However, a few days later some debris/garbage from one of WGH's neighboring jobs ended up in our yard as it was a windy day, and the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it should've been so debris was left in our yard. Not a great situation, but what happened next really stood out. Martín, the owner, responded quickly, took full responsibility, and even came by in person to make sure everything was properly cleaned up. He was thoughtful, professional, and clearly cared about making things right. We appreciated the follow-through. Overall, it left a really positive impression. It's clear they take pride in their work and stand behind it. I'd definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

The communication could be better. I'm told they have a new system for appointments. When they did come they seemed efficient- 3 person crew. They were friendly. I can't really climb on the roof so I guess I can take their warranty and word the job was done right. In sum I think the communication could be better. Job well done: old inserts removed, gutters cleaned, washed and downspouts flushed. All within 4 hours (total gutter length is about 80 ft).
