What a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I received vouches for dinner and a show, so we chose to see the zombie burlesque. We picked general admission seating (first come, first serve), as it was about $20/person upgrade to VIP. We dined at the Italian restaurant right in front and then went up to the theater about 30 minutes before the show. Since there was a show before us, we were told to wait in the lounge, which really turned into a disorganized line of people trying to get good seats. The show started late because of the previous show's delay, but it didn't bother us. My boyfriend and I sat in the first general admission row right behind the last VIP row, so it turned out great for us. Plus, we sat by the aisle, so it was easy for us to order drinks from the server. It also made us an easy target for show interactions when the performers came off the stage. We ordered 2 diet cokes and whiskeys, and it cost about $30. The server said they pour heavier drinks because it's about an hour and fifteen minute show, and the drink was very strong indeed. The show had a little bit of everything: singling, dancing, comedy, and of course, burlesque. We laughed a lot and were in awe of some of the performers' talent! Zombie burlesque, 11/10. Dealing with this theater -11/10. I called a total of 52 times throughout the day and no one will answer. I emailed. No one will answer. When we were there the entire staff acted like it was their first day. We were sent upstairs but then the upstairs people said we were there too early but we could sit in the lounge. Lounge was closed. So we sat on the ground. Once they said we COULD line up, no one told us where or what theater so everyone was just kinda standing around. We eventually were seated and were 15 minutes late doing so with no explanation as to why. Go see Zombie Burlesque. The performers are amazing. But be prepared to deal with untrained staff before doing so. read more

The V offers a Variety show that is very entertaining. I enjoyed it more than I expected. Each show kept me wanting to see more. I got to see Turf (from AGT) perform live. He never ceases to amaze. Excellent show. read more

This retro styled theater in the mall is very hard to miss! I've been to the miracle mile shops almost every Vegas trip I go to, but only recently decided to see a show here. The marquee and bright lights are inviting, with lots of shows to choose from. I ended up seeing zombie burlesque to see some ladies and it did not disappoint lol. Vegas has a LOT of shows for you to see, but sometimes the price tag of a French Circus or big name 90's pop star isn't what you want to spend after a long day walking, eating and seeing the sights. The V Theater is perfect for a easy show that is sure to entertain! My very first date with my now husband was here at the V (we met at a music festival) and we saw Evil Dead the Musical- it was amazing and fun and campy and perfect. On this trip we brought some friends and decided to check out Zombie Burlesque and it was even better than I could have imagined! We got our tickets on Groupon and ended up splurging for an additional upgrade into VIP. I highly recommend this- it's more room for sitting and beverage service as well (tho we only saw the server once). The show was hilarious! It's not just boobs - they had male dancing zombies and an amazing emcee for the acts! The live band was great- and even got into the show. The level of talent on this with the singers and dancers and comedy was one of the best Burlesque shows I have seen (sorry Super Happy Funtime - they were better) Next time I come back to Vegas I will make sure to check out the hilarious offerings at this theater- I know they won't disappoint. read more

This theatre has so many options and I am always surprised to see people walk different directions to see different shows but the ticket counter has a deceivingly long line. I have had tourists ask me where to go all the time. I haven't seen all the shows here, but I will keep coming back for more. My current favorite is the V show! read more

Visited the V Theater as part of free show for "time share". Although the time share presentation was not a good experience, my best friend and I enjoyed the Variety Show. The cast was very entertaining, and the V Theater was small but elegant. Not a bad seat in the house. Temperature was great and very clean. Staff was friendly, and seats were comfortable. read more

I like this theater because you can always get a good deal on the shows! It's so much cheaper than the other venues, but there are many great acts to see! ** This is purely for the venue itself, not the comedians Our group went here for my bachelorette party in April and had an really unfortunate experience. We couldn't enjoy the show at all because they over crowded, the AC was broken and they ignored COVID guidelines and didn't have any sanitizing stations anywhere. They advertised that we were supposed to be spaced out with tables and instead they over crowded the place and had everyone practically on top of each other. (I get with Covid they have probably been hurting and wanted as much profit as possible, but because of it, our whole experience was terrible) I had to excuse myself for the majority of the show because it was so hot and crowded, I was going to be sick. And it wasn't just me, several other people in my party as well as others in the crowd were uncomfortable. Thank god for the lighting tech in the back (I believe Shana) who gave me HER OWN water and goldfish and a seat that helped me get some much needed air and space. Honestly the experience soured our last night of the trip. My sister has tried calling and emailing them but we have yet to hear back from anyone which is why I've resorted in writing this review. I'm sure the comedians were great and again SHANA IS THE REAL MVP! But I would never recommend this theater to anyone because of the experience we had. read more

