The pizza was wonderful as well as the atmosphere! The man that took our order was very kind and everyone there seemed like they enjoyed their job, creating a welcoming and warm atmosphere. We stayed for quite a bit catching up with friends and not once did we feel like we were being rushed out the door. We had multiple workers come and ask if we needed anything, as well as if we were enjoying every, and boy did we enjoy it. I personally had a pizza that was half buffalo chicken ranch and half "mac-attack". The buffalo was the perfect level of spice without taking away the flavor and the "mac-attack" was untouchable. I did a Yelp search for Brick Oven Pizza (because my husband specifically asked for it) while we were visiting Disney. We arrive during Christmas weekend and Santa opened the door for us! Then we ordered off the kid menu for our youngest kids, we ordered the Crispin Hawaiian Wings. They were so good and falling off the bone. (that's how good they were I want to talk about them right away) My husband wanted one kind of pizza and I wanted another and they were able to create a speciality side for him and personalized option for me. Ok this is going to be a mixed review. The 2 stars go to the pizza. Wood fire pizza is my favorite. I was in town and was exited to see this place. I was the only person in there, but I did go in right after they opened. My pizza was underwhelming. I've never had a wood fire pizza so soggy. It was more chewy than crispy and the basil was burnt, which I thought was weird. The mozzarella was good though. Now onto the wings 9/10! I've never had wings this good from a pizza place. We are from Jacksonville, so I was curious about a franchise of this Jacksonville favorite. We are not disappointed. I love the selection of local brews. I had the double wide IPA. Super nutty, and over 9%. ABV. This is the first time I ordered the Buffalo wings from here, and they are absolutely amazing! Cook perfectly, not overdone, but nice charm from the brick oven and the sauce is really good. Also found out they still use the same marinade for their other wings as they do in the Buffalo wings which adds to the flavor. We ordered the carnivore pizza and it didn't disappoint either. This will be a go to spot whenever we visit Orlando. If you're anywhere in the international Drive area or universal area, make the trip, it's well worth it. read more

Absolutely incredible Napoletana pizza with ingredients sourced from Italy and cooked in brick ovens. I was obsessed with this place the minute we stepped inside the restaurant. Food was great! We took ours to the hotel and enjoyed it there. Only complaint was my failure to check the pizzas. We ordered one specifically with pepperoni (it was in the name and definitely a pepperoni specific pizza) and added 2 other toppings. They left out the pepperoni!! We got an all cheese pizza which was impeccable. Highly recommend. Also, they're a little light on sauce, so maybe ask for marinara on the side if you like sauce. Every bit that I remember from their other locations in San Marco and Mandarin (Jacksonville). The fresh toppings makes a great pizza. I am normally not a big fan of the Wood Fire ovens, but these imported ovens from Italy makes the difference. Folks they have Goat cheese which is my wife favorite topping. All the more reason to go back again and again. My only down side is the Tap Room. Not sure who was in charge of picking the selection, but the choices are not with the area or what vacationers are looking for. Need to re- think the Tap Room. read more

And I am a pizza Fina I am from New York so I love trying different types of pizza and critiquing them and this pizza here was probably one of the closest pizzas that I can get to New York style in Orlando. Dropped in on a Sunday afternoon for some authentic Napolitano Pizza and wood fired wings. The dining room is spacious and naturally lit with windows all around. I ordered the Vegetariana pizza with the most delicious San Marzano tomato sauce made without any added salt or sugar. The marinated artichokes were meaty and full of flavor. This paired well with the mushrooms which added a nice earthy taste and the grape tomatoes were juicy and fresh. I love that their mozzarella, tomatoes, and flour are imported from Italy. You can tell the difference in the crust because it has that same clean organic taste as the pizza that I've tried in Naples, Italy. I did not feel that gluten and dairy overload from eating this pizza and these ingredients impressed me. The Wood fired wings in the V signature lemon/rosemary/garlic rub are so tender and falling off the bone with a beautiful tasty char on the skin. You order at the counter with their friendly staff and get a number to take to your table or wait for pick up. There's a bar counter overlooking the kitchen where I enjoyed watching all the wood fired magic happen. Their ovens are also imported from Naples and designed by Stefano Ferrera in Italy. This place is amazing! We went two nights in a row just for the V Signature Wings. The owner was super nice as well, he came over to apologize if the food was taking a bit longer as it was trivia night and super busy. The first day we went, I got the cauliflower crust with the Pepperoni Rustica (14") and forgot to ask if they could change their gloves and stuff to avoid as much cross contamination as possible and I definitely did get glutened. No one's fault besides my own of course but the cauliflower crust was still good. The second day, I did ask for the glove change and it was a much better experience. I also opted for the Gluten Free crust instead of the cauliflower crust and although it's slightly smaller (10"), it was a bit thicker and super delicious. I'm really not sure how celiac safe it was overall, but I figured I already got glutened the day before, the enjoyment of the food would be worth it.
