Recently, my Ford Explorer's steering wheel locked, hindering turns. Following three estimates, I chose B&K Imported Auto Services Repair Bodyshop in Henrico VA, owned by Julian Morales, for a rack and pinion replacement and alignment at a reasonable price. Regrettably, the final invoice exceeded the initial quote by nearly three times. Upon reviewing the invoice, I discovered an inflated part cost and contacted Mr. Morales. He subsequently refunded the discrepancy after I presented evidence of the overcharge. This ordeal emphasizes the significance of verifying estimates, scrutinizing invoices, and being vigilant against potential price exploitation. Ps : per my requests he didn't have a choice but to provide me the invoice from the store he had bought the part , which shows a big difference on the price he charged me ,plus surprisingly it was a core for $359 back to his bussines credit card ( core is what the auto part bussines will refund you once the old part is sent back , this is common in some parts of your vehicle , it's always good to ask those questions to auto parts business )my car is fix but this experience with this person /business , has left a bad taste in my mouth , needless to say ,I will be reporting his business to BBB
