Specifically they've helped me twice with passport photos, which can be tricky and something I don't want to trifle with. They follow the requirements and I haven't had an issue with any photo being accepted. My most recent interaction with Postal Plus was shipping a package around the holidays. The US Postal Service line can always be arduous this time of the year, but for a few extra bucks more I was more than happy to have Postal Plus help me out. They offered me some options for shipping, including UPS and FedEx, and in the end found a great price that also worked with the shipping timeline I needed. The service has always been friendly and helpful too!

I went up to the counter and the old lady immediately was so mean about it. Had a nasty attitude and arms crossed when saying "we're closed did you look at the sign?" I said oh but it says 6:30 online I just have a pre paid to drop off and she in the same rude aggressive tone then told me the systems shut off, which store I must've thought, and while this was pointing towards the door. I understand having closing duties and the system being shut off for the night, but being in a customer service job and treating customers like this is not okay. On top of that her and another woman were just standing at the counter yapping. Not even actually doing any closing duties like the guy that was vacuuming, and he was actually nice! When I was young I worked retail for six years and never would've fathomed speaking to a customer like how she did. I caution anyone from using the Monroe Parkway Postal Annex if they wish to send packages by DHL…read more Here is my recent experience: On 7 February 2025, I asked this branch of Postal Annex to help me send a 0.55 pound package to Indonesia. I asked them if they charged the same rates as DHL. They said their rates were in the same range as DHL, and they gave me a twenty dollar discount to sweeten the deal. In the end, after the twenty dollar discount, I was charged $163.41 to send the package to Indonesia. Out of curiosity, I decided to go directly through DHL the next time. On 7 April 2025 (exactly two months later) I went to an actual DHL outlet on Scholls Ferry Road and asked them to send a package with the same contents, the same weight (0.55 pounds) to the same street in Indonesia. DHL charged me only $74.52. In other words, sending a DHL package through the Monroe Parkway branch of Postal Annex cost me more than twice as much as sending precisely the same package (same contents, same weight, same destination) through DHL itself. I hope others will learn from my experience and not allow themselves to be overcharged by this branch of Postal Annex. I verify that the statement above is true and correct and have retained receipts as evidence.
