I've been to this location a few times now, and I don't know if I just have some bad luck, or what...but the staff I interact with are consistently rude and borderline disrespectful with the way they address me (or my wife). They can't seem to answer a question without being rude, complain when they see you're carrying more than one envelope, and are always shouting at people. If Dante had written about government buildings instead of hell, this place would've made it into Paradiso. A post office that looks more like a courthouse in Rome than a place where you buy stamps. Big, clean, and shockingly well-kept--like the feds actually cared what the outside of their buildings look like. Two USPS ATMs glowing like twin shrines to the gods of convenience. Inside? Friendly clerks who smile like they don't know they work for one of the most famously sluggish institutions in America. Lines move. People actually seem to get what they came for. It's a post office that dares to flirt with efficiency. It's still the USPS, so don't expect champagne service and caviar stamps. But if you're going to mail a package, dodge jury duty letters, or ship your mother-in-law's fruitcake back to wherever it came from, you could do a hell of a lot worse. An older man who seems like a supervisor or a lead, is very disrespectful with the customers. This post office is in West Pines, on the same side as the plaza where Crunch & Burlington Factory is. My usual go-to post office for all mail needs. It's a quick and easy place to stop by. I do miss how the old location had a drive thru drop box but it's fairly easy to park for a quick drop off. A note is that they do have separate hours for quick service and the full post office. I found this out the hard way trying to pick up flat rate boxes on the weekend (which they were closed, oops). Overall, a good post office! read more

Encountered one of the rudest and incompetent workers so far. If you get Charles as your worker prepare to leave unhappy. I had two orders to return and I didn't realize they needed to be in 2 separate bags because they're from 2 different orders. He had a nasty attitude about re bagging it and made me do it. Not to mention he was slow and had no rush of urgency since there was a line. He needs major customer service training because he has no idea how to deal with customers who make a mistake. read more

Just ordered our holiday cards and needed holiday stamps. Duh. I was going to order online but I'm not patient enough to wait and worried if it comes late during this busy time of year. So, here I am. The moment you drive up, it's pretty calm and peaceful. The location looks brand spanking new. Went inside and I'm totally sure it's a brand new Post Office location. There were 6 customers in front of me and well, if you've ever been to a Post Office before you dread the long long loooooooong wait ahead. Typically right? Not today folks. The clerks here are super efficient and hustle. I got to the front in maybe 5-10 min tops! I swear. All I needed was stamps and although they have the self service kiosks, I didn't want generic pre-printed stamps. I know, I'm bougie AF!!! Lol. Or I just want cute stamps for our cute family holiday cards. C'mon now. Who doesn't want that?!? The clerk who helped me was a very nice young lady. She got me in and out and DUNZO!!! IF FRANK (older white Italian man) IS THERE, run! He is the nastiest post office employee I have ever encountered. First of all, in all my years of shipping out packages no one has ever DEMANDED to know what was in my box. This man is so rude! He wasn't wearing a name tag but just by reading other reviews I figured out his name. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and as if I was doing something wrong just by being there! If you hate your job, GET A NEW ONE! People don't deserve to be treated terribly for a service they're paying for. Terrible human being. read more

Sending care packages during this time has thankfully, been very easy to do with using their self-checkout option. It's helped me to limit the amount of contact and interaction I have to do with another person. It's also very easy to understand how to use it once you've tried it the first time. At the self-checkout, you can weigh your items to ship, print your own packaging to ship them in, and pay for it without having to stand in line. It couldn't get any better than that especially considering the lines that are already formed when you walk in. This is a fairly new post office so it already feels clean and well kept which is essential for customers to feel right now. They are mindful of helping to establish and maintain the 6-feet distance rule in the lines and on a couple of occasions as I walked in I saw someone wiping down the self-checkout machine. read more

They sold the land that the old post office was located at and made a small storefront behind it. It is nice and the same staff are there. The post office boxes are less expensive than the UPS store. I often stop here on the way to work to mail a package or buy stamps. I'm grateful that the U.S. Post Office realized the needs of the community out west and kept an office here. read more

Frank, an older Italian guy talks to people like they are garbage, incredibly rude and will wear name tags with different names at time (probably so when people call to complain they give a different name other than his).
