I've gone here to drop a few packages off and when I go, I'm usually in and out with no problems! The staff is usually friendly, but I've heard a couple tones been raised because of rude customers. Doesn't affect me because I'm not involved luckily. The office is always lit up real nice and the place is always clean. I love using their self service kiosk because it is so much easier using it compared to standing in an endless line to pay at the front. The parking is huge in terms of spots and I like how it is very well lit and the parking lot is always busy, however you'll never be hunting for a spot because of how many spaces there is. They offer P.O. Boxes here and the prices vary on how long you have one and the size of them. Pretty decent prices on the rentals! Overall a good USPS that I stop by more often then not, and I am glad it's always clean, friendly and safe when I'm here! read more

This looked like a one-hour experience with the more than twelve customers in line, yet because they have Self-Service checkout available, I was able to weigh my padded envelope on the scale, choose the destination zip code, and pay for my stamp in three easy steps! What's more--the receipt was emailed automatically. They must have the record of it linked to my debit card. Despite the high traffic, they keep the postal center clean, indoors and around the perimeter too. I won't hesitate in coming here again!! read more

Please give in and close down already. Private services are so much better. Your website is so terrible I cannot even file a claim for my parcel with was not delivered to the correct address. I don't know of any other company that can fail to do what it is meant to and continue to operate as much as the USPS does. It's a disgrace for you to use the American name. read more

I have scheduled a pick up request twice at this location and they have not pick up the mail, someone is not doing their job as it supposed to and is a shame. If there is a pick up request they suppose to pick it up and do their job effectively, that's why I'm giving a one start to this UPSP location read more

It's a post office not much to say. If you are lucky and the people in front of you don't have issues you can get in and out pretty quickly. If you are unlucky and people are in need of specific help you can be there a while. Best to use the self service area for stamps and small packages. read more

This Post Office in Weston is the perfect representation of the Government. The line is always out the door. There is one employee at the desk. They look miserable and are not friendly or helpful. If you have a question or need help at the self service kiosk, you're screwed. Get in line and wait 25 mins for something that could be answered in 2 minutes if they had additional staff in the lobby answering questions. Every time I've visited this post office, it's a horrible, unfriendly, and lengthy experience that no one that cares about or cares to improve. Government work at it's finest! read more

Very rude staff. And plus this guy named Larry he seemed very nice but then he became rude. we wanted to ship something's to Pittsburgh in a large box but he said that box is gonna cost more so we said ok. So then he said what else are u gonna ship. We said some food and he didn't seem to care abt it so then he said this box instead and we needed the large box. and yesterday then when we got to the post office there was a long ass line Almost out of the damn building. We didn't want to waste our time. So then we came today and then the staff named Larry was very rude and yelling at us because my grandparents are learning English but they Speaked a bit of English and instead it was like if he was done with my grandparents and instead he got a different staff he speaked English which that guy was more nicer than Larry. I don't exactly remember the guy who was nicer. I don't suggest to come to that post office if u don't wanna be treated right. This is somewhat better option than other post office in south Florida that I've been to. Sure the line is long but the folks working behind the counter is confident and efficient, and actually smiles. They also set up huge basket by the counter so people who had prepaid package can just leave it in the basket, eliminating any needs to line up and wait (keep in mind, you are leaving the box at your own risk. You don't get receipt therefore) Parking is huge and there are some automated machine where you can buy stamp and label. Also they have decent size supply section where you can get free box or tape to prep your package. read more

