Or you can go inside and one of the two employees can assist you with your basic postal needs. Either way, there's no wait or line of any sort, so you'll be in and out quick. I live a half mile around the corner from this location, so it's very convenient for me! They don't have everything (I didn't see any packaging materials or extra services -- but maybe I just didn't notice them), but it's nice when you're in a hurry and want to avoid the larger post offices, especially around the holidays.

I frequent the USPS Roselle branch on a regular basis - several times a week, to be exact and 9 times out of 10, I don't have to wait in line. Service is quick, efficient, and hassle-free. I mean, you still have to deal with grumpy postal workers - that's pretty much universal wherever you go (but particularly so with the Schaumburg branch) - but to their credit, they are slightly less disgruntled than most other locations. Parking is plentiful, and there is a drop box for driver-throughs.

She finally received her package on January 2nd of 2023!!! The package was smashed and had holes in it. It also had been taped in one of the areas. Her Rum Cakes were hard as rocks and the homemade Ghirardelli Turtles which I sent in a small cooler with dry ice was melted.
