Coming into the establishment person there and it wasn't too welcoming . Everything was clean and organized so that's always a plus ! It's great option for when you want something healthy and refreshing on a weekend . I got a açaí bowl and the fruits were fresh , but maybe work a bit more on the base itself .

This review is solely based on their açai bowls. I would consider myself an açai bowl connoisseur as I love to try them everywhere I go. I've been coming to utopia for the last couple years and this is one of the few spots that I always enjoy coming to. I only get their very nutty acai bowl that brings homemade almond butter and nuts on top. They used to layer the bottom and middle with their home made granola but now it's just the bottom. The granola is nice and crunchy which gives it a good texture. The acai itself has the texture and consistency that is similar to a sorbet but a bit thicker. I really enjoy this as other places have acai that is more liquidy or similar to a frozen yogurt. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to get a good acai bowl.

Cute juice bar conveniently located next to Planet Fitness. They offer members discounts and there are happy hour specials which is nice, but that's where my positivity in this review ends. Visited on a Friday afternoon, immediately upon entering I noticed a funky / earthy smell that was not pleasant IMO. Based off some of the reviews (prepackaged wraps and açaí bowls) I opted to get a smoothie. The smoothies options seem to a bit unique. The person that served me wasn't overly welcoming and she did not even crack a friendly smile at any point in time. After trying 3/4 of my smoothie I disposed it. I am health food / daily smoothie drinker and was not thrilled at all by my order. There are significantly better smoothie / juice spots and I probably will not be a returning customer.

Utopia Juice Bar is such a cute & quaint spot! It's the perfect place to chill, grab a smoothie or juice, & just vibe. The atmosphere is relaxed, with great music playing in the background, making it a cool hangout spot after a workout--especially since it's conveniently located right next door to Planet Fitness. If you're not sure what to order, don't hesitate to ask the employees for their recommendations--they're super friendly & helpful! I tried the Sunrise, which was absolutely delicious, & now I can't wait to come back & try more of their juices. The customer service here is truly 10/10. Whether you're stopping by for a quick drink or looking for a laid-back spot to unwind, Utopia Juice Bar is a must-visit!

Utopia is now a part of my weekly routine! Get their 12oz açaí, sit in front of the tv and enjoy every drop! I've never had an issue ever and I'm a weekly customer. If they are out of anything they let me know and allow me to decide if I still want it or not. Staff is friendly and communicative. I'm reading some of these reviews and thy can't be going to the same place I go to. I love it there ! It's a little pricey... but it's worth it! Delicious! Chefs kiss! I'm never leaving!! I usually love going to Utopia , and I'm extremely disappointed at the fact that I came here and I had over 1000 points and a woman presumably the owner refused to allow me to redeem my 25% off, she stated that it was a mistake in the system, and because it was a mistake. I'm not allowed to redeem it, which makes no sense because if it is a mistake in the system, it even says it expired the day that I was going to buy it . why should I as a consumer be held responsible? I told her coworker that I will be leaving a bad review so she decided to come out of the store and chase me away like a crazy woman. I am extremely disgusted with the way that this black business owner carried herself, and I find it repulsive that she felt the need to follow me outside just to tell me not to come back. There are like four other açai places in this area alone. You don't have to worry lol

Had a delicious smoothie today after my workout. The staff is very nice and friendly, there is a variety of options and you get a discount if you are a member of the gym next door. My only negative is that the prices are high- paid $20 for two small size smoothies. Seems like smoothie king is way cheaper. read more

This place is incredible! Food is SOOOOO good, we were blown away. The owner is so nice, highly recommend this place if you're looking for good, healthy food. Yes, the wait time is a little bit longer than a typical quick-eats cafe, but a) good food takes time to prepare, and b) they literally have a sign in the cafe indicating their prep time takes a little longer, so the one-star reviews on here do not do this place justice. Don't come here if you're expecting fast food in 3 min, but if you have a few min to chill and enjoy the ambiance, your taste buds and stomach will thank you. read more

