I did end up purchasing a car here. It seemed nice, but it has cost me a LOT of money in just a few months for issues that this dealership definitely had to have known about. Absolute frauds. Our salesman, Zach, was friendly and engaging. Of course he participated in the theatrics of it all to sell the car. I expected that. They do this whole number that seems genuine, but is just theater. I've seen it before. It can be frustrating, because even with a down payment of $3000, they came back and required $500 more down to get the car. Complete BS. As they built up to asking me for more money, they were off in the corner pretending to have a conversation about my situation. Of course they know you can see and hear them, it's all just for show. But they wanted more money - not for security's sake, like they told me, but just because they wanted more money - so they tried to make a show of "why" they needed more. I hate all these theatrics. The shocking part was how the owner spoke to his salesmen about me, loudly, explicitly for me to hear and get me to put more money down. He was so incredibly disrespectful, rude, and just really demeaning and degrading. I was torn between my love for the car and my disgust at his behavior. He could have gotten the same result, with some goodwill, by being respectful instead of nasty. I'll never do business here again, and no one else should, either. I paid double what the car is worth at 29% interest because of a foreclosure on a rental house I needed a loan so I could start rebuilding my credit. I wanted a mini van or small suv. They promised to trade it in after a few months but refused to when I went back. its been 9 months the cars been broken for 3 and neither they nor their lender will refinance it or help me fix this problem they sold me. My wife and I went to look at this truck, it had its check engine light on with some of the door panel missing and bald tires. I talked to the guy about discounting it because of the money I would have to put into it. He said absolutely not. Their customer service was very poor. When I asked about a scanner he said, "oh we should have one some where around here." Why would I buy a truck with a check engine light on, and not know the cause? So, like so many of use looking for a new Vehicle we start the dreaded hunt through hundreds of used car sales. USED LLC, car sales in Vancouver came across my internet search in CL. Seeing they had a very large Inventory, and a few positive reviews, and a few cars and trucks that I liked, they might be able to help. I met up with my sales rep (UK), super nice guy, really enjoy his help, Honest, and Professional. After we test drove 3 cars, I found the car I wanted, a very nice Subaru. Price was negotiated, and they even offered me a lower price then we agreed on, It was also a very pleasant negotiation with the Mgr that day. I had a preapproval letter upto $14,000 from my bank, and this car was well below 10K. That was the good part. I received a Offer agreement form from the Mgr, that had all the correct numbers, but one number stood out, it was $500.00. It was listed as MIsc, and when I asked about it, Mgr said he was not going to let me leave the Lot with a car without paying a $500 Deposit. It wasn't a down payment, it was Collateral. Two things here, I had a Blank Bank Check (Electronic) ready to go, and Now he wanted a $500 security deposit on a 9k car. The true colors now come out. Typical used car sales Mgr. Of course i didn't agree and left the lot. Viewing 4 other lots over the next few days, not 1 said they did that or even heard of that. I got my New (Used) car at a major dealer in PDX. while Used LLC car sales in Vancouver has good sales folks, I think leadership needs to be addressed. read more

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP. Not even 72 hours ago and within the first day I started hearing a knocking sound, so I took it to jiffy lube for an oil change to which they told me that the oil was extremely dirty and the car had not been kept up on like the dealership had told me before I bought the car. After the oil change the noise progressively got worse so I then took it to a trusted mechanic and he inspected the car and told me that it sounded like it was a rod bearing, piston and or a lifter and informed me that there is absolutely no way that the dealership didn't know about this before selling the car and they had done something to fix the sound long enough for me to test drive the car and sign the papers and no possible way that it happened within the time I had the car. I called the dealership and the receptionist told me that Richard was the only one that was able to help me with the problem and he wasn't in and she would have him call me back. I showed up and Richard was sitting at his desk. I asked him if there was anyone that could at the very least look at the car and tell me what was wrong with it (even though they already knew) he then told me that he wasn't "authorized" for that lied and said that Dan was the only one that was able to do that but he conveniently "wasn't in the office" he was extremely unprofessional and was trying to brush me off and didn't even have the decency to look at me while he was speaking. I am a young single mother of 2 that needed a good reliable car and they all knew that and took advantage of the fact I didn't have anyone with me to inspect the car and help me with my purchase. Please do your research and read the reviews before ever stepping foot in this so called car dealership! This place is a JOKE and you would be better off taking 12,000 and throwing it in the garbage. I will be getting a lawyer and returning the car the legal way since they didn't want to offer any kind of solution for their scandalous acts. I understand that I signed a "as is" contract but as a MAN and owner of a business you should have better morals and resolutions to issues such as this. I have seen a lot of other reviews after the fact basically saying the same thing happened to them. This place WILL be getting shut down AS IT SHOULD. I was prepared to write a good review until I received the treatment I did when confronting them with the situation. They are lowlife scammers that will get their karma some day. For me it's not even about the money it's about being a DECENT PERSON and them selling me a car they KNEW had thousands of dollars in repairs needed. At first this car lot seemed like they go to work for you and work hard at finding a bank to get you approved. It started with a phone call from the sales guy Wayne, he asked me what things I wanted in a car, and he only came up with two options a 20,000$ Nissan or a 200 Crysler. I wasn't interested in them even knowing that he chose to run my credit thru over 7 different banks just to approved me for something I didn't want. When I got up to the dealer ship, he would not let me look at any cars he told me the 200 was my option for 13,000$ The pushed me into getting the car as I filled out the paperwork the people working there were all laughing and texting each other. Dan the loan guy and jeff were the only people in that whole place that actually were nice and not pushy. When I was driving home the check engine light came on and the tranny was slipping. The dashboard cluster wasn't even correct the tire pressure was off and kept going up and down. I brought the car back and told them I'm not taking the car. Dan took it back but gave me the only option to buy the same car with more miles! If I could rate 0 stars I would. Don't waste money here. Took daughter here and test drive a car. Ran well, all appeared good. Purchased the car and daughter drove it home. Later the same night the check engine light came on. We took the car in to be looked at and found out the spark plug had been forced into the head causing it to be cross threaded. This obviously didn't just happen, which meant someone cleared the check engine light. Long story short is it was replace the head or engine in a car we just purchased. Only a few hundred difference purchasing through family we put a new engine in the car. Dealership refused to negotiate on new engine. Someone at dealer cleared the light and did not disclose this in the sale which is dealer fraud. Complaints filed with Attorney Generals office, Federal Trade Commission and BBB. I bought a car here one week ago for my seventeen year old daughter. A 2007 Nissan Sentra, after 15 miles of her driving it the car started to shake. We took it in and it needs a transmission which I was quoted $4200, as well as front axles and spark plugs. I took it to Nissan and they themselves told me there is no way they didn't know about the transmission, and they agreed I should file a complaint. I have now filed a formal complaint with Washington state, as well as contacted two fraud lawyers who deal with these kinds of dealerships. Any dealer who sells a car like this does not deserve to be in business. Do Not Buy From Here, and if you do here is the website to start a complaint www.atg.wa.gov, type in file a complaint online. Even for one day ... My son and new experienced that very well. I help my nephiew negotiate for him regarding the problems he found on the first day he got his vehicle but they don't wanna help... All the guy said was that you bought it you're responsible. They call the 2nd day after purchased but they said they can not even return it. Please I am begging everyone that reads this to not buy a car from this establishment. They sell nothing but lemons. They are the epitome of sleazy car salesman.
