iceaholic use to play Anaheim Throwback tournament. Figure mix things up instead of going to normal spot get hockey sticks. Las Vegas store is lot more smaller then the one in Anaheim. The building in Anaheim more warehouse so have room for lot more stuff. Still small store decent amount of stuff. Also they online store so they look stuff up if not have it at the store. They have good variety of equipment choose from and nice mix high end to middle end products. The staff is five stars. I kind of knew stick looking for but gentlemen came up asking if needed help. He was helpful broke some stuff down. I found one that liked. The prices about the same as other hockey shops around Vegas. They have free rewards program. Not sure amount but my purchase next trip get $10 off.

They have baseball, football, ski gear and clothing to name a few. We were looking for broken in baseball gloves for a new baseball season. While we didn't purchase a broken in one, we found a perfect new one that we can break in ourselves. They have a great selection of new and used baseball bats to select. We picked out a pre owned club ball and little league bat. The staff helped us with sizing and making sure we had the correct bat for the specific league we were looking for. We found some really great used cleats as well for a good price. We purchased new tape for the bats and they put it on for us and the bats look awesome. They also gave us a military discount with ID and that was much appreciated. I really love this store and hope they do well so they can open even more locations. I highly recommend a visit if you or anyone in your family is looking for quality and well priced gear!

They carry a wide variety of sports gear, apparel, and accessories for pretty much every sport and activity. One of the standout areas is the large shoe department, tons of brands, sizes and styles whether you're looking for athletic, training, or casual shoes with a variety of pricing. The employees are friendly and helpful, which always makes the shopping experience better. Anytime I've had a question or needed help finding something, someone was nearby and willing to assist. Overall, this is a solid go to store inside the mall with plenty of selection and lots of space with and helpful staff. Definitely worth stopping in especially if you're already at Fashion Show Mall. :)

I'd been here in the past, before and after home games, but today's review comes after VGK won the Stanley Cup Championship! Woooooo! An interesting side note: news came out recently that VGK fans have broken an NHL record for the most Stanley Cup merchandise sold for any city and team. Hopefully they weren't all buying it from here! Why? Everything is marked up! It IS kinda nice to see the merch in person... if you see something you like, buy it. But wow, the differences in prices were striking. Before this visit, I had already done my Stanley Cup shopping online at Fanatics (nhl.com) but I went in to the Armory to check out stuff in person. A big plus is there are some things in the store that weren't available online. For example, the Champions Scarf was quickly sold out online but the Armory had a few in a neat pile. If I remember correctly, they were around $40 on Fanatics but the in-store they were $55. The most popular merch is definitely t-shirts. Almost every tee I saw at the Armory was $50 even. The same shirts online were $38 or $40 - that's around 20-24% off. A lanyard I bought for $12 was online for $7.99. I returned it! On my visit to return it, I noticed replica jerseys were around $220. I'm glad I got mine online for $184.99... and the price gouging goes on and on. On addition to better online prices at Fanatics, they frequently offer deals like free shipping, redeemable rewards cash, and my favorite, 30% off your total order which I used on my ($50 Armory) tee that online, came out to $26.59. Next time I browse the store, I'll have my money saving shopping mode on, or search for that hard to find exclusive item.

Kept calling and getting the run around, asked for updates from managers and never got any return phone calls. Straight up terrible don't ever expect high quality service or transparency when dealing with the armory.

Vegas Sports & Hockey II provides great selections for VGK fans from hats, shirts, jerseys, pucks, bobble heads, license plate frames, items for your pets, etc. They also have similar items relating to football for the hometown team the Raiders. Beyond the Raiders, they have jerseys and t-shirts for other NFL teams. They also have baseball jerseys and t-shirts for your favorite MLB teams as well as the local AAA team the Aviators. Their prices are competitive. The management also offers 20% discount on all items when the VGK has a shutout and 30% discount on all hats when the home team gets a hat-trick. For every day, they offer the 10% discount for the military. Discounts can't be stacked. For example, if the VGK gets a shutout, they can't add the 10% military discount. I would recommend this establishment without a doubt!

Most of the merchandise was geared for Vegas Golden Knights fans (ice hockey). There were some Raiders items (football), and some Aces (women's basketball) and UNLV (University of Nevada at Las Vegas) gear. I was tempted by the clearance items and pet supplies... The bags, stickers, plushies, gloves, lanyards, lunch bags, and jerseys were also very attractive! The man at the cash register was very helpful towards all customers. He gave his opinion on style and trends which was much appreciated!