I only give this place a one star for the WAIT TIME. If you have something to do, and are trying to grab a quick bite.. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. My husband and I waited 40 mins to receive 1/2 items we ordered. An açaí bowl took 40mins to make. They don't have water readily available, which means you have to wait for someone to acknowledge you and give you water. Very weird. Everyone just looks at each other wondering why it takes so long to receive their food. The best thing they make is the açaí bowl. Take a hint, pre make a couple bowls because making 3-4 at the same time is obviously VERY HARD to do. Also it takes multiple people to make one bowl. I've gone twice, never again. thank you to the owners, for wasting my time. read more

Absolutely amazing place! Came here once and been back regularly sense! Their juices are phenomenal, they make them Per order fresh. Açaí bowls are delicious definitely a must to try! This new juice bar is located where the planet fitness center is on powerline just north of McNabb in pompano. Such a great little place with a decent selection of juices and other items. I tried one of their smoothies and their vegan sandwich and love the both of them. They are relatively new so I'm not sure if they will be adding more to the menu however after a Work out this is a great treat to call you down or fuel you back up if you need that. read more

Order placed online, took 15+ minutes to arrive, they didn't even start the order and people are ordering and leaving before I even get my order, says my order will take another 30 minutes!!!! This is absolutely nonsense and shows that piss poor integrity and character by the people who work here!! Meanwhile, the place is empty!! No line, no shortages, just incredibly crap service!! Go someplace that can make a smoothie relatively quickly than this crap place!! Maybe with a place where the staff doesn't flirt with the customers so much that it slows your order read more

Really good açaí and very different base from others I have had. It is less "tropical" and more creamy like a frozen yogurt because they use a soft serve machine over a blender. The main issue was just the toppings. I got a large. Although I got the honey and coconut shavings on the side, the fruit was definitely lacking. Every other place I have gone gives 1/2 a banana and this place was 1/4. I am not even quite sure if I got one whole strawberry??? And the 5-10 blueberries?? Felt a little skimpy for the same size bowls as other places that give a generous amount of fruit. Same with the Cacao bowl my boyfriend got, not much toppings. May just keep driving to Boca or Delray for bowls. read more

Best açaí bowls I've had, hands down. And I've spent four years going to college in California, so I've had my fair share. They were rich in texture, and their homemade almond butter will be something I dream about. The staff were so friendly and patient, and accommodated all the alterations I made to my bowl. Alex was wonderful, and you could tell all of the employees cared about providing the best experience. They even gave us samples of a smoothie that had some leftovers! I can't wait to come back! Even though it's a far drive from where I live, I will make the trip because it's worth it! read more

What a wonderful experience coming here ! I am so happy I yelped it the owner was very welcoming and sweet. Since I never have been here before she explained everything to me and how everything works and cleans out your system. For smoothies I got the "heaven on earth " it comes with bananas, dates, almonds, coconut palm, organic homemade almond milk no ice. They do not put ice in anything it's all pure fruit! It was so delicious! And for my lunch later I got the homemade hummus spinach basil avocado artichoke cilantro chives roasted red pepper wrap! It looks awesome! can't wait to try it! I was even given a sample of their AcAi and it was so tastey ! I recommend coming here and I will definitely be a return customer. read more

Where do I even start? The inconsistency of this place is beyond me. I've been coming here for 2+ years (before the management changed) and it is like day and night. When I first started coming here the food was amazing, the service was spectacular, and it was overall an amazing place. The management was impeccable. You could tell Susie really passionate and cared about her business and it really reflected in the manner that Utopia was being conducted. After management changed, I honestly only order from this place because it's convenient and close by. I understand that a management change can take time for a restaurant to start running smoothly again, and I have been patient but my experience with this place has been steadily declining. Just when new staff are beginning to improve, it changes, and new employment comes in. Since new employees are in training, the service declines once again. It's like a cycle. We've spoken to the new manager Kim several times about instances that occurred in the restaurant which she has been understanding about, but she gets really defensive. She insists that everything is running smoothly (she believes that customers are being taken care of) and often invalidates my negative experiences. Nadia was an employee of Utopia that I really appreciated because of her understanding and great customer service but she no longer works there either. One of the items that's on their daily menu is their pizzas which according to the woman I spoke to on the phone is no longer part of the daily menu but is only available when the chef is there to make it (Monday, Wednesdays, and Fridays and only makes 2 pizzas at a time) If the chef is only there 3 days out of the week, maybe he should be prepping more than 2 pizzas a day or maybe other employees should also learn to make these items so they can be available for customers. Anyways, I called today (Wednesday) to place my order for a pizza and they said even though the chef is there today, it can't be made. If there are items that are no longer available, it should be taken off the menu or just updated so there's no confusion. Overall, I enjoyed my time at this place but I don't see it improving any time in the near future. read more

