Wish I could give this mail bar negative stars. Been going here for years and lately things seem different. Staff members have quit and went elsewhere. Took my daughter for a dip powder set with short tips. Her nails turned out beautiful however, they charged a $3 fee for tips which is perfectly fine but, they also charged $5 for long length. Her nails are super short, we requested short and they decided to argue that the nails are long. I will not be returning because at this point they're just putting extra charges to get extra money. read more

I have been a few times for pedicures, so not really a regular asking for a specific person but the last couple of pedicures were iffy. Maybe they hire young ladies that are new and need coaching (which didn't happen) especially for the different pedicures they offer. She cut my cuticles which bled, the short nails were not, the leg massage was minimal which is part of the "vacation" pedicure, and my toe had a knick from putting my sandals on. One manicurist walked by with a look of disbelief as I was getting my polish put on without any thing between my toes to keep them from touching each other. I tipped but for the $35charge I expect better service. There should be the same service from everyone for each service - not sure why there is such variety? read more

I wanted to try this place because all the great reviews. I came on a Friday afternoon and got right in for a Vacation Pedi and Dip Manicure. Everything was great till the lady completing my manicure was almost done. She seemed to get in hairy to move on to another customer and did not clean up my nails. I asked her to and she only pulled out the file thing and ran that under my nails. I've been sitting her picking at the leftover and she is across but hasn't noticed. While I will probably return because my pedicure was amazing, I will probably get gel nails next time because there is less mess. read more

I'm so disappointed in this place. From the beginning I asked them tomake my nails thin on top and skinnier on the sides because I can't stand thick nails and guess what I got? Thick nails. The nails techs were ready to send me on my way with my nails uneven in every way- the roundness on the tip, on top and the sides. I had to keep asking them to fix every single nail. Then they tried to speed through everything and really let em walk out of the salon with the old dip I had on under my fingers and what not. Si-(pronounced Sigh) did my organic pedicure and it was fabulous. $40 for almost an hour with a hot stone massage and he did a LEGIT massage. He also did my nails just like I requested. I will def be back. I found my new nail guy for sure. read more

Paid for higher services on mani and petty. It wasn't worth the extra money. The massages on hands and feet lasted 3 minutes or so. And they were supposed to be around 30 minutes. And the callouses removal was not good either. Had 2 other family members with me and they weren't happy either. read more

Bubble galore. They look awful...... worst part nail tech Blamed old dip and owner/manager blamed tech. I paid and came out to the sun and they looked 100x worse in the sun. Soooo happy with my nails! I was home for spring break and decided to stop by on a whim. Its a little hard to find, but it's right off 121 and tucked in right behind the bank on the intersection of Josey and 121. I was gonna go for dip powder nails but went with gel nails because I like the more natural look. I got white because I'm totally basic and I LOVE THEM. They were perfect! The technician that worked on my nails was SO nice and friendly, she made me feel right at home. I didn't get any refreshments, but they offer pretty much everything from wine to water, so come here and TREAT YO SELF LADIES & GENTS! Everything is sparkly clean and sanitized after every customer, which I very much appreciated. Each service takes some time, but the time spent here is worth it because you'll leave feeling like a million bucks. I've also gotten an eyebrow wax from here and let me just say - EYE no longer needs to BROWS for a new place cause the esthetician put my brows on fleek! I've never gotten so many compliments on my eyebrows before getting them done here. So if you ever need a girls day out or just an after work pick me up, find this little hidden gem. I really like my nails and feet, and the ladies are super nice. However, I have to say I didn't really like the process of how my nails in particular were done. I'm used to letting my nails soak off in acetone for about 10 mins before the work is done. The tech I had went back and forth with soaking and drilling for about 20 minutes. I'm also used to my nails being filed and shaped before and after the powder is applied. She didn't start that until after dipping my nails twice. Then, the dip powder looked more and more lumpy as she kept going, but I wanted see if things would get better. Plus, the lady was super sweet. I'm assuming it was the manager who walked by and looked at my nails. She clearly noticed a lot wrong and began filing and shaping them herself. A couple of my nails also had to be dipped again. The other thing I wasn't used to was that they use a nail file vs. the drill a LOT. After the manager assisted, I was very pleased. If I went back, she'd be the one doing my nails. Overall, for the service, price, later hours, and the fact that I know now that their process isn't like most nail salons, I'd still consider them in the future. read more

It is a cute small salon located in a shopping strip on the northeast corner of 121 and Main/Josey. I like to get nexgen dip nails and pedicures. They have SO MANY dip colors to choose from, as well as several types of manicures and pedicures. They also offer deigns, like ombré or marble, and have cool color options, like glitter and mood-changing (which I have right now!). And the prices are very reasonable. It's a little extra for designs, but totally worth it! Myte, Holly, and Vy always do a great job with shape and thickness (never too thick, always looks natural). My nails look like trash.. the lady didn't smooth out the tip when she glued it on, instead she started packing dipping powder on my nails leaving my nails with a horrible bump on every single nail. The tips were put on at an angle so they're pushed down. It looks absolutely dumb. Im very bummed. I got a $35 foot spa and $30 for the nexgen nail + $3 for adding tip to my nail. This is the worst nail salon I've ever stepped into. If I could give zero stars I would. I was in the chair for an hour and all that got done was a removal of my old nexgen and this terrible job of clipping, filing, and one coat of topcoat. The person who did my nails wasn't even a licensed nail tech. No way. He didn't even know how to file correctly and cut my nails straight across with clippers. I came in for a nexgen dip color with tips and left with this. After an hour of watching him play with his phone and other trinkets in between times when he was pretending to know what he was doing on my nails, I told him I wanted him to stop and just file them really nicely and smooth them and give me a clear polish. I got this. My nails are brittle from him making them super thin when he took off my old nexgen, their are pieces of nail still loose that should have been clipped off and no filing whatsoever. I keep snagging them on everything. Then they had the nerve to try and make me pay for a full gel set? I don't think so! Also they had four people working there, they allowed four walk ins while I was there and four more people showed up for actual appts. They were so overbooked and clearly don't care at all about customer service. Never ever go here. read more

Yes, this place was good. They nails are good, the remodel is good and the selection is good. BUT, I have been sitting here for 3 hours for a mani/pedi....with a child....when only 3 other people where here. The tech didn't ask how I wanted my nails trimmed or shaped. The lady who greeted and set me down did just that. She turned on the water, told me to stick my feet in and walked off. She sat down and started eating. Obviously, the water overfilled and ran out on the floor. I could've had turned it off but she sat about 4 pillows and a drink in my lap with my purse. In a pinch, I would probably try again, but I wouldn't make this my regular spot. read more

I came here because it was close by, but this is not my regular nail salon. I checked reviews and this seemed to be a great stop so I came in. Everyone was friendly as I came in and I waited for my nail tech. I told her I wanted almond shape but she did round. I asked her kindly if she would mind filing them slightly more narrow so that they were more almond shaped and she tossed me the file and asked me to show her by doing it myself! To me it was an extreme response to a simple request that i only asked once. I handed it back and said I am not doing my own nails. And then she said well show me a picture. So I did. My nails are all different shapes. Even after showing a picture of a very common shape she missed the mark entirely. I will never go back here. I don't know the nail techs name but she had curlier hair and wore a gray hat when I came in. I never ever leave reviews but it appalled me that I'd be asked to shape my own nails in a nail salon. read more

They saw that I was younger than them so they said that I was poor and had no money. Another lady came up to me to ask if I understood and I said yes.