The V theater is located across from the Blondie bar and the water fountain. You can't miss it there a huge stripper in front of it. The theater was small but ran well. I liked it because every seat is a great seat. Came to see the Verity show and I actually had a great time. They have a small bar out side that serves great price drinks it you buy it at the box office. The seats of you a bigger person like myself is a bit tight. This was my first time with this guy and umpteenth time with similar shows. This show was entertaining not too bad of a price. We were gifted with free tickets to return but didn't have time. Zombie Burlesque was a raunchy and vulgar sexual comedy show. If that is what you are into this show is for you. I however was trying to decide on a show and was misinformed on what this show was like. I asked V Theater staff before buying and chose this show over a magic show. I didn't like it and felt like I was watching porn without actual sex. This opinion is based off my personal preference. I think the script, acting, singing, dancing and juggling were well done. This is much like the Off-Broadway productions, which we loved seeing when we lived in the East coast. The theater is small & it feels very intimate. Fairly decent theater at Planet Hollywood- from the parking garage, go up to the Miracle Mile shops and it's across from Blondie's. Considering they have several productions playing and multiple theaters, there were very few cashiers available. Even having prepurchased our tickets and arrived an hour before showtime, we stood in line for nearly fifteen minutes. Could not for the life of me figure out what the hold up was. Guess they're used to going slow, because the line is set up to wind around quite a bit through the taped-off area. In any case, when we finally got to the front of the line, cashier was still fairly slow to locate our tickets- perhaps they need to upgrade their computers? We were asked a series of three questions asking about upgrades to our tickets (VIP, dinner, drinks)- I understand the concept of upselling, but having it embedded into the screen as a process for checkout rather than simply requiring cashiers to verbally ask seemed overly impersonal and rubbed me the wrong way. Side note about VIP seating upgrade: it's $10 per ticket and you're all essentially in the same area, VIP seating is simply directly in front of the stage. For the shows I've been to, the performer(s) are moving around enough to where sitting directly in front is not necessary. Cost to upgrade is not worth it to me, but use your own discretion. read more

The V Theater is definitely one of the smaller venues in town. The service including the box office as well as the ushers aren't friendly. It was a shame to receive poor treatment here. The theater itself is clean. Seats are comfy. If you are sitting on the side sections, your view may be blocked by the posts. I'd suggest sitting in the center or along the outside wall to avoid any obstructions to the show. While I usually enjoy the more cozy venues, it was just ok. I think they need to do some updating here. read more

I've been here for numerous shows over the years and I have seen the venue change--somewhat for the better as improvements have been made. The stadium seating makes it easier to see some shows such as Popovich's Comedy Pet Theatre. The posts that are necessary to support the upstairs rooms and probably can't be removed. I would give this venue 4 stars, but I simply can't because of the seating which always runs late. The staff always tells you the theatre will open 1/2 hour before shows. The first show currently starts at 2:30 PM. The 2 PM opening time turned into 2:20. You stand and wait in line at 2:10 being optimistic, and then you stand there for another 10 minutes. Yes, this was a general admission show but the theatre was less than half full, so there was no need to be in line just to get the best seats--they were all good. This venue has a number of shows to appeal to a variety of audiences. I admire the staff for their ability to get people seated quickly--albeit on their own time schedule. Later shows start seating after the prior show so they have less control over that. I will be going back to this theatre for shows in the future. It is a good venue! read more

This theater is extremely small for Vegas production shows. We came here to see American Storm and the stadium seating prevented many of us from "interacting" with the performers. Maybe that's not the theater's fault but the choice of venue for this particular show. The seats were comfy though. But the seating area was definitely set up poorly. There is one main area where the seats directly face the stage. There is one other area where you can see the stage from the right side. The left side seating of the theater is missing! How odd. They have columns next to the seats which can obstruct your view depending on the seat you have. The walls are all black so its difficult to know where you are going if you don't watch your step. read more

Came to see Marc Savard this past Thursday at the V Theater... and while the show was good, the theater wasn't really impressive. Why not? Well, because it seemed as if there was no real sense of organization. There were 3 lines, and none really marked with anything... but once we were all ready to go in, they just merged 2 massive lines into 1 and of course, it just got everybody jammed up with each other. And while I understand that non-reclining seats can get you more rows, the seats felt super upright and uncomfortable! On top of everything else, the whole theater smelled funky... could've probably been a mixture of heat, drinks, and smoke though. Overall... not the best, not the worst. read more

