I purchased the lovely Maui print of Lahaina. The print came badly wrapped the top and the right side are totally white. wow the left and bottom are overwrapped. I sent the pictures to customer service and they said oh yes we will replace it. Two weeks later I got a text from them basically saying since the front was OK they weren't going to replace it. I am very disappointed. I could no longer hang it where I wanted to because the white shows and looks totally bad. The printed self is lovely but the rap was done very very poorly. The print cost me about $100 and I will probably not keep it. read more

I needed a 3' x 8' banner printed within 24 hours. I went to Staples and they were impossible to deal with. USA Printing pulled it off and delivered the job to me in less than 24 hours. THEY ARE RESPONSIVE - You do need to know that they prefer to communicate via e-mail. I did not realize this at the beginning but once I did it was actually quicker than phone calls. I was concerned there might be a problem with the art. They looked at it as soon as I sent it and emailed back a proof for approval and payment. This I did and before I expected it I got the call that it was ready for pickup. I don't know of any other Banner Printer who could move that quickly and deliver the job perfectly done. I walked into this business a couple weeks ago to get a few pages printed out... I guess I misunderstood and thought they were something like FedEx. After explaining that they don't do that kind of printing, Hooman printed out my pages for me from his own computer. I was so grateful cause I was really in a bind that day and needed them printed out quickly. I spoke to the rudest person on the phone involving simple business cards to be printed. He didn't even try to help come up with a solution. He was extremely short with me on the phone and didn't seem interested in obtaining our business. Also, when you call for a quote, they seem to be too busy to give you a direct quote over the phone. Their emails quotes are also most likely delivered by carrier pigeons. I'll be going somewhere different from now on. read more

So sorry I didn't check the Yelp reviews before I decided to use these guys. I needed a couple of posters printed for my business, and since they were pretty close by, priced reasonably, and the gentleman I spoke with on the phone seemed attentive and was somewhat helpful. I emailed them my files, they sent me back pdf proofs, everything looked great, so I gave them the go ahead. They told me it would take a day. Well one day turned to three. I should've figured something was up. It was two posters, nothing ridiculous, and it takes them 3 times longer than they quoted, but I wasn't in a huge hurry and didn't think much of it. I go to pick up my posters, and they're all wrong. I ask them what the deal is, my posters have a black background, the proofs you sent me have a black background, but these are clearly gray. So the smug, disinterested manager-type up front starts to tell me some nonsense about how it's the graphic I sent. I tell him to check the proofs, which also have black backgrounds, to which he also writes off as "those are just color copies." Yes, I say, color copies of the proofs YOU sent me and I approved. Now the dude is just itching to get rid of me and says, well my print manager is gone and will be in on Monday (it's around 3PM on Friday), so I say, you've already taken way longer on this than you said, and now you want to jerk me around until Monday? No way dude, just cancel the order and give me a refund. To which this guy says he can't do either until he checks with the printing engineer or whomever. At this point I've had it with this guy, and I'm telling him you can issue me a refund now, or you can deal with my card company, up to you. He clearly had no interest in being helpful or accommodating in anyway, so good luck dude, mastercard will be in touch shortly. You're probably used to it. read more

As you can see I rarely rarely write bad reviews. But I'm writing this to warn people if you're thinking of using this business. I sent them a perfectly formatted designed high res images for a postcard. They changed my font to black. The pictures on the postcard looked muddy, not photo quality or fresh, plus colors were off. To give them the benefit of the doubt I called them and asked to see a hard copy sample in person. They said it'll be $15. $15, for a postcard print when my whole order was only $80. That makes no sense. I told them I've never heard of this, my old printer Noho Printing in North Hollywood, would never do that. Upset with their business practice, I went to cancel my order. They now say they don't know when they'll refund my money, my $40 deposit. Finally I got a call saying they'll do a sample print for me. I went in today and the sample doesn't match what I sent them again. The whole thing is crazy to me. I have never had this experience before. Luckily they didnt hold my deposit, like the 1st guy originally said and they refunded it on the spot, I would give them another 1/2star for that. So please be wary, and honestly I really would discourage you. There are plenty of other businesses that deserve your loyalty than these guys. If you're in the valley use Noho Printing. Honestly its worth spending a few more bucks for better service and quality. read more

I ordered full color doubled sided flyers. The representative who took my order was eating while on the phone with me and put me on hold for 10 full minutes so he could return to his computer to place my order. Despite paying for double sided flyers, I received single sided. When I called to speak with the representative about this mistake, he told me I'd have to pay again to have them reprinted. After nearly an hour on the phone, the owner finally agreed to reprint them for free. Now they've added me to their spammy email list for both USA Printing and their sister company Sharp Banners. I've asked to be removed several times, but they've refused. Save yourself a major headache & go somewhere else! read more

