Churros were made to order and were piping hot. They were crispy on the outside slightly chewy and soft! Very decent churro. Love the Market it's inside of!! Friendly quick and effect counter service!! Ordered churros to go. Definitely need to come back and try other options!

Went here to grab some churros as I love them as a good snack every now and then! I don't know if it was an off day but it was karaoke night and this place was LOUD! Every time I asked to order it was like she didn't understand what was on the menu or what I was saying. She was super kind but did seem a bit out of it. I'd love to come and give this place another try cause the churros were delicious! I got the churros with strawberries, bananas and whipped cream! Soooo good!

This is inside Reno Public Market, and unfortunately the music was so loud it made it difficult to ask questions about the menu and order. The lady was trying to be helpful, but the menu is large and not very straight forward. The churros were good and if you're craving a churro, I would order just the churro. The vanilla ice cream didnt do it for me. And the shakes were average. For a churro sunday, a kids sunday, and 2 large milkshakes it came around $45. I wouldn't pay that twice for this dessert. I would probably just get a churro in the future.

I have very patiently tried a total of 3 times to be a customer of v's, and every single time, including this time, they are closed before the actual posted closing time, this time I was a full 45 minutes before closing and was told "oh sorry we are closed due to remodeling," as the workers were chatting with someone on a stepstool. I'm sorry, but you need to take your business seriously, including your operating hours. 3 times I have been patient, so this is not a 1 off experience. This is not how you run a successful business. This will officially be the last time I ever attempt to drivin across Reno to try this place out. **edit** Since V's decided to respond out of anger without fully understanding what I said. This was not us trying 3 times this week, or even 3 times this month. This is 3 times since they opened this location in RPM. Including 2 times before there was ever a renovation going on. And both of those other times the workers were still there behind the counter, before posted closing time, just saying "oh we're already closed. So clearly they treat their customers the same way on Yelp that they do in person. Absolutely unacceptable. And calling previous and potential future customers pathetic, that is wow. Not a great marketing strategy.

Quality/Quantity - Spoiling my daughter week. She was craving churros after our HH today at Atlantis Bistro Napa, so we ended up here. She ordered the Wonder Pebbles with Rainbow Sherbert Ice Cream, see pictures. It was okay, not sure if it was $11 okay... Atmosphere - Reno Public Market's food court, where they have a booth. Plenty of mall parking and depending on the day of week or time of day, it can be easy or NOT for parking. Tonight it was easy. Open 7 days a week from 11am to 9pm or 11pm. Service - Good. Price - $11, not sure if my wife tipped?!?! As I was running around taking my pictures of the RPM. And more importantly to see if Fifty Fifty Brewery was open. Sadly, they are STILL not open. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2021.

Wanted to do a dessert to end the night. The kids enjoy the ice cream with cinnamon crunch. The churro was okay, not the best we had tried. It could use more caramel sauce, kinda lacking. The service was pretty fast even though it's hella busy. This is place is inside Reno public Market which has tons of chairs and table. It's a busy place during memorial weekend.

If you have a sweet tooth, this is your place. With mostly food places at the Reno Public Market, it's nice to have a business serving dessert, which is what I was looking for. There are so many possibilities, with many ice cream flavors, toppings and of course their yummy Churros. The servings are huge, but luckily I was able to get a Children's size Sundae that comes with 2 Churros...YUM, Ice Cream and Churros, what a perfect combination. It took some time to get my order, but it's because the Churros are made to order. The young man at the counter was friendly. I also thought the picture displays were helpful. Wonderful business!

Dessert lovers, run--don't walk--to V's Churro Bar. Tucked inside the Marketplace, this place is an absolute hidden gem that delivers on every dessert dream. I ordered the fried Oreos drizzled with Nutella and a side of ice cream and I'm still thinking about it. The Oreos were perfectly crisp on the outside, melty on the inside, and that Nutella drizzle? Chef's kiss. The ice cream was the perfect finishing touch--creamy, cold, and the ideal balance to all that warm, fried goodness. The vibe in the Marketplace adds to the experience too--casual, lively, and full of energy. V's Churro Bar is definitely my new go-to dessert spot in Reno. If you have a sweet tooth, this place will change your life.

