Look at these adorable holiday stamps!!!
Terri E.

Just ordered our holiday cards and needed holiday stamps. Duh. I was going to order online but I'm not patient enough to wait and worried if it comes late during this busy time of year. So, here I am. The moment you drive up, it's pretty calm and peaceful. The location looks brand spanking new. Went inside and I'm totally sure it's a brand new Post Office location. There were 6 customers in front of me and well, if you've ever been to a Post Office before you dread the long long loooooooong wait ahead. Typically right? Not today folks. The clerks here are super efficient and hustle. I got to the front in maybe 5-10 min tops! I swear. All I needed was stamps and although they have the self service kiosks, I didn't want generic pre-printed stamps. I know, I'm bougie AF!!! Lol. Or I just want cute stamps for our cute family holiday cards. C'mon now. Who doesn't want that?!? The clerk who helped me was a very nice young lady. She got me in and out and DUNZO!!! Man, I'm madly in love with this Post Office. Need to make this my official spot if I need to mail stuff. You should too. DO IT!!!

They sold the land that the old post office was located at and made a small storefront behind it. It is nice and the same staff are there. The post office boxes are less expensive than the UPS store. I often stop here on the way to work to mail a package or buy stamps. I'm grateful that the U.S. Post Office realized the needs of the community out west and kept an office here.

This is a decent enough post office. In my various trips ig found their are usually no lines around…read more4 PM. A little hidden away, my first time coming had me searching for a few minutes. Staff is friendly enough, some much more than others. Can only give three stars since they do not have the self service kiosks which are incredibly convenient if you must come during peak times or when post office is closed. They also sell stamps and greeting and gift cards if you've forgotten a special occasion and just want to send something out on the spot. Would given more stars if kiosk's were brought back.

I agree with what others are saying. The customer service is lack luster. I filled out a change of…read moreaddress at a different USPS and was told that it would take 10 days before the mail would arrive at the new address and that I would receive a confirmation letter in the mail. 14 days later, no confirmation letter or mail change. I went back to the facility and inquired about the status. The employee told me that I had to go to the facility in the zip code where the change occurred. Odd, but OK. So, I came to this location. When I told the employee my story, they rolled their eyes and said the other employee was lazy and didn't do their job. I about pulled out their teeth to get them to find out the status of my claim. They kept telling me that I didn't give it enough time. Could you just check! I still don't have an answer. They told me there's no change of address confirmation letter. No such thing. I'll wait another week. If nothing, I guess I'll go directly to Tampa to resolve my issue.

She keeps her patience. Their stamp assortment is not too great. I like to buy pretty stamps when I am actually at the post office. I asked for two different style of stamps and they were out of both. USPS tends to offer the least expensive shipping, which is why they are always so busy. I appreciate how they offer a variety of shipping speeds. They also sell greeting cards and wrapping paper which has saved me a trip to another store in the past.

Just happened to be in West Pines and needed to drop off a package at this USPS. The intersection…read moreof Pines Blvd and Flamingo Road is horrible and entry into this plaza was difficult. The USPS is not visible from Pines Blvd and is at the far back of the plaza with limited close parking. The interior was spacious and busy but waited only 5-10 minutes. This specific package was important to ship out today. The postal service officer scanned my package and circled the tracking number on my receipt. She asked me to apply her performance rating on the digital screen with a choice of three faces - frown, dull and smiley. I told her to please smile and after she did I tapped a green smile face and left. It was simple but if possible, I prefer local UPS Store drop off locations.

This location is actually a bit farther from my house than the actual post office but I really don't mind driving there in order to not deal with the issues I stated above. The clerks are always helpful and the last time I was there the clerk actually told me a way to save money on the item I was mailing. I don't think I've ever waited more than five minutes getting helped. In all fairness, I've never gone there during the holiday season so it might be different. but the times I have been there it's always been an easy and positive experience. I also needed some stamps the last time I was there and although the choices weren't as many as you might get at a larger post office it was still fine.

She also talked me out of overnighting something and sending it priority so I saved quite a bit of money. I also bought some really pretty stamps. They have such a nice variety here. I like buying the unique stamps and this location had a lot. Believe it or not, some other post offices I have been to did not have too many to choose from. They also have some nice greeting cards and attractive mailers that are out of ordinary. Parking was easy. I was in and out of here in a flash.
