All I want to add is that I had never met this owner or used this business before my daughter's grad party. And the service really was THAT GOOD! Secondly, it was very discouraging to me to feel that strongly about a business that I decided to sign up for Yelp just to review them, only to find out that Yelp considered my review to be unworthy of a recommendation! Not a very good strategy if you want more reviewers. ... Still love Code 3 and will be calling for another rental!

Very friendly, on-time, and accommodating to the kids. I would definitely call him again should we need another gaming truck. Tip: We had three cars' worth of curb space reserved for the truck, but for the truck to pull in comfortably, we actually recommend four cars' worth of space, especially if you're on a narrow street and need it to be closer to the curb.

The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. If you're in the market for arcade/carnival type games, please give them a try.

I emailed a screenshot of their website and asked if that was another company or perhaps only certain games, and was told the following: "For your information, our office and warehouses are located in San Francisco, CA. While we do serve the Washington, Oregon, and Nevada areas, please note that due to the extended travel distance, our minimum one-day rental for events in Washington is $18,500 plus delivery." Needless to say, I would not suggest using them.

We called LV Rental on Thursday and left a message. Alex returned our call within five minutes. While we were on the phone, Alex took care of all the paperwork. Within another five minutes, we had signed the contract, made our payment, and arranged to pick up the chairs on Friday. The entire process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Their prices are very reasonable, and Alex was extremely helpful and professional. Excellent customer service when we needed it most! We will definitely use LV Rental again for future events and highly recommend them to anyone looking for party rentals.

The worker inside was super friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated being able to browse at my own pace. Prices were fair, and the selection included everything from well-known classics to more obscure finds you don't see too often. The store is owned by The Record Man next door, which focuses more on vinyl records, so it's a nice combo if you're into all kinds of physical media. There's a small parking lot between the two shops which makes it convenient to check out both in one stop. I ended up finding a few cool items to add to my collection and will definitely come back whenever I'm in the area treasure hunting.

They went in the back to look for Pet Shop Boys and Depeche Mode when I asked, and brought out CDs even though they did not have the vinyls. It turns out they are attached to the neighboring Record Man store, and they suggested I look there for LPs. I would definitely come back and highly recommend!
