Evelyn and the young man at the counter went out of their way to move my package to the side of the building where I could easily load it in my car.

The firm I use to work for developed the USPS Mail Processing Center & the parking structure along Irving Park Road. The Mail processing center is over 600,000 SF it's ginormous. This square footage doesn't include the parking garage or the airmail facility. The Airmail facility (AMF) is to the west of the USPS Mail Processing Center. The AMF was designed by Murphy Jahn & the recently deceased Helmut Jahn. As you may recall Helmut Jahn was 81 years old riding a bike. Helmut was riding his bike some 60 miles west of Chicago on 05/08/21 when he ran a stop sign & was hit by 2 cars. What a tragic ending for a world class architect. This Mail processing center was one of 3 that I worked on the other one is another 600,000 SF in Palatine, IL across Northwest Highway from Arlington Height Racetrack

Package sat there for 3 weeks and was returned to sender, me, talking about export compliance issue whereas I accurately provided necessary information for a seamless delivery. To add insult to injury I was told I was ineligible for a refund because the package still "went through the network". Shame on USPS for perpetuating this level of customer dissatisfaction across several of their locations especially in the Chicagoland area.
