They seem to continuously be out of the items I am looking for, or that are on sale. They also don't carry Mr.Clean cleaning solution, which I found a bit odd...but the main reason for my negative review is the staff is in dire need of an attitude check. I have been repeatedly snubbed, ignored, glared at and talked down to by employees here, and it is completely uncalled for. I have never been anything but nice and courteous to everyone there. They gave us an immense fan deck of colors to choose from before our order and gave advice over the phone. Good customer service.

You would think a business, especially franchise would have an appreciation for loyal customers. So far on a flat screen I have spent $2250, and when my bank holds my funds I couldn't pay them for three days after the due date and they came and picked up the tv on that third day! When I had tried to ask for more time all they would say is I still owe $1600 and I need to make the payments on the day or before the due date. The managers are even more rude abusing their power to speak down to customers. I know karma will catch up with this owner hard.

The last 3+ times I've came in with personal belongings that I was looking to sell or get a loan on when I have been in need of cash, she has turned me away without a loan or a sale and so obviously no cash due to claiming that the items I was trying to pawn "Don't sell quickly enough" for her to warrant paying the measley $0.30 or less on the dollar that is the maximum that they are ever willing to pay for anything and everything. The last time she turned me away, was yesterday on 5/14/2026, when I brought an item in that had a $250 used resell value that I was only wanting to get a minuet $40-50 loan on, which is only 1/5 or less of the items resell value, just so I would have a little money that night for fuel and to grab something to eat until I got payed from work the following day at which time I intended on coming back and repaying the loan and picking the item back up. If the resell value of the item is that much more than the loan amount and we are only talking a loan of $50 or less, seems like it would be a no brainer, can't miss opportunity for the store regardless of whether or not the item tends to sell as quickly as other items typically do. I want to point out that I believe that these unfortunate experiences that I've had at this particular store with this particular employee/ person is a reflection only on this particular employee and her lazy, poor work ethic, poor customer service, and lack of commitment to doing right by both the store and the customer on her part more so than it is a reflection on the company as a whole. Given the loan to item value ratio disparity in this example I would also say that the issue gas less to do with the possibility of the item sitting on the shelf for too long and more to do with her unwillingness to work or her willingness to attempt to get out of work rather.

I went over to the deli and ask people over there if there's anybody that can help me and they shake their heads no. I walked out and there is a young man sitting in his truck and I walked up to him. Nail polish brands they offered (that I can recall) are: OPI, China Glaze, Essie, Orly, and Blitzy. I'm sure there were a few more, but you get the idea. I picked up some Blitzy to try since I never have before, and because they were cheap. Everything else was just how I remembered it. Lots of hair dyes, extensions, and other hair care supplies. Most Sally's I've been too are not that big and this is no different, but still seems to carry anything you'd need and everything is nicely organized. I'd always recommend asking questions about what you are buying and the employees have always been kind and helpful. Since I was only browsing today I didn't have any questions, but the employee who was there was still very friendly. Wouldn't go out of my way to shop here for the nail polish again, but I wouldn't hesitate to come here if I ever decided to change my hair again and wanted to do it on my own.
