And that they do not connect to each other, so the electricity would not shut off because of too much power. Kenji came to pick up with Philip around 8-9pm on Sunday. Which was perfect because by then everyone would of left and got ready for school the next day (today). They came, picked up, and left. Fast, efficient and professional. There were a few places that responded to my request. Rachel from Sparkle was the most responsive to all my questions. We started corresponding on Wednesday and my event was the following Monday. By Friday we were ready to go. 2 popcorn machines and enough supplies (kernals and bags) for 200 people. She delivered the machines by 8:30AM when my contract didn't have a start time until 9AM. She knew I was concerned I wouldn't know how to run a popcorn machine. I am always a concerned when I am using other people's money makers..lol...I don't want to mess it up. Anyhow, she was thorough in her directions. Even left me a printed instructions sheet to refer to. The popcorn was the highlight of the training. I give USA Tony's Jumpers 5 stars because my family were very happy with the jumper and their services. I booked through their website and received a confirmation email with the total rental fee (so you know exactly how much you need to pay, no hidden fees). I found it very helpful because other places they charged me extra fee but didn't tell me at first when I book. Tony even contacted me a day before my party to see if anything needed to changed. The jumper is very nice, looks brand new and clean. It's made in the USA with high quality materials, so the jumper is very safe and reliable. The set-up expert was very friendly. He came on time to set up and even waited an extra 15 minutes for my children to finish playing. THANK YOU. I am very impressed with their AWESOME products, GREAT services and REASONABLE prices. It's not just a bouncer, but it also had a slide and a basketball hoop inside. Kids really loved it. Roberto delivered the bouncer 2 hours before party, and set it up really quickly.
