I wish I would've took pictures. This place is amazing. At first I was worried it was going to be horrible chain pizza but it's not. It's great. Fresh. The wings are to die for. Went here on a Saturday and my wife wanted a Caesar Salad and we were told that they had run out of Caesar Dressing because they were so busy the night before, I thought if you run out of an item you would reorder it? Bad Management. Then asked for a Pina Colada at the bar and was told they didn't have all of the ingredients to make one. Really enjoyed my visit V's Pizza Lake Buena Vista tonight. I sat at the bar as it was early and there was nobody, hardly anybody, in the place. This ended up being a great decision, because the bartender, a young lady whom I didn't get a name, was very, very gracious And nice. I came in to V Pizza to order two pizzas. One vegetarian for myself and one with meat for my husband. The man that was at the register was very professional as he took my husband and I's orders. He asked if I wanted sunflower seeds on my pizza. I thought that was nice in case I had a nut allergy. We were so excited to try V's! The prices were a bit expensive but we didn't complain because everything is expensive nowadays. We ordered and tipped 20%. I ordered the weekly special which was pear and gorgonzola pizza. I'm from out of town and I order this regularly at my local pizza place. My husband ordered a pepperoni pizza. We waited for our pizza. We noticed that the restaurant was clean. That made us happy. We were planning on already loving our pizza and coming back tomorrow. We love pizza. LOL. Well we got back to our hotel and I went to take a slice of my pizza. It had soppressata on it which is a type of meat. I couldn't eat my pizza because of it. I thought maybe it was put on my pizza accidently so I called up. I spoke with who I believe was the man that took our order. He explained what came on the pizza. One of the toppings was the soppressata. I explained how as a vegetarian, I couldn't eat my pizza. I told the man that I would have never ordered that pizza if I knew it had meat on it. On the wall was a sign that said weekly special, "Pear and Gorgonzola pizza. It never mentioned meat! The man on the phone never apologized. I wish he would have acknowledged the misunderstanding. A menu should be clear on what you are ordering. The man said that I could have swapped out the soppressata for another topping. That's good to know but that wasn't helping my situation tonight. I wasn't asking for a free replacement. My husband was about to go back and buy me a pizza that I could eat but since the man on the phone couldn't even say that he would make sure to correct the sign so that there was no confusion for someone else, I didn't want to spend more money at V Pizza. And the sucky thing is that I was going to get a veggie sandwich at McAlister's down the street but we went to V's instead. By the time I realized I couldn't eat my pizza, McAlister's was closed for the night. So I had to drive around the area to find something for me that was vegetarian. My husband said his pizza was okay, it wasn't the best but he said we would have gone back. I am in this area frequently even though I am front out of town so its a shame I won't be back at V's. read more

Love the Wood burning ovens. We had Pizza with Pepperoni & Roped Italian Sausage, Buffalo Wings, and the Awesome flavor of the Linguine & Meatballs. It was delicious! The service very fast. We had our whole meal in less then 10 minutes! The atmosphere is very family friendly. Zach, the manager showed special attention to the needs of the customers. I decided to go to the bar and try to order instead and try some drinks with the food. The bartenders seemed ok but the owner looked like he just wanted a place to drink and flirt with the bartenders there instead of paying attention to the guests including me. The food and staff were SO friendly. The menu was large, but the cashier invited us to sit at a table while we decided what to eat. We ordered two pizzas. A margarita and the Buffalo chicken. Both were phenomenal and fed our party of 6 well. The food came out fast as well. There were two copper fire ovens, which, to me, was impressive and a good omen. Although we were one of the only families there when we arrived, more and more people started to come in for dinner. I'm not a local, but it seems a good spot for those who are there.