Last week a placed an order and not only was the new lady Diane rude and condescending she got the order completely wrong and I needed the order because I working out of town . The people working here are for the most part nice, but unfortunately they are incredibly slow, their website is outdated, and the employees do not communicate with each other, so if one person tells you one thing the others will tell you something completely different. I used them a handful of times and 2/3 of the time they screwed up my orders, each time promising to do better the following time, and in fact, doing worse the next time. This includes printing 500 of each side of a two-sided card vs 1000 of a two-sided card, not having an order ready for 3 consecutive days after it was supposed to be ready, twice not having an order printed at all on the pick up day, sending proofs to the wrong emails, and printing the wrong un-approved proof. I will not be using them again. There is a reason their prices are so low- you get what you pay for. read more

Avoid. We went there to get some course readers copied and they gave us an estimate for $327.00. When we went to pick it up, the price had nearly doubled to $588.60 ! If a company's estimate is off by 100%, then they are either completely incompetent, or they are crooked. We were able to negotiate them down to about 50% higher than the estimate, but that took days of yelling. We would have walked away if they didn't already have a deposit from us. It would have been cheaper and less painful to go to Kinkos. read more

They were not only delivered in 24 hours but were extremely patient with my all changes. I should say that the delivery date never changed with as many revisions as I had. They paid for people to give them good reviews in exchange for $50 off on their order in December of 2017 and as you can see they got several 5 star reviews in a row. Yelp slapped their hand for a month or two with a warning on their yelp about their use of this illegal practice but have now removed it and left the good reviews. We own a high end magazine and were looking for a new printer. I found USA Printing on Google. I called and scheduled my services. After reading the reviews on Yelp I became concerned about the time & quality of my end product. Some comments mentioned they submitted high res images but their prints were not great or as expected. I immediately called Hooman, the manager, to voice my concern. He assured that the people with such comments did NOT in fact submit the proper resolution images. So I made sure with my graphics guy that we had the correct resolution. Hooman was great through out the process. At the end, I was very satisfied with my prints. The quality, customer service and communication was excellent. Glad and happy to be working with USA Printing. Definitely recommend them. Turn around time was also fast and on time. read more

I am rather disappointed with the outcome and communication. After all was said and approved, i was given no further communication when the banner would be done. After emailing and being told that it *should* be done the following day, i waited for an email telling me it was. This communication didn't happen. I had to email and wait for a reply to be told that i actually was ready. Days past the expected arrival time. The greatest disappointment comes from the banner itself. After speaking with Craig via email, we had explicitly discussed the grommet positioning. He said that he understands what needs to be done, and will move the grommet over 1/4 of an inch to avoid the grommet being placed too close to the arm and potentially piercing it. Well, he made notes but those notes were ignored. And of course, the grommet was placed in the incorrect place and coming a millimeter away - which exactly what I wanted to avoid and made it known. I explained the issue to the receptionist, who actually was considerate, she called upon someone else, perhaps a manager, who was not. He scolded me like a child and told me that they didn't pierce the arm and I should "just be happy." Customer service win right there! The print also came out darker than the design, but I can let that go, what I can't let go is being treated like a child who had done something wrong, when the mistakes were theirs, not mine. I set up an account with USA printing Trade specifically to have my images printed in canvas. The results were completely substandard, with a heavy green overcast to all the images. I have tried to get this issue resolved with their customer service, but was told "The color will vary from the file at times by 10 % or so " and "we can not get any closer to the colors of your file." I spent hundreds of dollars with them and received very low quality images that I would not put my name on or try to sell to a client. I am a published, award-winning photographer. Other photographers and graphic artists have informed me that the results I got from USA Printing Trade indicate that they printed my images with improper calibration or low ink, causing the printer to substitute colors. My local service has remarked that the files I submit need no adjustment and print true to screen appearance, and I agree, as they print true and clear on paper. I would not use USA Printing Trade again. My experience was not good, and they are apparently not interested in correcting this situation. read more

Horrible Service!. I received prints which were smudged and filled with printer lines. They are also cut with a dull bade and had jagged edges. My assistant picked them up and signed for them. Because they were closed over the weekend I could not complain until monday and they refused to refund my order and said they couldn't guarantee a print without lines. They tried to blame my files and said it was in the photo. I had to reprint at another shop and the SAME FILES printed beautifully. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money on such poor services with even worse customer service. read more