V's Churro Bar is awesome! We were craving a late night snack after an Ace's game and came across this little gem. It comes up on Yelp as a food truck so we thought it would be in the parking lot but it's actually inside Reno Public Market. Ample parking, entertaining venue. On Saturday night it was lively with the Latin Social with cumbia music and people dancing. When we got to the counter, the woman who served us was very nice and helped us with our order. After you place your order it asks for your cell number so they can text you when its ready for pick up. While we waited, which wasn't long. We got to enjoy the music, dance at our table and just genuinely have a fun time. I got the children's sundae with churros. It was delicious. The churros were soft and warm with drizzled chocolate on it. Yum! The fresa con crema is basically a milkshake, with strawberries, and tasted like a mixture of ice cream and yogurt. It was delicious! Highly recommend anyone go out and support this shop!

I order the churros with the condensed milk dipping sauce. They are cooked to order every time and delicious!

I ordered a small strawberries and cream cup but was told no there is no small . I said it was okay I can take the medium for $10 and added a scoop of ice cream so $11.50. My husband also got the camp out funnel cake for like 14.99? I'm not too sure I also didn't receive my receipt. When I got my strawberries with cream I was confused because it mostly looked like just cream and sure enough I started mixing around my cup and honestly there was really no strawberries in the cup. The couple of pieces I picked up were paper thin pieces. The cream was overly sweet and I only ate the little pieces of strawberry , when done with them the cup was full of cream still because that was mostly what was in the cup lol... ( they also add strawberry syrup ? I did not know that since it wasn't stated in the menu and my husband if allergic to the strawberry artificial syrup. It would be nice to know ) the funnel cake was super thin and super crunchy not soft and crunchy. I could nearly find pieces of the chocolate that was added . I was super disappointed last time we visited there were some other girls there !:/ the service was way better last time :(

I keep thinking about this place weeks later, it was that good. There are SO many good things on the menu but I decided to go basic- a churro sundae with cajeta. 10000000/10. Was it pricy? I tried V's Churro Bar at the Reno Public Market. This stall probably had the longest line along with the michelada place. You order via a iPad, get a text confirmation of your order, and then a text notification when it's ready. The system is definitely saves you from waiting and allows you to check out other places for food. We got 3 kids sundaes. We were happy with them, but we wished for a slight upgrade. Maybe different flavored ice creams, not just flavored syrups on vanilla ice cream. Still would get again though! read more

I ordered my food and the guy told me it would take 10-15 minutes. It took over THIRTY minutes. I literally saw someone else order about five minutes after me and STILL get his order about 10 minutes before me. I ordered at about 8:35, they close at 9 and yet I didn't get my food until 9:08. Reno Public Market (the building in which V's Churro Bar is) literally closes at 9 on Sundays. They've shut off the light while I'm still here waiting for my food. This is fucking ridiculous. read more

Not sure if the management changed but they have an underage boy working the front who is great and polite but is unable to speak of any matters such as wait time and status. Instead you speak to this old woman mange/ owner (Patricia) who immediately has an attitude. My partner and I ordered churro bites, THE SYSTEM DID NOT ASK US FOR A NAME OR NUMBER. We then paid and proceeded to sit directly in front of the store front. There were maybe 3 more customers over the course of 30 minutes. We stayed right in the front the entire time. After the 35 minute mark I went up and politely asked how much longer, the boy mentioned I must speak the back so I said absolutely. Patricia came up to the front and immediately got defensive saying there was no name or number left so they have been sitting forever. Again, I was directly in front, no one called out the order, or thought to ask if we ordered, despite being DIRECTLY in front. During the conversation/ argument, the little boy ended up saying it was the systems fault and it truly did not ask us in an attempt to defend us because she was being very hostile. Patricia continued to be rude and I finally asked if I could please have my food and it's fine that they were old, dried out, and wrong. Moral of the story, we are locals and have been here a couple times and recommend this to people because they are usually good. It's sad that the owner/ manager has ruined this place by being rude, defensive, and makes you feel like a burden. There's better places to go in the area simply for the service. read more

