2005 Lincoln Aviator Purchased from UsedLLC
    Allen C.

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership on Dec 15, paid ALL funds required, and then approximately 2 weeks later, then harassed me by phone several times, called, family members, and even showed up at my place of residence and said they were there to repo my vehicle. I was shocked,as were everyone I was involved with. This couldn't be happening! So I called the dealership and spoke with "DIXIE " and she apologized up and down, back and forth, side to side and stated that "THEY" forgot to record my "Balloon " payment that I clearly paid on Dec 15. The incompetent that took my payment over the phone not only took my 200.00 payment but charged me a 6.00 processing fee because I used my credit card. I was also informed that my plates would not be processed until after my FIRST ACTUAL CAR PAYMENT... No where in any of the documents I signed states this ... This whole dealership has given me PTSD ... I DONT recommend buying from them. It's amazing what 3 weeks can do ! I have no choice now... but you all do !

Paid 8 grand for an ugly kia with 80k miles on it, the process was fast and easy. In just one month of ownership, the vehicle has already been brought in for service three separate times (not including the other two occasions I've left the car for diagnostic). I most recently picked the car up from servicing 2/2/2026, only to have the service engine light turn back on almost immediately (2/3/2026). I was informed by the dealership that their diagnostic equipment does not provide in‑depth readings, and that I may need to take the vehicle to Mercedes for proper diagnosis, entirely at my own expense. Being told I could be financially responsible for continued mechanical issues on a vehicle I have owned for barely a month is unacceptable. This situation has caused significant inconvenience, including repeatedly having to arrange alternative transportation while the car is being serviced. Purchasing a vehicle should come with reliability and peace of mind--not constant breakdowns, repeat service visits, and uncertainty from the start. I regret purchasing this vehicle from Dick Hannah / Dick Says Yes dealerships. Based on the repeated mechanical failures, unresolved engine issues, and the short time frame in which all of this has occurred, I strongly believe I was sold a lemon. At no point during the sales process was I advised of existing or ongoing mechanical issues. Now, after the purchase, I am being told that I may ultimately be responsible for repair costs related to problems that have existed since the vehicle was sold to me. Due to the seriousness and persistence of these issues, I am actively seeking further resolution through formal consumer‑protection and legal avenues, including: Washington State Lemon Law Administration (Office of the Attorney General) Washington State Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division BBB Auto Line Other purchaser‑rights and consumer protection agencies Potential legal consultation regarding Washington State Lemon Law protections I am posting this review across multiple platforms to document my experience and seek proper resolution. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with caution and to be fully aware of the risks involved.

I bought the vehicle site unseen from the other side of the country. I dealt directly with Pat and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, which due to the long distance ended up taking quite some time to complete. Never once did Pat try to take my money until he knew that I was completely satisfied with the deal. In my very first conversation with Pat about the Vanagon he disclosed what I have found to be the only blemish on the vehicle which is a tiny bubble in the paint about half the size of a dime. In our first conversation, Pat had urged me to find someone to at least come and check out the Vanagon for me. Eventually I hired a car inspection company to inspect the vehicle and to write up a lengthy report. Pat also insisted that the vehicle was brought to a mechanic for a once over and to replace a light bulb. The Vanagon was eventually shipped across country and it exceeded all of my expectations. The van was pristine. No smoke and mirrors. The twenty five photos that Pat had posted didn't even do it justice. Even after the purchase, Pat has been very supportive, following up and asking if there was anything that I needed. He even went so far as to ordering me a new interior light (which wasn't even broken but had a slightly sticky switch). If you are looking for a used car in the Vancouver/Portland area or from anywhere in the country, definitely check in with Pat Moore Quality Cars. These guys are the real deal. Pat is the easiest, nicest guy to deal with and I'm sure his entire staff is the same way. He made what could have been a terrible experience into a smooth and enjoyable one. I couldn't recommend these guys any more. A+++++ Nick B

Some cars were in fantastic condition, others not so much. That said, if you know what you're looking for AND you know what to look out for when buying a used car you just might find an INCREDIBLE deal.

He did it on his own and I am so happy and proud of him for working hard, saving money and getting a bank loan on his own to cover the difference. ** Look at the description in the ad I have attached for the truck. Pay close attention to line after line of total LIES.**. They took $15 thousand of my sons money and this truck didn't even make it home to our house. It broke down on the freeway, at night, in the rain, during rush hour. The engine shut off and left him stranded in the middle of the freeway. He was able to get it to the inside lane where it sat for hours on end until we could have it towed. The next day we had it towed back to Vancouver Auto Center and they had it sent out to service. A MONTH later he gets it back and drives it home. The truck wouldn't even start after that. Did I mention that Mo wanted to SPLIT the cost of the repair? He wouldn't even voluntarily honor his word. It wasn't until after some debated conversation he said he would cover it.... And the truck still doesn't even work. Mo is a manipulative type "A" personality who rolls everything back onto the customer as if ANY of this is my sons fault. They saw him coming a mile away and took advantage of him. He is a very responsible and respectful young man and it makes my blood boil that after four months, countless hours of issues and tow trucks and a ton of extra cash he is still without a dependable vehicle. Vancouver Auto Center should be ashamed. This is shameful. Please take your business elsewhere. Mo owes us $15k, plus extras. My son is borrowing a car and has a loan on a truck that he cant even use. Go back and read the ad about this "solid dependable" garbage. And to you Mo, none of this is my sons fault. When you speak to him dont cut him down and make him feel like an idiot because he had never bought a car before. This is on you. 100% on you. Shame on you. I'd give you zero stars if Google would allow it but you get one. Thats all you get.
