No stars of I could ----they stole my 398$ PayPal check said it was in lost and found instead of placing inside of my mailbox, cashed it fraudulently at a Wells Fargo bank; they forged my signature. I have documented everything. This will not be forgiven and someone or two will be held accountable..... be very cautious when dealing with this post office. This really scares me. To my understanding....the workers keep individuals information, checks, credit cards, bank info, and run scams. They figure no one will know or do anything so watch your mailbox. Frustratingly outrageous behavior post office employees are committing federal crimes against humanity. Very upset. read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. I just left after the clerk --Q--was yelling at me when I asked to pick up a package. It's a long story and no one cares but avoid this place like the plague. Not my first horrible experience there but this was next-level. I'd file a formal complaint...but it's USPS so it'd be like screaming into the void. read more

The clerk that calls herself Q is by far the worst. She has the nastiest attitude. Previously I was mailing a package and tried to take a photo of the box, and she flipped out. Today I went to drop off a piece of mail, "Return to Sender," and she argued with me that it 'looked' opened. I had never opened to package, it was in the same condition as when it was put in my mailbox, with clear tape on it. She goes back and forth with me telling me she won't accept it and to go to another post office. I asked for her supervisor and she claims to be the supervisor. When asked for the postmaster, she says she doesn't know who the postmaster is. Never meet a person with such an attitude from the start. She is very rude. I don't understand how she still has a job working in a publicly accessible Federal building serving the people. ZERO STARS!!! read more

Zero stars! Just left this location the white make clerk told me he didn't have tape to take the return label to my package! Told me he had some I could buy! I have gone to a million different post offices and they always give me tape for my packages. I have gone to the post office before with my package taped up and read to just be sent off and they have taped over my tape to ensure the package is secured! UNBELIEVABLE!! This location needs to be shut down! Then on top of that both of the clerks were more interested in a patron telling a story about a jail brawl than they were interested in actually doing their jobs! I've been a customer here for years and they've definitely had their issues. Long lines, nasty attitudes, too few employees. On my most recent visit I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. The associate greeted me and when I told her I needed stamps, and she asked me what kind of stamps I'd like. When she couldn't find the ones I asked for, I told her I'd be glad to take a different kind, but she insisted on checking another spot for them. She found them and rang me up. She really went out of her way to give me the product I wanted and seemed happy to do so. I'm so happy things are looking up at this post office. read more

Maybe I don't come to this location enough to be jaded. Though a bit on the slow side when getting help inside, the wait wasn't too bad. There is plenty of parking. No public restroom. Whether I am prepared or unprepared, the staff is always the same. The priced for supplies are a bit on the high side, but this is a government institution, and the prices are set by the Federal government. There are also mailboxes nearby to drive up and drop off letters. Easy, convenient and decent. The interior is always neat, clean and free from debris. Not bad at all. read more

This location is by far the laziest and most ineffective place of operation that I have encountered. A check was mailed to me requesting a signature 3+ weeks ago. Upon checking my mailbox, I had been left a notice of delivery on a Friday, and that I should request a redelivery by simply filling out the notice they left or go to the PO to retrieve it. I called customer care, and I learned that the carrier never scanned the notice they left, and they were not able to locate my parcel with the article number the notice provided. I couldn't go in to retrieve my mail because the dodos were closed. It is strange that they only open Monday through Friday from 9 to 5, when most people in the neighborhood work from 8 to 5. I left a note as well as the notice filled out with my information for redelivery without my needing to be there (per customer care). This was a week and a half ago, and I have yet to receive my parcel!! I contacted customer service AGAIN and the only option they were able to provide me was to file a complaint that would take three business days for them to review and get back to me. I tried calling said location but the phone number provided is disconnected. My suggestion is to remain open until 6 PM, and to actually do your damn job during business hours. If you do not want to do the job that taxpayer dollars are paying you to do, stay home and let someone who is more than happy to work for those benefits claim those hours! Incredibly rude. Tried to drop off a prepaid package. Was told that they do not accept those, even though it was a pre labeled USPS package. Will yell at you that there are too many people inside if more than three or four people are in the store, even though there are no signs posted anywhere limiting the number of people permitted inside. read more

I have had to come here for work and personal purposes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The only problem I have, is that they are always out of supplies when you need to mail something off. Especially the flat rate shipping boxes. Thankfully, the staff was helpful but If I had to drive some where else because the staff wasn't as good as they are, then this place would just be a hassle. Love the people who work here and that's why I keep coming back! read more

Their hours are now open 9-5, and closed from 1-2. I would give this one-star but every time I have to stand in the ridiculous line, everyone in the line is so friendly and chatty it makes the wait go faster, that does not go for the employees who have a tendency to disappear for long stretches. I went in very unprepared and had forgotten to fill out the return addresses on both boxes then covered with tape. A young woman with light brown braids helped me out, provided a permanent marker and taped over the address so it wouldn't get smudged. Very quick and convenient. I went around 2:30 on a Tuesday. I have visited this post office 3 times due to convenience, every time the employees are completely rude! I have witnessed them be rude to every person they were helping. If they hate being in a customer service role they should move! I will go to UPS next time! read more

The few times I've been in here the staff has always been either abrupt or flat out rude. Also, like a couple of other posters said, they close btw 1-2pm each day for lunch, which is very inconvenient for people trying to drop things off on their own lunch breaks. If you are looking for staff who will go out of their way to help you out, you need to visit a different post office. I think maybe once out of 10 visits, I've had a decent experience. This is a sorry excuse for a post office. The staff in this place are horrible. Today there were 15 people waiting in line and only ONE station was opened. The elderly lady working behind the counter was rather slow but ....she's not rude like the other ones in there. It just really seems to me that these people HATE their job. AND a stamp machine needs to be put in there.....it rather sucks to have to wait in line for postage stamps. Put a stamp machine in this place (on the inside inside part).......I'd love to have a job like that and they move around like they have 50 pound weights in their shoes.......come on!!!!!! read more

ZERO STARS would be too much. -100 stars works. The people that work here are garbage and should be fired. Extremely rude and inconsiderate. I go in the mark a package that I didn't even sign for as refused because I didn't want the mail and they make a big deal about a small abrasion on the cardboard packaging that had nothing to do with me. Just looking for a reason to tell me no. The want me to pay for shipping back when I didn't even want the package in the first place. They're all not listening to or helping there customers. Instead they are just robots that don't listen but rather tell you the same thing over and over until you give up. They don't give a f!?@ about their customers AT ALL!