I heard Reno Public Market had a great churro place so of course, had to check it out! Their menu has a good selection of different toppings to go with your churros (regular churro, bite size churros, or sundae churros). We got the drizzled churro (drizzle was cajeta). It was delicious! The outside was nice and crispy, and the inside was soft. It was seasoned well. In terms of price, I'd say it was a tad bit pricey for a regular drizzled churro. Also, I wish they did have some dairy free ice cream options for the sundae churros (whether it's lactose free ice cream or even coconut ice cream). But regardless, a cute little churro stand! read more

I got a churro sundae, and although it was very delicious, the price was a bit high for the size of it. The menu that they have posted on the wall does not include price, and I paid $16 (before tip) for the sundae. The service was good, and it's located in the Reno Public Market, so there is a wide range of seating & live music is played at certain parts of the night. read more

This little dessert is located on Plumb Ln inside the new Reno Public Market next to Sprouts. This churro dessert was delicious - Made to order bite sized churros, covered with cinnamon sugar and topped with a load of whipped cream and fresh fruit, drizzled with chocolate and strawberry sauce. DO NOT GO HERE!! We waited over 30 mins for churro bites and the crazy thing is that there was barely a line. The kid at the front was sweet but the woman working in the back, which I'm guessing is the owner, was extremely defensive and rude to us when we asked how much longer. I saw this place last time I went to Reno public market but didn't have a sweet tooth. Wonderful Experience!! Not only are the desserts AMAZING, but it's clear that the employees love their product and their business. If you're craving something sweet and beautiful--this place is for you! Edit: The gentleman who helped us was actually the owner. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations but I was super excited to try this place and it just was just meh. It was very pricey. I know everything everywhere is going up in cost but $15 for a dessert for 1.5 people is a bit much for me. The taste was good enough. I discovered V's Churro Bar when a saw a friend post a picture on Facebook. It looked so colorful and delicious, that I had to try it for myself. MY GOODNESS, WHERE HAS THIS PLACE BEEN ALL MY LIFE!? The churros were made hot and fresh with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. The staff were also very sweet (no pun intended) and friendly. I ordered the Wonder Pebbles Signature Sundae, and it was amazing. They were very generous with the Fruity Pebbles and strawberry drizzle. I'm absolutely going back to try the Oreo and Nutella Churro Sundaes as well. At the time of this review it was CASH ONLY, so make sure you stop by an ATM beforehand. Because they're a food truck, you'll need to follow them on social media to know where the pop up locations are. They have confirmed that they will be attending Food Truck Friday this year, so I'll be trying everything on their menu all summer long. read more

My husband and I saw this little churro pop up a few weeks ago but we weren't in the mood for something sweet so we passed it up. I found their Instagram and was so sad we didn't stop. Yesterday, they posted that they would be out again and in the same location near our house! We both knew right away we weren't going to let this opportunity slip by again! We arrived and I already knew what I was having, a chocolate lovers sundae! My husband couldn't decide so he went with the churro bites with strawberry topping on one half, and salted caramel on the other. The woman who took our order was super nice. Our order came out super fast! The churros were super hot and fresh, mine had white chocolate and oreo crumbles! It was a delicious little treat! Since they don't have a set location, you have to follow them on Instagram in order to know when and where they will be which adds to the fun. We will definitely be back! Reno has been missing something like this and we are so happy they are here! read more

I got the classic churro, it was a normal churro and it wasn't bad. However when ordering the person asked for my number and said i'll get a text when its ready so I trusted him and sat down upstairs but after a couple games my girlfriend and I played i never got a text for like 15 minutes until I went back down to see it was ready on the back and slightly lost its warmth. I hate to give this review, but the service was terrible and we were unable to even try the churros as they were sold out at 6:00pm on a Friday night. We asked the girl at the register if we could do the sundae without the churro and she said she could do a scoop of ice cream. We love how friendly the girls are when we come to V's Churros Bar! They finely got Apple Pay, which makes it so much easier and convenient to get our deserts. We rarely have cash so this makes it easier to swing by and get our fix lol since it's so close to our home lol- We love how delicious and hot the churros are they melt in your mouth!!! If you know me, you know I LOVE CHURROS!! And this is such a gem for a churro lover! Lots of fun choices for churros, including churro sundaes with unique toppings! The service is always fantastic and they work hard to get your order out quickly. Usually a little busy, but never have to wait too long. I love that one of their main spots to park is at the Quickie Mart on Spring Dr because it's in my neighborhood and I can just ride my bike!! Follow their IG to keep up on their schedule and locations as they change often. Go get a churro! read more

