I had my stuff dropped off 6 weeks ago and they still haven't touched it. They say they will get to it next week but haven't. They gave me a quote of $400, now it's at $550. I will never use this company again. I've tried to call them, they never pick up the phone 9 times out of 10, Worse customer service that knows nothing and passes it off to someone else, Im shocked they are still open, they must have large accounts that pay there bills and the little stuff gets pushes back and are fillers for them. If you want your stuff done within a week and best looking look up a company called no cal powder coating in Ukiah. Unless you got all the time in the world, want no customer service or updates, be over changes and pushed to the side then come here. read more

Delays during the Covid restart are to be expected. I was super patient with waiting for parts it was the total lack of communication that parts weren't completed. Multiple promises to have parts completed at certain times. Once I showed up to pick up the parts and then they told me they weren't ready. All they had to do is call me. Some small parts I picked up had blemishes. I needed to bring them back. They should've let me know that the item should've been stripped bare again before powder coating but instead they just powder coated over the first coat in the applied which Appeared gritty and thick. Now I need to strip two coats of powder coating off the delicate pieces and start all over again. If they would've just communicated what needed to be done to me and the delays I could've lived with it but it was a lack of communication and then doing poor quality work for the fix that bothered me. For large industrial orders this might be a great place but for smaller batch items I think I would go somewhere else. Transparency was the issue read more

Not sure about the quality of their work as they never got to it. Took a bed frame in to be power coated and was told it would be 3-4 weeks. Called them a couple times around the 3 week mark, left messages and did not receive a call back. Called again at 4 weeks and was told they had not gotten to it yet and didn't think they would get to it the following week. Called today (week 7) to see if they have started yet. Was left on hold for 15 minutes. Fed up, I picked the bed frame up and took to Miller Powder Coating (also in Rohnert Park). Super frustrating! read more

He was very helpful in explaining what I needed to do, what the process was and most importantly, what the cost estimate would be. I returned with my roof rack, they helped me tear it down and get it in to be coated, and this was after hours. A couple of days later it was done.
