These discrepancies directly affected our comfort and sleeping arrangements. During our stay, the pool heater malfunctioned and repeatedly tripped the electrical breaker. For the final four days, the house experienced extended power outages lasting several hours. We were required to reset the breakers ourselves. Because of the electrical issues, we were unable to cook meals and incurred additional unexpected dining expenses. We contacted Wonder Vacation Homes about these issues, but they were unresponsive and offered no compensation beyond the return of our standard security deposit. The listing remains inaccurate as of today. We are sharing this experience to inform future guests and encourage Wonder Vacation Homes to address these ongoing issues.

I had to arrange getting there because I was not allowed to drive due to the accident. They showed zero remorse and did not care at all. Then once we checked out, my daughter immediately realized she left her Curling Iron. I reached out to the company and they said that they found it and they would mail it to my house. I told them I could come pick it up, but they said they would mail it so I gave them my address. Curling Iron never showed up. I've been back-and-forth with them for the last three months on text message email and phone calls. They've been giving me the runaround and excuses. Mind you I have it in writing that they found my daughter's Curling Iron. The one then described to me the Curling Iron. And it's not your everyday Curling Iron either. I finally got a hold of a manager yesterday, once he didn't find it in the Lost and Found he proceeded to tell me that they told me false information. The Curling Iron found belonged to a different guest. Which I know is baloney. Now I would've did a double check upstairs myself, But I physically couldn't get upstairs due to the accident. Worst company to ever rent from. And I will be taking this further.

It would be great with older kids for sure! My review reflects the overall experience of staying at the place. The surrounding area is a little trashy. The Regal Oaks isn't really regal. The neighbors spend their afternoons fixing cars and smoking cigarettes on their stoops. They are perfectly nice but i hate cigarettes. When you walk around you notice everyone has reinforced door locks(I felt safe until i noticed that even though i have no reason to think these extra locks were needed ). And there is trash strewn around from the raccoons at night, one of which made it to the pool so the water slide was closed down to be cleaned and shocked. The pool water is a little murky looking and both my son and I developed a slight rash while we were there that disappeared after a week so it wasn't serious. We aren't sure if it was the pool or a sensitivity to detergent. The great perk is that it's really close to Disney and you can walk to "Old Town", which is also trashy but fun. There is a decent pizza place there too! If you aren't on air bnb and want to stay here, you can go directly through Regal Oaks and find different rentals there through them and don't have to worry about the air bnb process. It's perfect for older families(my father in law loved it) or young adults who want to be near Disney, a resort and in walking distance to some bars.

We were required to pay for our pass, and my husband ended up standing at the front desk for about 20 minutes because the staff member kept assisting other guests instead of completing his transaction. That was frustrating and could have been handled much more efficiently. More concerning is the lack of enforcement of safety guidelines. While some lifeguards at the slides are attentive and doing a great job, others appear distracted--on their phones or wearing headphones--and not ensuring the area is clear before the next person goes down. We've also seen ongoing issues, including children throwing rocks into the waters from the landscaping, spilling drinks in the pools, roughhousing, and tossing balls. On one occasion, a guest even had a dog in a float in the lazy river. Staff stated it was an emotional support animal, but regardless, this raises concerns about cleanliness and overall pool safety. We understand that many guests are on vacation and enjoying themselves, but for residents who pay a significant amount to access these amenities, there should be a higher level of consistency and professionalism from staff. With better supervision and enforcement of rules, this could be an even more enjoyable experience for everyone.

We rented out a very nice, spacious 3 bedroom. Looking at the reviews made me skeptical. I had to see it for myself. Each apartment unit is different. The property is gated with passcode access. The grounds were well maintained and that was a good start. Once we entered the apartment it was just right for us with plenty of room. The entire apartment was nicely decorated with flatscreen tvs with cable channels in every room plus living area. Kitchen also had all the appliances, dishes for cooking if you would like. There was also a pool table to shoot pool for entertainment in the front room. My boys enjoyed that. Throughout the night it was very peaceful. No noise or any night disturbances from the neighbors. There is a very nice lake to walk around with plenty of parking near each apartment. I will definitely rent through milllenium properties in any state i visit that they have rentals in.

We bought one once we got there and realized that the Main bedroom was upstairs to keep our five year-old from going downstairs by herself. I told her that we upgrade to that home because we had people that couldn't use the stair. She said she would get back with me on that but we're still waiting. WE PAID A LOT MORE FOR THAT HOUSE, BECAUSE I CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT HOW THE LAY OUT WAS. I EXPLAIN TO TO THEM WHY I NEEDED ROOMS DOWNSTAIRS Third: The Water did not work in the kitchen sink or the 2nd floor Master Suit for 2 days. That was another thing that they said they where coming to fix, but no one showed, so my brother when to Walmart and bought something to fix the Sink in the kitchen but the sink in the bathroom ever go repaired. Fourth: We paid to have the pool warm and it takes 24 hours to work but for some reason they did not come until Wednesday afternoon when we stepped out to grab something to eat. Therefore the pool wasn't ready until Thursday afternoon, mind you they never went inside to check the other things. They came only to turn the heater on for the pool. Fifth: There's a code to get in the house, but on Wednesday the code stop working and we had to leave the siding door unlock just so we could get back in if we wanted to go somewhere. Or someone would have to stay behind for safety reasons. The bylaws tell you that there's no parking in the streets but that's not true. Also they do not provide garbage bags or toilet paper at their properties. There was one bag in the kitchen and half rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. They also request you start a load of bed sheets prior to departure but they don't give you the soap. This means that the last person who rented possibly ran a load of bed sheets without soap. I'll never stay at one of their properties again.
