They offer so many great services, and overall I still think it's one of the best tanning places in the area. However, I've recently been disappointed with the service I've been receiving. When I book my red light and Level 5 sessions, I specifically ask the girls at the front if I'll be able to go directly into Level 5 afterward because I do not want to wait in between sessions. Multiple times now, I've been told yes, only to come out of red light and then be asked to sit in the lobby and wait. To be fair, I completely understand if it gets busy sometimes. But this has happened more than a couple of times even when there hasn't been anyone else waiting in the lobby. It creates an uncomfortable experience because I'm obviously not fully dressed, assuming I'm going straight into my next session. I think communication is key, especially when clients are paying premium membership prices. If I'm going to have to wait, I'd rather just be told beforehand so I can either come back later or go to the Livermore location, which has honestly never made me wait like this. As a longtime client, I just haven't been happy with the recent experience. Sitting in the lobby waiting while feeling uncomfortable and exposed has made the experience feel negative lately, which is disappointing because I've genuinely loved this place for years.

I got greeted by Haley ! Can I just talk about how Haley has such great vibes. Very positive, laughing , smiling , Great attitude, warm, inviting personality, approachable, definitely has a glow to her. Haley had offered to show me around the tanning salon. Went over thoroughly about each equipment and what it does. I love how that the owner thought it through on Health, hygiene, and all-around beauty. The owner really put detail into her business. I love the variety on different tanning lotions. I love that they have tanning lotions for your face. Haley had also went over the details, about a couple of Tanning lotions. Tan lotion's that are good for tattoos, so they don't fade. Since I have plenty of tats. I admire that this tan spot is so clean, big plus having clean bathrooms. I was so excited to finally try all the other treatments they offer, and I gave the extra pass to my daughter so we could enjoy it together. I especially loved the Hydration Station, Full Body Red Light Therapy, and the Cyber Relax massage with the Luminous Facial (yellow light). I followed most of my sessions with a stand-up tan and felt absolutely incredible afterward--so relaxed and pampered! My daughter had a wonderful experience too. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and Bree at the front desk is especially amazing--she made everything easy and welcoming.