Just left here and was very disappointed in one of the mail staff named Bob. Bob was walking to assist another customer which I wasn't aware of and I said excuse me to get his attention, but he kept walking pretty much ignoring me. I waiting until he was done with the customer and he did not acknowledge me and walked off as if he didn't see me standing there waiting for his assistance. Since I saw his name tag, I called him by name to get his attention and when he turned around he acted like he didn't want to help me. I told him I needed a box to fit my item and he half-ass help me by giving me a box that was obviously too small. I've never said this and if you go through my reviews you'll see that it's true. But if I could give less than one star I would in fact I would give negative stars. The mail carrier broke our mailbox and knocked out the locking mechanism. Instead of bringing it to us and telling us she just took our mail to another city for us to drive 15 miles to pick up and then we get there and the mail is not there. They say that they will not fix our mailbox! Even though their carrier broke it. So then we asked to fill out an incident report and they gave us a fake form that was for a lost package. Not for someone breaking your lock when they are only supposed to be delivering your mail. would highly recommend nobody use this postal service location. Also there's no point in trying to call them to get any information I called over 50 times and no one answered the phone nor did I get a message. It's a post office. Line moves pretty fast, customer service pretty good, not a whole lot more to say about this post office. I just wished the employees smiled a little more. It's not the biggest, not the prettiest, but offers everything a larger more modern post office does. has a little area with stuff you can buy as you wait in line. also has post office boxes . Never really seems to be a long line but the line there is always seems to move pretty quickly. All in all a pretty good place to take care of your mailing needs. My husband waited in line for 30 minutes to be told that the package that was In status "held for pickup at customer request (I never requested this) " was out for delivery. If I could give this post office 0 stars I would. All the workers here are so rude and treat you like you're dumb. I was supposed to get a package delivered and the tracking said it was delivered but there was nothing in my mail box. I went to usps 4 times and they made me leave my info every time and didn't even bother to contact me for updates on where my package was. I spoke to the supervisor there and the next day I finally get a call saying that the only thing they know is that it was delivered but I don't have it. So in other words they lost my package and don't know where it is and can't do anything about it. I gave up on finding my package and it's their fault I haven't received it because they're not cautious enough to where they leave their packages. read more

Unfortunately, there is a thief working at this location. I mailed a birthday card with a $75 gift card inside the post office to be sure it was safe. It never arrived at its destination. In January, I was supposed to receive two tag renewal decals. Only one arrived. Never received the other one. All my bills and things that have no value manage to get delivered and received by me with no issues at all. Tried reporting this to the proper authorities. No one seems to care enough to do anything about it despite the fact this is a federal crime. Have totally lost faith in the USPS sadly. read more

Extremely rude customer service from RACHEL Not sure if she's a supervisor here but she came out with an INCREDIBLE rude demeanor all While I had my newborn in my carrier in front of me. I told her to calm down it was way to early for that and she said "ima go to the back and calm down" and walked off. After she came back out I then asked her for the direct phone number for future reference and she REFUSED told me very rudely to call 1800 ask usps!! I asked again and she replied again in a rude tone to call 1800 ask usps! I will be making a formal complaint against her with the post master/district manager. It was uncalled for. The "Eh" of Post Offices You arrive at what appears to be a sad attempt at a modern building, parking is usually simple to acquire. Walking in you'll see crappy pens available along with other postal "amenities". Maybe my generation isn't meant for post offices as I was clearly baffled. Ummm... When did Post Offices get so complicated? Not that it matters what review I leave for a government building but this place kinda sucks. They have updated their process a bit with automated machines that if you're not careful you'll end up paying nearly 3x what it would cost to walk to the counter. The employees here clearly hate their jobs, they're not friendly and seem to drag their feet. We waited in line roughly 15-20 mins while two employees called people up... There was only 3 people in front of me. If only they had everything well stocked along with friendly people with good attitudes, it would run better. Your local post office in the City of Weston, the mail men and woman, are always very kind and courteous. They look forward to serve you and look for the best rate on your package. With this particular store you need to watch out for three sets of hours. Typically you will find congestion in the store early in the morning about an hour after they open. You will find congestion in the afternoon between the hours of noon and one, and after work anywhere between 4 to 6. Which is consistent with people who are trying to drop off packages either before they go to work during their lunch or after. Nice clean sized post office. Just left Pembroke Pines location and it was packed with people for Christmas. went over to this location and they had two automated machines versus the one at Pembroke Pines and another two by a supply area as well as the employees T the registers. I was in and right back out as all I needed was stamps. I do find it interesting that thus location has that many more machines. read more

I moved back up here from Homestead. Compared to that P.O., these guys are the best. They have always been friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes there are lines, but with the government reducing funding, they can't help it if they have less staff. Long lines. They do not answer the phone and a harsh tone blares at you after a few rings then disconnects. They used to have a pick up window but they closed it down. So if you have a pick up to make expect at least an hour wait. Then pray they haven't lost your pa large. Management at this office could care less for their customers. I have vowed to use a private service- fedex or ups or Dhl whenever possible. This time I have promised myself this is the last time.
