The office staff showed me to a computer, assisted me in filling out an application and printing it, then mailed the package. I paid $298 for this supposed service with a guaranteed three (3) week turn around. Fedex entirely failed to inform me there was another, $211, fee. I only learned about the additional fee when I got an email from Rush My Passport saying i owed money - but not telling me how much. I called Fedex repeatedly to find out what to do and was refused all assistance. I actually had to inform Fedex I intended to file a theft report with the police just to get a supervisor to talk to me. Even though Fedex's info all state it is 'in partnership' with Rush My Passport, Fedex would not even tell me how much Rush My Passport was demanding to process my application - even though they failed to tell me I needed to include this fee. I called Rush My Passport five (5) times over 5 days, each time leaving a message begging to be called back. I never received a return call. I finally found a different way to get through to a person at Rush My Passport, who charged me $10 for yet another $211 fee. Then, to cap it off, I was told it would take six (6) weeks to get my passport, even though I paid for, and was promised a 3 weeks turn around. This refusal to assist me and arrogance of Fedex at C Street is appalling. In my opinion this is consumer fraud and bait and switch. I did everything Fedex told me to do, Fedex failed to tell me there was another $211 fee, then Fedex refused to help me. I believe this should be referred to the District Attorney Consumer Fraud Division for criminal prosecution.

I first used Spirit Printing for our wedding; we went with them to produce our table numbers, seating cards, a drink sign, and a canvas collage. Chantell was wonderful to work with and helped us improve our designs to ensure great finished products from helping us pick which paper weights would be ideal to refining our work in Canva. The pricing was very reasonable too. Though the actual printing took a while as we got married during a busy season (spring), we were very happy with the final results. Many wedding guests commented that our table numbers and seating cards were really cute. I'm sure we'll send more business to Spirit Printing in the future!

This spot is convenient for printing documents. You can email your file and then print it yourself…read moreat the machine. At only $0.82 for a single page for black and white, it's much cheaper than other places that charge around $2.50 for the same thing. That said, there are some drawbacks. After you email your document, it can take five minutes or more just to receive the retrieval code to enter at the printer. The staff will tell you to step outside and refresh your email, but the delay makes the process pretty frustrating. Parking is another issue. There are about 17-18 spots, but even with only four customers in the store, I couldn't find a space. I waited at least eight minutes and still nothing opened up, not even on the side street. I eventually gave up on parking and walked. Overall, it's the best price I've found for printing a small number of pages, but the wait times and parking situation make it a bit of a headache.
