    I had about 13 packages to ship out, and was DREADING going to the USPS Post- Office based on…read moreprevious poor experience. However, I was presently surprised at how quick the service was, and how friendly the employees were. There were 2 women working the counter, and we were in and out of there in about 20 minutes. There were people waiting in line (about 3 ahead of us). We were there right at the opening on a Monday morning. I would recommend getting there early to beat the crowd! There were people trickling in as we were leaving the post office. The Post Office is dated, and a drab though! Poor lighting, and interior that has not been updated since the 70s probably. Hopefully, one day the government can spend some $ to improve the working conditions!

    I went in today to drop off a package. The printer printed the label that said no postage necessary…read moreif mailed in the United States this was a return from eBay and the way it printed it cut off the no postage and half of necessary and the staff refused to reprint the label or scan the package because the barcode was completely intact. The address was intact. Nothing else was missing, but they refuse to take my package because it did not say that I could've handwritten that on there if that was acceptable but no, they would not allow it and I was forced to go home without being able to drop off my Package and reprint the label. Completely unhelpful staff this would never happen UPS. I know that they have the ability to scan a barcode and reprint if UPS can do it. I'm sure the United States Postal Service can do it. It's just complete lack of customer service. Yes I did throw a fit. I am not proud of that part, but it was just incredibly unhelpful when I have very limited time to do these types of errands during their working hours.