The churros were good however the price is very high for what I can buy elsewhere. Honestly felt like I got ripped off. That being said I only bought the single churro for $5. If you try this place out maybe try the other options with ice cream? read more

The rim of the jar was coated in marshmallow dip and graham cracker crumbs because apparently subtlety has left the chat. Honestly, the presentation was on point and exactly the kind of milkshake kids dream about. Which is why we ordered it. My tween declared it "the best milkshake I've ever seen in my life," and honestly, that alone made it worth the stop on our mother-daughter trip. Taste-wise, it leaned very sweet for me and didn't have a ton of flavor depth beyond sugar overload. But clearly the goal here is maximal fun and aesthetic, and they absolutely nailed that. It's basically a photo op you can drink. The shop itself was surprisingly quiet when we visited in the evening--we had the whole place to ourselves--but there were games to play while waiting for our order (we pulled out Pick Up Sticks, which transported me straight back to my 90s childhood living room). The ladies at the counter were also incredibly kind and patient explaining the menu and flavors to us. If you're looking for an over-the-top dessert experience your kids will talk about for days, this is your place.

I felt so bad because it was just him and he had a line almost out the door but if he was stressed he did not show it. He was friendly and so professional. The inside is pretty small but there some places to sit and if the inside is full the grass area right outside isn't a bad place to enjoy your treats. Everything was delicious. The coconut cream ice cream had great flavor and texture given that it was non dairy. My wife and I decided on the matcha flavor of the week. It was very refreshing. The strawberry had real chunks of strawberry which is always a treat. My biggest critique is the texture of the ice cream. This stuff seemed very crumbly. I prefer a much more "chewy" or "sticky" ice cream if that makes sense. This stuff was more "dry" and less "creamy". There are some other local shops in the area that make great ice cream exactly how I like it, which is the only reason for 4 stars. I'm not sure this would be my top place for ice cream again. The smallest "one scoop" size is actually nearly two full scoops. Could be a good thing for some, but a kids scoop is always appreciated for my toddlers, especially a a slightly discounted price. That is not an option here. There are a few small tables inside to enjoy your treats and lots of to-go options which is always nice. The place was clean and well decorated. It was steadily busy while we visited, indicating that this place is likely here to stay. Overall, worth stopping in if you're in the area. The flavors are unique and tasty and the non-dairy selection is fantastic.

They were very helpful in choosing what to order! The bison comes from their ranch in Wyoming, the owners brother runs the ranch! The elk comes from a group of family farms they have been doing business with for over 40 years in New Zealand. (Wow!) And the in house ground beef is mostly Niman ranch and Creekstone farms. I don't think you will find a better burger in Reno! We sat inside on their bar stool seating, but there's lots of other seating available outside! The inside has a very modern and elegant feel! Truly- the quality of the food here can't be beat. Freshly ground meat, selection between beef, elk, and bison, and high-quality ingredients all the way down to the produce. Sometimes a thick, juicy burger is just what you want. You won't find a puny smashed patty here. Only delicious, perfectly cooked, thick patties. The extra $6 to make it a double is totally worth it. I was even impressed by the fries! Super crispy and well seasoned. The chicken tenders were not overcooked, as you find at many places. The chicken was still very moist while maintaining a crispy exterior. Great choice for your butchery needs, but also a great place to grab some very tasty lunch!

Oh my gosh let me tell you about V's..... I discovered V's at Food Truck Fridays and their churros and funnel cakes are to die for! Yes they have a line but worth every second. We also discovered they have a permanent location inside Reno Public Market and of course I had to go check it out. Just like the food truck their desserts are 100/10!!!!!! I recently tried V's Churro Bar at the public market and ordered their funnel cake with fruity pebbles and ice cream. I must say, it was absolutely delicious! The combination of the crispy funnel cake, the colorful fruity pebbles, and the creamy ice cream was a delight for my taste buds. Spotted V's when coming to the circus inside Reno Public Market. Best dessert in there!!! They are very busy but WORTH THE WAIT!!!!!!!!!!
