It was something I had always wanted to do, but was intimidated by the workouts and diets. So, I decided to watch her progress week after week and when she finally stepped on stage I thought, hey, I can do this! A few days later I had a full workout plan, diet, and checkins with Alexis. She had me hit the ground running before I had a chance to realize what I was doing. I called her everyday with questions and concerns and she answered them all with comfort and non judgement. Every week I watched my body transform with muscle as the fat began to fall off. I heard horror stories of girls starving and being miserable. Let me tell you, I was happy and full.
