This has become our "home" UPS store. The team here has been great and the service level continues to increase as they have gotten to know my husband and I. They are friendly, helpful and welcoming. This UPS Store I can rely on for excellent service! On busy days, they have their front door propped open, which is so considerate for customers carrying in large packages. Today, Caitlyn is super! She helped bring it this 30 pound box from my car! Other times I've had another staff member bring large heavy boxes from my car. If it's too heavy, I have it disassembled and brought the sub assemblies in, then a staff member helped me pack them in larger boxes and tape them up for shipping. I'm right there with the other people today I was supposed to get a package from Amazon. I saw the mailman pull up. He didn't want to take the extra couple seconds to actually step out of his vehicle to put it in the mailbox because I live on the corner he just drives on by no letter. No nothing I was right there in the garage Then I get a post or an email saying that there was something in the way or something like that there was nothing in the way of my mailbox. This is happened three times. The guy is just lazy and he doesn't even want to get out to make the effort. Get out of your truck. It's a nice hot sunny day dude. read more

This UPS store is certainly convenient for the location. While the staff are mostly polite and helpful - too many times now they have actually been quite cold and unkind. This has created many awkward visits and I actually cringe whenever I have to do business here now. I love the paper shredding service though. My work has a strict printing policy, so I came down to hopefully get my printing done quickly. Well, I've been here for about twenty minutes to be told "the computer is not working" when that actually wasn't true. Someone finally got me set up on the computer (thank you), and now I'm waiting for their slow as hell copier to print out 1 page every minute. No joke. If you need to make copies, do NOT come here. This copier is straight up trash. Needless to say, I'm unhappy, am now missing my lunch, and I still got charged full price for their inconvenience. I'm pissed. read more

Christian and Ethan were AMAZING!!! They were polite, helpful, and true gentlemen. I was more than eager to get the 125-pound desk (that arrived to my home damaged) back to the seller. It had been knocking around the back of my car for days and every sudden stop created a terrifying crashing of desk parts. When I arrived, there was a problem getting the shipping label from the seller and Ethan and Christian explained why this store couldn't help (each store is independent and issues like mine had to be dealt with at the UPS shipping center), gave me the proper phone number to call, and then waited patiently while I resolved the issue. With the shipping label in hand (I emailed it to the UPS store location and they printed it out), the two of them carried the ridiculously heavy desk from my car into the store. The box had been torn open and they MacGyvered it back into a shippable box. They just went to work, quickly and efficiently getting an annoying, broken desk out of my life! And they did it all with patience, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. Thank you, Ethan and Christian. You two turned my day around! :) read more

Today I received a delivery from UPS, marked "Urgent" that was my address, but for someone who lived here previously. Out of courtesy, I called the number on the return label and let the business know (a car dealership out of state) that it was in fact not delivered to the recipient. She politely asked if I would mind dropping it off at a local UPS store and ask them to bill them for the cost. I was already on my way out, so I agreed it would not be an inconvenience. I saw there was a location in Lake Oswego and stopped in. What a disappointment! There were at least 4-5 employees staring at me as I explained the situation to an older gentlemen working there. He stated that it was in fact, "Not his envelope either", so I explained what the business had said, that maybe they could bill them. Instead of figuring out a solution, he was very flippant and made no suggestions other than throwing a Sharpie pen on the counter and suggesting I could just write "RTS" or "Return to Sender". Thank you, I think anyone with a 3rd grade education knows what that means. I have never been to any UPS store and been treated so poorly. I am new to the area and was hoping that I would find a friendly UPS store where I could send packages for the holidays, etc. I would NEVER recommend this location and I will NEVER return. Your store needs a serious lesson in customer service. It was a simple request and it is not the customers responsibility to know your business protocol. This is my favorite UPS store in the metro area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. They let me skip the line when I'm just dropping off a package, and when I actually have to pay for shipping, they are efficient and take care of my shipping needs as expected. read more

I have always experienced good service and friendly staff at this UPS store. They have always gone out of their way to carry packages to my car or find a shipping address. The old guy who works here is so fucking rude. I don't ship stuff often so maybe I'm doing it wrong? I came in with a usps box and a usps label (don't know if that was his problem, the sign on the window says they ship usps?) all I ask is if he can tape the box and the shipping label on to the box. He starts going off on this long rant about how usps doesn't reimburse for this type of stuff bla bla bla (have no idea what he's talking about. So I say "okay... well I can take it somewhere else then" and he goes "where??" (Like I'm a dumbass) and I say "I don't know, I'll drop it off in a mailbox or something" and he says "it's too big. I'll do it here but we don't do that here. You're set". A normal person should have told me right off the bat that it's against company policy (whatever it was that he was referring to) and apologize. I would have understood and left. Instead this old, bitter man decides to belittle my intelligence and look at me as if I'm the stupidest person he's seen all day. I hope he gets fired. Never coming back. read more