Came here to watch a matinee showing of Popovich Comedy Pet Theater. It's not one of those fancy schmancy theaters so don't even expect it to be. The line forms outside by the small fountains before the show and if you're not super early, the line will form around the fountain area. We were lucky to be right by the fountain so we got to sit around the fountain. Thank goodness for that since the wait was like around 30-40 mins. Once inside, it's rather small. The VIP section has gals walking around taking drink orders. Us lowly people got zilch. There is a bar area but it was in the afternoon so we didn't see any people huddled around it but those seated with waitress service definitely were ordering some cocktails. This theatre is the worst place to watch a show. Their "system is down" all day everyday. You would think that they would find a solution to a frequently occurring problem. But no. They will make you wait for hours, send you away to come back in 30 minutes. Just to tell you to come back later, to THEN give you a dumb piece of paper. To make ANOTHER line and wait 45 min. AFTER show time. I bought my ticket in January for today, March 27th at 7pm only to be waiting in line still 7:45pm. Not worth the trouble and on your legs. I came to Vegas to celebrate my fiancée 's birthday and I had such an amazing experience with the box office. You know that this was an exceptional experience if I'm writing it about a box office. Wendell, our agent, was thorough and went over the available seats very patiently. I say patiently because she showed genuine enthusiasm and interest to get us what we were looking for and wanted. I saw the tape in the Hitzville website and was not impressed at all. I started looking for another show to take my Dad and his girlfriend for his birthday. I kept going back to the page because I was thinking that my Dad loved the Motown days......and they wouldnt have a bad show on the strip.......But I only saw 4 reviews on yelp.....it cant be good!!!! The show was awesome!!!!! That girl has SO much energy and was never out of breath. It was hard to take good pictures of her because she was hardly still for one second. I wish her background singers looked like they were having as much fun. But they were great too. And the guys had my Dad's girlfriend going too! LOL We sat in the 2nd row and I could see EVERYONE dancing in their seats, clapping, waving and singing along with the songs. My Dad said that it was the BEST birthday he has ever had. I put it on facebook and now my Aunts want to go. I think that I just may go back with them! It was easy to find, fast lines, and helpful staff. the theatre itself is very small, but theres plenty of leg space and movability. i would check groupon because for the elvis and zombie burlesque there was a significant lower price for the shows. theres also a bar on the top floor over looking the mall, that you can check out while waiting for you show. read more

My son & I went to the comedy club. We were asked to get a voucher for a drink. My son did. They never brought him his drink. They never asked him. We got there early and they still never got him his missed drink. And worse than that at the end of the show they wouldn't refund his money. It really put a damper on the night's show. read more

So it seems the horrible customer service for the box office hasn't changed considering the reviews go back at least 5 years stating how people who pay in advance have to wait FOREVER in line. Instead the people who are potential customers are helped first, making me not even want to go to the show or come back. I'm sure someone from management will reply saying "I'm so sorry please contact us with further information" and not change the way they practice their business. We waited an hour for tickets we had already paid for, it's like they literally tried to make it a horrible experience. Not coming back for another show. Screw this place. read more

If you ever plan on attending a show at this theater please do your research relative to the entertainment they are providing. A group of friends attended a comedy show last Friday and with no exaggeration it was the worst show any of us ever experienced. We bought the least expensive tickets for $40 a piece plus tax and it was a total waste of money and time. A group of approximately six people who were sitting in the front row ($59 per person) left after the first comic who was absolutely horrific, jokes being in poor taste and definitely not funny. The headliner was a little better but by that time we had enough and left the show early. Because the V theater is adjacent to Planet Hollywood you may think they were a Planet Hollywood act, they are not. They are completely independent of Planet Hollywood! It is criminal to provide that kind of entertainment to the public and take their money. Therefore if you are considering a show at this theater please do you homework first. The Mentalist. We went and bought the tickets around 1ish for the show; the Mentalist. Tatiana was so helpful and explained the information with great details so we didn't have but two questions which one was asking of her name. Now the show itself was beyond amazing. He blew my mind on so many levels and got my girlfriend good with some too. He was extremely funny and sarcastic which is my favorite thing about people. He includes everyone and really gets you interacting. A MUST see in my option. read more

Decided to see a show tonight, and I chose The Motown Review. And I must say the cast was awesome. Not to long nor to short of the Motown classics like The Temptations, The Supremes, Smokey Robinson, The Drifters, Aretha Franklin, The Four Tops, Marvin Gay,and Stevie Wonder.
