Thrilled to find Slava. Microwave portion of our double wall oven gave up the ghost on Friday night right after heating leftovers for my husband. His dinner was hot. Mine was not. I really appreciate the owner of this company. I called a few places at the same time to diagnose my 5 year old fridge. Two places called me back immediately and were more than willing to take my money after I told them what was going on with my fridge. The owner of VA Appliance however called me back about an hour or so after my call, listened to my story, and gave me advice that there was nothing actually wrong with my fridge. He literally gave me advice, which ended up being right, although it prevented him from making money.
