You can rent hourly, half day, or a whole day. The shop is connected with the Desert Pearl Inn, so turn into the hotel parking lot and it is the front building. When we walked in, Hunter greeted us kindly and walked us through how to use the bikes. He also has locks and phone holders for every bike. The seats were SO comfortable. I'm normally sensitive with bike seats, but I had no soreness the next day. His recommendations for where to ride were very helpful! He even told us about a small hidden hike! It was a last minute decision to rent a bike and I'm so so so glad I did and these guys were great! The bike I rented was super powerful and made the trip into Zion so much fun. I'm a regular rider and wasn't sure how much effort doing the entire park would take but it was almost effortless. The bike went up to about 22mph on the downhill and had 7 gears (+/-) and 5 different levels of assist. Don't miss out on the best way to see the park! Great experience! Of all the shops I spoke to, Utah eBike Adventures was the most personable, friendliest, shop around. Not to mention the best price available by far! I got the sense that Hunter and the rest of Utah eBike Adventures authentically cared if we had a good experience - and we did! It was my wife's birthday, and we wanted to go on a family eBike night ride with our dog in tow. They don't normally do night rides, but they were able to work it out for us on this particular night. Hunter (I think he's the owner) and I chatted almost every day over the phone and text for about a week and a half while we put together the logistics. He sent pictures, and gave suggestions to help problem solve any needs or requests. On the night of the ride, we brought our own dog trailer, hoping to attach it to the back and tow it while riding. It turned out the hitch had a screw hole that was just slightly too small to attach conventionally, so Ethan at the shop helped us find a creative solution, and it ended up working perfectly! I've used a couple ebikes now at this point, and I think theirs are the best! A small feature I really liked, was a cell phone holder on the handles. This made it easy to have navigation when needed, and to take the occassional picture. We had so much fun on our night ride, and Utah eBike Adventures made it possible. read more

I would not do business here. There are other places to choose from in town. We rented 3 e-bikes, paid online before hand, for a 7:00 until 11:00 time slot. We showed up at 7:00 and the doors were closed. No one around. Not cool considering we drove from St George that morning to get an early start into Zion to beat the crowds. We called multi times from the parking lot and didn't receive a call back. So we moved on and went the shuttle route. We stopped in later that afternoon and only got a "sorry" from our boy Braden at the desk. I asked for a refund. And he did refund me. Best way to see the park! We rented 2 e-bikes and had an Incredible experience! We rented them for a half day and rode a total of 19 miles in and out of the park. AWESOME would be a better review. I just stumbled on Hunter and his utah E-bike adventures. I was having a coffee down the street and happened to Google Utah Ebike adventures. Hunter was so personable, so energetic and genuinely wanted me to have a fun experience. I did the all day rental on a "fattie". I had an absolute blast. Hunter gave me the low down on the bike, gave me a basic itinerary and off I went. By myself at 58 years old to go biking and hiking. It was spectacular, the bike was in great shape, the battery lasted all day even with me riding up the pass until I reached the tunnel. THAT is quite a climb I did notice Utah E-bike adventures bikes were newer and better maintained then any of the other shops I stopped to inquire about rentals. I rented from Hunter just because of his enthusiasm for biking the canyon. I would highly recommend Utah E-bike adventures to everybody. My friends and I were look for some e bikes to rent in Zion National Park. We looked at several locations which we found to be too pricey for our student budget.