This is the best juice place I have ever been to! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Ronnie helped us pick out the edens green juice and the jammin java smoothie. He also expertly made the beverages too. The Edens green juice was super refreshing and light. The smoothie was creamy and delicious! I would definitely get both of them again. We ended up spending about $15ish here for 2 20 oz drinks which I think was beyond reasonable for the quality you are getting. The owner susie was so sweet and enthusiastic about her product. She gave us a sample of the açaí bowl and it was DELICIOUS. I feel like I haven't actually had açaí until I tried the sample. They only use the berries and water to make the açaí bowl so you know it's pure. Anyways, this place is great! They are doing a great job here and I hope they are open forever. I have been looking for a place like Utopia to open in my community for the longest time, and fortunately it opened right next to my gym across the street from my apartment. After waiting in anticipation seeing the "Coming Soon" sign for quite some time, I popped in to check it out. The owner has an infectious energy that is truly unmatched. The cold brew lattes are reasonably priced, delicious, and a must-have. I have also had the fresh juice, protein shakes, acai bowls, and vegan lunch specials. Everything is delicious and the ambiance is very warm and inviting. I have been coming back here multiple times a week since it opened. Utopia is a great name-- and accurate. I highly, highly recommend it to all my friends and family. This place is truly a delight. read more

I'm disappointed with the pricing practices at this establishment. The prices on the printed menus, the prices displayed on the walls, and the actual prices charged at the register do not match. This inconsistency has been ongoing for over a year. When you ask the employees about it, they acknowledge the discrepancy, often mentioning that "our prices have changed," but there is no proactive effort to inform customers of the differences. This lack of transparency puts both customers and employees in an uncomfortable position. Customers are left to discover the mismatch only if they're paying close attention, often resulting in being charged a few dollars more than expected. Updating wall menus written in chalk or replacing laminated printed menus is not an expensive fix, and it's frustrating that these simple steps haven't been taken. It's unfortunate that a business offering high-quality, delicious products engages in what feels like a shady and avoidable practice. Transparency and honesty are key to maintaining customer trust, and this issue is unacceptable. I hope the management takes action to address this. read more

Coming to utopia has to be one of the greatest decisions I've made for my health! The food is beyond amazing especially the acai..believe the hype because it is really that good. Susie her self is just such a beautiful soul words could not touch the surface of the love I have for her and what she does. Her understanding of foods and how they heal are amazing but she is not limited to just that. She is a healer in many ways and I can say I am so grateful for her. Utopías expansion is becoming more rapid as they deserve every bit of it for they're pure hearted intentions of helping and healing. OMG!!!! This açaí is absolutely amazing!!!!! I've been to this place 3 times so far. I ordered twice the purple power, delicious. My sister ordered the berry açaí bowl and is delicious. I also ordered the a pink smoothie with dragon fruit it was great but I'm hooked on the drinks with almond butter!!!! Great prices excellent quality food. Great personality and costumer service. The açaí is better than the places that are Brazilian and claim to have the best açaí. Utopia has the best ones. Just one request, please open one location close to US1 in Deerfield Beach or at The Cove it will be the place to go everyday. read more

Amazing drinks and food. The environment is so friendly and inviting. Great options- there's nothing like it in the area and it's right next door to planet fitness so it's perfect for an after workout smoothie. They were busy inside making numerous food orders. We decided on the Sunset and Tuna wraps. The food was very fresh and tasty. The tuna was perfect for me as it wasn't drowned in mayo, there was nice balance to it. We were given complimentary soups with our wraps. The soup of the day was sweet potato. It too was very fresh tasting and delicious. They also had banana bread at the register that I couldn't resist. The price was very fair for the quality of the food you get. We will definitely be eating here again in the near future.
