They can't seem to answer a question without being rude, complain when they see you're carrying more than one envelope, and are always shouting at people. It's a post office that dares to flirt with efficiency. It's still the USPS, so don't expect champagne service and caviar stamps. When I told the employee my story, they rolled their eyes and said the other employee was lazy and didn't do their job. I about pulled out their teeth to get them to find out the status of my claim. They kept telling me that I didn't give it enough time. Could you just check! I still don't have an answer. They told me there's no change of address confirmation letter. No such thing. I'll wait another week. If nothing, I guess I'll go directly to Tampa to resolve my issue.

When I checked-into this UPS location the first thing I said was I needed to make sure my mom gets these things yesterday. The attendant understood my urgency and helped me package everything to my satisfaction. It was a rather large package and surprisingly inexpensive to ship. It was a smooth transaction, even though the store was filled with customers and only two attendants providing customer service at the time. I was impressed. They handled all of us with professional care and even made an effort to look up and greet new customers walking in the door. I'm happy to say that my mom got her package the next day and has begun her daily regimen of self-care. The employee who was on the far right of counter was very friendly and sweet to me. I had asked questions since I don't usually visit the post office or mail things so she was able to explain everything I had to know. Though, the employee on the far left was very curt and gave me attitude the whole time. I wasn't sure what was going on with her but she needs more experience in customer service. She asked me to apply her performance rating on the digital screen with a choice of three faces - frown, dull and smiley.
