Service Request# 54240711 over which I was worried. She was consistently pleasant, considerate, and  well-spoken. Use her wisely; she's a gem. I acquired my U.S. Passport at this location, which was more convenient than going downtown. Cons-they never have the "fun" stamps (Marvin Gaye, Mister Rodgers, John Lennon, Christmas), the service tends to be a bit gruff, the building itself, materials-pads, mats, railings, glass doors, tile work is all in DISREPAIR. I can imagine how excited I would be coming to work in a dump like that everyday. No wonder the clerks are grumpy!
