He diagnoses issues quickly, explains what is going on in understandable terms, and is willing to leave the broken parts and the box the new part came in with me for my husband to look at later. His rates are reasonable. Today he replaced the igniter in my oven. He vacuumed the crumbs behind and inside the oven when he was done. He explained how I needed to push in the knob to turn the oven on. There is a safety feature that locks the knob from accidentally turning on, but it can wear out if I don't push the knob in. The oven does igniter doesn't click, so you might not know the gas is accidentally on without the safety feature. This feature wears out if you don't push the knob in before turning. He told me to be aware and get the thermostat replaced if the safety feature stopped working. He didn't need to do or tell me all of this extra stuff but he did.

Anthony Cubias came to fix my dryer as it sounded like there were shoes banging around & had a burning smell like rubber as i had the dryer on. Anthony Cubias said that the bearings (about 5 little plastic pieces)were bad on the drum. He also mentioned that the 3 screws inside the back wall of dryer were loose and he put them back in. Anthony Convinced me to fix it as it was something small and would last years to come, so I believed him and fixed it. When it was time to use my dryer for the 1st time (the next day) I had the same problem. He asked me to see if the screws were missing on the inside and send pictures, so I did....sure enough 2 screws came out. He said that he needed to order new bearings as the screws kept backing out, but I had to wait about a week for Parts to come in, so I said that was fine. I had to message him to see what was going on as he had not contacted me to let me know when he would be back, he said the parts would be in the next day and would be back out here. The next day came and he sent someone else to come fix the dryer, come to find out the bearing he was going to replace was actually the whole drum. The guy that came, was out in my garage for about an hour before I checked on him, he said he had trouble as the new drum they bought was the wrong size. I asked what was going to happen, he said he just took 1 part off the drum that was broken and put it on mine. I asked about warranty and he said it was still 90 days. The very next day, I went to do the laundry and guess what...the dryer was doing the same exact thing and the screws from inside the dryer backed out again. I called Anthony to let him know what happened, but this time he had attitude that I was calling him back and said that he could not keep coming back out to my house to fix my dryer as gas is too expensive and he recently moved up the hill to Victorville. So I asked for my money back and said he would only give me $80 back as the parts were still in my dryer. I told him he can come pick up the parts as i wanted a full refund, again gave me attitude and said I could either take the $80 or nothing....he ended up agreeing to send me $100, when i initially paid $180. But it also took him 2 days to zelle the money back to me.

However after purchasing a few appliances here, I am SOLD. 1. I bought a washer, dryer, and dishwasher Appliance from this store over a year ago. All 3 appliances are running good so far with no issues. (Wanted to get a fridge too, but they didn't have the size I needed). 2. Sales associates are helpful. They were not pushy and are pleasant to heal with. 3. Delivery can be done on the same day sometimes. I am a property manager, if a unit has an issue, I cant wait for days or weeks to get appliances replaced. I need them the same day. 4. They go the extra mile for client. Last year, i bought a dishwasher without even going there. Rafael helped me choose one and texted me a photo. And delivered the unit the same day. Unfortunately Appliance Outlet would not install it because the current dishwasher Angel valve was old. Long story short, we installed the dishwasher on our own, but we left the old unit in the garage and forgot about it. I called appliance outlet a year later, Kimberly answered, I asked if I could pay $50-$75 to get the old unit hauled away. They normally don't do that but made an exception for me and only charge the normal low haul away fee. Thank you Appliance Outlet, if I need another appliance, I'll be sure to call you guys first. And I highly recommend them if you need appliance and good customer service. One delivery on the washer and dryer was bad though in 2025, I was watching, the driver scratched the washer's door real bad on the dolly. I recommend you guys to cover the washer with a thick moving blanket before putting it on the dolly. I hope management had addressed this issue.

Being asked for my phone number to "explain over the phone " why they might not be able to help me same day was very inappropriate. Not only was it midnight, but the entire conversation had been completed via messages , so why wouldn't this information be told via messages? This made me feel extremely uneasy. In addition, I had to ask multiple times about licensing. In short - watch yourself. Be aware. If something seems off, it probably is.
