This is not satisfactory, if all the other beds have blankets, the king should have one as well a coverlet or literally sleeping under two sheets is not ideal. When everyone else has blankets, I asked repeatedly that they bring a blanket, they then relented said they were going to, and it never showed up. The woman was quite short with me via text and it was just not necessary. Other than this the house is wonderful and I would stay there again however, blankets for all the beds need to be available and potentially extra ones in the closet would be nice.

The owner welcomes kids and even has a high chair and plastic dish ware but the stairs are steep and uncarpeted(this wasn't false advertising, just wanted to let people know), dangerous for little legs. It would be great with older kids for sure! My review reflects the overall experience of staying at the place. The surrounding area is a little trashy. The Regal Oaks isn't really regal. The neighbors spend their afternoons fixing cars and smoking cigarettes on their stoops. They are perfectly nice but i hate cigarettes. When you walk around you notice everyone has reinforced door locks(I felt safe until i noticed that even though i have no reason to think these extra locks were needed ). And there is trash strewn around from the raccoons at night, one of which made it to the pool so the water slide was closed down to be cleaned and shocked. The pool water is a little murky looking and both my son and I developed a slight rash while we were there that disappeared after a week so it wasn't serious. We aren't sure if it was the pool or a sensitivity to detergent. The great perk is that it's really close to Disney and you can walk to "Old Town", which is also trashy but fun. There is a decent pizza place there too! If you aren't on air bnb and want to stay here, you can go directly through Regal Oaks and find different rentals there through them and don't have to worry about the air bnb process. It's perfect for older families(my father in law loved it) or young adults who want to be near Disney, a resort and in walking distance to some bars.

Overall, we really enjoy the amenities, it's a great setup and something we value having so close to home. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. We were required to pay for our pass, and my husband ended up standing at the front desk for about 20 minutes because the staff member kept assisting other guests instead of completing his transaction. That was frustrating and could have been handled much more efficiently. More concerning is the lack of enforcement of safety guidelines. While some lifeguards at the slides are attentive and doing a great job, others appear distracted--on their phones or wearing headphones--and not ensuring the area is clear before the next person goes down. We've also seen ongoing issues, including children throwing rocks into the waters from the landscaping, spilling drinks in the pools, roughhousing, and tossing balls. On one occasion, a guest even had a dog in a float in the lazy river. Staff stated it was an emotional support animal, but regardless, this raises concerns about cleanliness and overall pool safety. We understand that many guests are on vacation and enjoying themselves, but for residents who pay a significant amount to access these amenities, there should be a higher level of consistency and professionalism from staff. With better supervision and enforcement of rules, this could be an even more enjoyable experience for everyone.

We recently stayed in orlando and needed more room than a hotel room. It was spring break for my last 2 youngins. We stayed on vista cay resort property. We rented out a very nice, spacious 3 bedroom. Looking at the reviews made me skeptical. I had to see it for myself. Each apartment unit is different. The property is gated with passcode access. The grounds were well maintained and that was a good start. Once we entered the apartment it was just right for us with plenty of room. The entire apartment was nicely decorated with flatscreen tvs with cable channels in every room plus living area. Kitchen also had all the appliances, dishes for cooking if you would like. There was also a pool table to shoot pool for entertainment in the front room. My boys enjoyed that. Throughout the night it was very peaceful. No noise or any night disturbances from the neighbors. There is a very nice lake to walk around with plenty of parking near each apartment. I will definitely rent through milllenium properties in any state i visit that they have rentals in.

These roaches, found upstairs and down. - The living room set needs to be replaced. Overall, I think it's time for a good revamp on this property. There once was a time when our stay was super comfortable, but this time we were left feeling uneasy about our stay. The house is very stocked with cooking essentials, pool towels, and bath linens. The travel size bath sets were a nice touch! As well as the casiola tote and cookies!! While we did appreciate the opportunity to occupy this rental again, I know for certain for our trip in August, we won't consider this rental. We are still very pleased with Casiola, just not this particular rental. The communication was open, they were prompt with a service call, and accommodating with early check in. We checked in Tuesday and checked out Sunday I call the maintenance department 7 times and was told that some one was on the way. They did send a repair person out 6 pm Thursday (2 days later)after thanksgiving dinner. The repair person told us that he would have to order a part and it would be there in 5 days (smh) We had to purchase dry ice to put in the Refrigerator to keep hundreds dollars of food cool we purchase when we arrived. Unfortunately that did not go well so we had to throw the food away.. Secondly, The house was false advertised. The website tells you that there are 2 master suits on first floor and 4 rooms on second floor, but that's not true. There's no master suits on the 1st floor at all just a standard room with a shared bathroom. I mention that to the lady and they replied that they just changed their website and it was a mistake. I told her that we upgrade to that home because we had people that couldn't use the stair. She said she would get back with me on that but we're still waiting. WE PAID A LOT MORE FOR THAT HOUSE, BECAUSE I CALL AND THEY TOLD ME THAT HOW THE LAY OUT WAS. I EXPLAIN TO TO THEM WHY I NEEDED ROOMS DOWNSTAIRS Third: The Water did not work in the kitchen sink or the 2nd floor Master Suit for 2 days. That was another thing that they said they where coming to fix, but no one showed, so my brother when to Walmart and bought something to fix the Sink in the kitchen but the sink in the bathroom ever go repaired. Fourth: We paid to have the pool warm and it takes 24 hours to work but for some reason they did not come until Wednesday afternoon when we stepped out to grab something to eat. Therefore the pool wasn't ready until Thursday afternoon, mind you they never went inside to check the other things. They came only to turn the heater on for the pool. Fifth: There's a code to get in the house, but on Wednesday the code stop working and we had to leave the siding door unlock just so we could get back in if we wanted to go somewhere. Or someone would have to stay behind for safety reasons. The bylaws tell you that there's no parking in the streets but that's not true. Also they do not provide garbage bags or toilet paper at their properties. There was one bag in the kitchen and half rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. They also request you start a load of bed sheets prior to departure but they don't give you the soap. This means that the last person who rented possibly ran a load of bed sheets without soap. I'll never stay at one of their properties again.
