I think for one night it was ok, but longer, I would have asked to move to another room. Appreciated the self serve, cold, fruit infused waters near the elevators. Attended the evening reception at 530pm, bartender was nice and drinks were good. The bites were underwhelming - hummus/pita and some kind of dairy dip? to name a few For breakfast, there was a good selection of breakfast items, juices, and coffees. I enjoyed the made to order omelettes. Being Hilton Honors members we did receive a few perks : ) With checkout, happy we were able to extend to 1pm without a fee.

Mark met us with a smile and upbeat kindness. He was truly one of the best parts of our trip. The atmosphere is very inviting and the breakfast was delicious! I made sure to get it every morning lol. The rooms are absolutely adorable and the beds are super comfy. The elevators are quick. Every staff member we encountered was very kind and helpful. The pool was great, especially with it being indoors and available no matter the weather. We ended up wanting to stay another night and we booked directly through mark. I was told by manager, Mark, because I did not get the name of person I canceled with and they had no notes in their system about the cancelation their was nothing he could do. I was charged a no-show fee since they were fully booked. I am an Hilton Honors member and have been for years this is the first time I have ever been treated so dismissively. Manager did not even attempt to rectify the mistake just passed blame on to corporate reservations and indicated that I may have called someone else to cancel and not the actual hotel either way it was not their problem I had to pay the no-show fee. Overall for my visit, the room was ok, the breakfast buffet food could have been a bit warmer (it got cold almost as soon at it got on the plate) and the luggage carts were nowhere to be found which was aggravating. Lesson: always WRITE down name of person you speak with, get ID #, time of call, and day of call otherwise you will essentially be called a liar and told screw you!

Terrible overnight experience, management refused to address a basic noise complaint…read more I am currently staying at this Embassy Suites in Austin, and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room next to ours has had the TV blaring loudly for over six hours. It is almost midnight, and we still cannot sleep. I have called the front desk six times. I also knocked on the neighboring room door, but no one answered. Despite repeated calls, nothing has been resolved. On my most recent call, the front desk told me they "can't do anything about loud TVs." That is unacceptable. A hotel's most basic responsibility is to provide guests with a reasonable chance to sleep. If a room is creating a sustained disturbance late at night, management should intervene, move the affected guest, contact the room, send security, or take some other meaningful action. Instead, we have been left awake for hours while staff repeatedly fail to address the issue. I understand that hotels cannot control every guest's behavior, but they absolutely can control how they respond. In this case, the response has been dismissive, ineffective, and completely inadequate. I would not recommend staying here if you expect basic quiet, rest, or responsive management.

We could hear the music for hours! In addition, the walls were paper thin, our neighbors and their dog were loud- we could hear conversations, footsteps, etc. Definitely not a peaceful hotel! Embassy is known for their happy hour and made to order breakfasts. We received two complimentary drink tickets per person. Drinks were strong, and the snacks consisted of goldfish, pretzels, carrot sticks with ranch, chips, and fresh popped popcorn. While I was sipping on my drink, I observed a gloved female employee, in charge of popcorn, use those same gloved hands and eat the popcorn!!! After placing a couple of bagged popcorn on the counter for guests, she walked around eating it on the job with those same gloves and proceeded to head to the snack area and do the same! Unprofessional and disgusting. Made to order breakfast was ok. I did appreciate the omelette station. Checkout was easy. Not sure I would stay here again, but I did like how close proximity it was to the outlets.

The staff was fantastic! Concierge was extremely helpful for a few things that I needed during my stay, including printing documents and shipping boxes. I was there for a retreat that I planned for my company. The behind the scenes staff that helped me in the planning were great as well! Everything went smoothly from start to finish and were always on site to make sure I had what I needed.

We were above weight and animal count. I called and they never hesitated. They went to management and let them know the situation. They accomodated and even put me on the 1st floor so it would be easier to take them out. They were so incredible through the entire process start to finish. I'll be giving them raving reviews on all platforms. I was never looked at wrong or questioned while there and I cannot thank them enough. I'll be staying with them any chance I get. My animals are well cared for and very very obedient. Some see the breed and freak but they didn't and of course my animals were all on their best behavior.
