My wife and I had no idea who to call when our Kenmore 300 Series dryer suddenly started making strange noises. One of the wheels had worn down so badly that it knocked the drum out of place. Yaroslav was able to work on the problem and show me exactly what was wrong. My belt broke and he was able to get my dryer to work for a while we waited for the part to come in. Took about 3 days and they messaged me right away to let me know they could finish the work I needed. Yaroslav came on a Saturday and finished the repair on my dryer. The previous home owner installed the floors after the dishwasher and it was stuck in unable to be removed without ripping the floor out.
