He had Yuri work on his own Mother's dishwasher and recommend him to me based on their experience. I was having an issue with my Bosch dishwasher - the dreaded E24 water tap code where my dishwasher failed to drain. Yuri was absolutely awesome! Our Whirlpool dishwasher had a broken rack. He asked me to send him pictures, so I did. Within a few minutes, he was able to give me an accurate quote. The quote was quite acceptable, so I told him to proceed. He showed up the next day with the right parts and installed them. Where it gets better is that after the new rack was installed, the dishwasher still didn't work. It was a separate issue that I didn't know it had. So he proceeds to make a diagnosis and tells me that he needs to order another part, but he won't charge me for labor! I had a problem as my Bosch dishwasher stopped working and I could not fix it I called Yuri and he was great. He spent fair amount of time trying different things and to find what the real cause of the issue is and we finally found that the electrical component of it is bad and he replaced it and he also replaced the air gap vent that wasn't working well. It has been around six months since he fixed it and everything is working well we just had one issue where the air gap that he fixed came down and went under the sink so I called Yuri and he came in and he adjusted and fixed it back for free. Went online, ordered the assembly for $19.00 (which he was charging $114.46 for), free shipping, dissembled the old latch in 3 minutes, will take 5 minutes to put the new one in, and saved myself $330.00. This is the most honest, professional and knowledgeable person I've hired. He is also very conscious of COVID and wore a mask the entire time despite being in my garage with the doors open. He has visited twice to repair my 10 year old washer first and my dryer next. My washer was working but the spin cycle was not great. He let me know the cost to repair it was not worth the age of my washer. Then my dryer started to be less effective. He came out and disassembled it all and told me the problem. He also identified to other problems for which the parts were soon to break. He showed me the wear on those parts. The parts were $20 a piece and it made sense to do it since he wasn't charging me an additional service charge. Now my dryer runs like new and he said to expect it to last much much longer.
