This has happened three times in a row when I order a package and I get a tracking number. I tracked the package and it gives you an expected arrival date when you go back and check on the package and it shows that it's not going to be delivered on the expected delivery date. it's funny how 3 or 4 days later when the package arrives you go back and check and it's got the expected delivery date changed and marked delivered on time and bold letters read more

I would give a negative 5 stars if we could. I got here at 10:30 am and waited behind 3 families, total of 15 people.. they closed the gate in my face at 4:30 on the dot, and I was the next person in line. The only person by them selves and it would have taken them only a few minutes because i already have everything done. This is ridiculous!! The people who work here are nice and I've never waited anywhere near the amount of time these other people have stated. I go here quite frequently too, not just a one time experience. Clean and neat,always get a nice close parking spot, nicely landscaped too. What more do you want from a post office?? I'm reviewing the post office not a recent experience with the passport section, however, I have gotten two passports at this location in the past and at that time did not have a negative or frustrating experience. read more

Terrible experience at the passport office. One man on duty who was openly hostile to everyone. He actually was yelling at a guy trying to ask a question. There is no designation for the line for passports which actually starts way across the entire lobby area. There were about 30 people in line ... and one person staffing it! Unorganized, rude and could careless about customer service. read more

This post office sucks. The employees are all nasty , have bad attitudes and are rude. Like you are bothering them by being there. Any time I can use self service I do , just to avoid them. Matter of fact they scold you and tell you can go just use self service most of the time. If you are in line a person walks through barking at you " why are you here, what do you need?" then usually scolds you can go to self serve. The only reason I still torture myself is because of the hours. No estimated delivery date is ever met. Anytime I send a priority package it is never there on the day it says expected delivery date. read more

This was the last post office on record for my package which was never delivered and is presumed lost. However not lost, STOLEN. Yes this post office has a thief(s) working within the walls. The postal inspectors will do nothing but sit on their asses and collect a nice check. My elderly mother, who still trusts the USPS, sent some jewelry (Fathers old watch and Class ring) to me Priorty and the USPS says (tracking number 9505 5265 6097 9053 3221 60 ) It was delivered to this Postal Location but never sadly has never left the building, at least to me. I'm sure the USPS employee(s) who took my family heirlooms enjoy my fathers watch and his college class ring, one which I doubt you even know how to use, and the other will look good melted down for your teeth. Believe me if I could give this place a -10 stars I would! The clerks are as rude as can be. I waited over 12 hours 5 of them in the parking lot to file a simple passport application. Never have I been treated so poorly anywhere. They just have a take a number attitude and they could care less whether you get waited on or not. Not a single bathroom for customers in the whole building but expected to stand for hours on end. I hope that when the federal government starts closing post offices this is the first one to go. The worse and most smart a$$ people I have ever encountered! Stay away from this place at all costs because it's the most slow and inefficient place I've ever done business. We receive our mail in the Southdale plaza. We've had the same postal carrier for about 2 years until recently. So we have this young lady who is the carrier now and she is mixing up our mail between the two businesses. When we corrected her regarding the matter, she became very defensive and said she was never coming to our business again. Assuming in order for that to take place she came up with some type of story stating that our USPS mail will be held at the post office for 30days? Her untrue accusations was that the location was very aggressive and used very disrespectful language towards her. That is very untrue. And she mentioned that she is scared for her safety coming into this location. All I have to say is WOW!!! Well played that this carrier made up these bogus lie in order not deliver our mail. I want the mail to continue to be delivered and someone needs to speak to this lady regarding customer service and not to make up lies to try to hurt a business in regards to receiving their mail. This is the 3rd time I have sent a package by Express mail and it did not get to the destination by the promised time and they charge BIG BUCKS for LOUSY service! I will never use them again to mail a package! I kick myself for not using FedEx or UPS. Priority is even worse! They promise 3 days and sometimes its over a week and even though they charge more for it, they will tell you there is no guarantee! Then why do it that way at all?! read more

Just got back from this post office and I'm steaming. I had to rush a package for shipping and found I was out of packing tape. So I used scotch tape on the box (a light box containing one book), figuring a could get a couple of pieces of stronger tape at the counter. I've had to do this on occasion before but rarely. The Post Office is usually gracious and helps with the tape. But not this time. Instead of giving me two small pieces I got a cocky middle aged loud mouth boldly telling me that I don't any tape from the Post Office unless I pay for it - BECAUSE I'M MAILING A PACKAGE AT THE LOWEST RATE POSSIBLE (media mail). I mailed the package anyway, hoping the tape I had on the package will hold. I plan to call the office tomorrow and speak to someone about this guy. This cannot be the policy of the Post Office (not for the very small amount of tape I was asking for) and I don't appreciate the surly, cocky, loud behavior of their employee. The absolute worst.. I can't believe I even have to give them a star. I've been waiting for a priority express package that's very important. It was supposed to be here Wednesday, it's Friday and still not here. I'm leaving for vacation tonight and when I tried to go pick it up because I had to at this point they kept telling me it was out for delivery. I have tracking on the package and it is certainly not out for delivery. It ALWAYS comes with my normal mail. I even stood with someone and showed them my phone and they still told me it was out for delivery WHILE WE WERE BOTH LOOKING AT THE PHONE AND ITS STATUS. Blatantly lying right in front of my face.. we went to renew our US passports and we were there from 9am-3:30 there was only one worker and every person was in there for 15 minutes, there was around 20 people, luckily we had seats in our car trunk and we sat down and waited but some people had to stand for 5 and even 6 hours, they should definitely be more organized. read more

I am so sick of Usps. Every time I have a package coming... they would say it is delivered at front door porch , however when I go to retrieved it , I do not see anything at the door. When I do called Usps about my missing package it takes days before I can get information on my package that was so called delivered only for them to tell me GPS Show it was delivered at my address. Keep in mind it take forever for someone to answer the phone. I contact them also to change the number one the mailbox because it is the wrong number and up until now it is still the same. I am always receiving my neighbors mail. I never had this problem anywhere else until I moved to West Palm Beach FL . They always told me to contact whoever I bought merchandise from and have them send an replacement package. I have mails ... coupons mostly that was supposed to deliver to my mailbox but have yet to see them. I am a stay at home mom and every time the carriers has packages they never knock the door, the carrier just leave your package outside.
