The initial process was very easy, he recommended the best and most efficient system for the house accompanied by a competitively priced proposal. The install went very well, quick and easy. There were a couple small issues over the course of 6 months (kids vacuumed stuff that shouldn't be vacuumed, etc.), with a simple text message Slava came out next day and took care of it.
