From the moment I inquired online for my new car purchase to the second I walked out of the dealership I was treated with only the highest quality customer service with friendly and helpful attitudes. My salesman was Matt Randall. Matt went above and beyond to help me when I needed it the most. I had recently purchased a car from another manufacturer and was extremely unhappy. After extensive research and from having an Acura In the past I decided on a 24 RDX Aspec Advance. after filling out my Interest online, I was contacted by Matt via text and it was nothing but the best customer service from there on out. Matt was not pushy, there was a small period where I thought I would have to wait and he didn't argue at all. When I texted back a week later he was ready to help again. Knowing that I lived over 1hr away, and worked night shift. Matt had all of my paperwork ready to go at the time we agreed on to meet at the dealer. The Finance manager, and everyone I came in contact with was exceptionally nice. I think I was at the dealer maybe one hour and was on my way back home. Matt is very knowledgeable about the cars they sell. He loves questions and explains all of the features well. He even showed me something that I didn't know before. I highly recommend this dealership. And I will be going back in the future.

I initially came in to see a used vehicle I found online with no plans of leaving the lot with a new/used vehicle. I was contacted by Alfredo/Online sales to come see the MDX posted online. I was very clear that I had no plans of purchasing anything that night. Along came Dee, he made me feel so comfortable and was so patient with assisting me to every car on the lot that I wanted to see. I was so thankful for Dee's kindness, it made me feel at ease, like I was part of the family. Financially it was tight, after many deals offered I finally settled. The only thing I was disappointed with was not being informed of the last minute changes made in the deal by Alfredo, such as lower annual mileage, no information of what would be covered in services etc., it was too late in the evening to complain and papers were already printed. Other than that, I am very happy with my new vehicle, MDX has always been my favorite suv and I finally have one My son loves our car, says it his favorite Dee thank you again and know that I have been referring my friends and family to contact you if they are interested in purchasing a new vehicle!

Nothing much to say other than this is the best car dealership I have ever met. This is my 4th Acura from Valencia. Brian Fleming has always gone above and beyond and makes everything easy, No Car dealer BS , just straight talk friendly etc, The whole staff is incredible. I will never guy a car anywhere else. This dealership has made me brand loyal to Acura! This place gives me faith in humanity! BTW Acuras are also great cars! Valencia Acura and Brian Fleming are Rock Stars!

We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2020 Acura MDX with Tech Package from Brian and Chris, and we couldn't have chosen a better Acura dealer to work with. Brian and Chris were courteous, willing to work out a fair deal with us, and true professionals! Chris was very helpful, patient, and informative in showing us all the details of the car, and Brian made the transaction quick and easy, making sure we left as happy customers! Drove all the way to this Acura dealer cause the deal that John gave us over the phone was really great. When we got there my parents actually realized that the trim level that they were looking at didn't include the parking sensors and in order for them to get that feature they had to go to a higher trim. John was able to give us a really great deal for that new trim level with the price hardly changing. They were really accommodating and more than willing to get a deal done. Our sales people were John and Servando. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole car buying experience. If you're in the market for an Acura I would highly recommend visiting this dealer even if you have to make the drive out from the valley. I can guarantee you that they will give you a more than a fair deal for the car you're looking for Thank you guys, especially John!!

Embarrassingly enough, while I was on my way there, I realized that I was actually purchasing the manual version of the GR86 Premium I had been searching for over the past several weeks. Up until that moment, I had only ever driven automatic cars and was specifically searching for an automatic GR86 Premium. Not only did they beat every written offer I had received, but they also allowed me to complete a pre-purchase inspection, taught me how to drive manual, and even had their wonderful porter drive me home afterward. I wish I could give 5/5 stars, but unfortunately, they fell short on their promise to remove the black tar(?) stuck to the back of my car before we drove off. I'd especially like to recognize the people below who helped me throughout the experience: Cody - Not only did he continue teaching me how to drive manual, but he also drove me home for 2 hours from 10 PM-12 AM! He is one of the most genuine and kind people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Kelly - The definition of personable. She not only taught me how to drive manual, but also taught me a lot about myself. I wish she were my aunt. Ashley - The salesperson assigned to me. She was communicative and transparent throughout the entire process. Mr. C - His enthusiasm truly shined through. His service is impeccable. Chris - Competitively beat my written offers with a smile on his face. Mike - Explained every single detail about finances and the world of manual sports cars. Really fun to talk to! A dream experience for my dream car!

Mazda of Valencia: great cars, theatrical sales pitch, and a customer service department that…read moreapparently ceases to exist the moment your signature dries. Before you buy, you're promised the moon -- add-ons, this thrown in, that thrown in, every feel-good line in the playbook to get you to sign. After you buy, you find out the moon was never actually for sale. The promises evaporate, the calls stop, and you're filed somewhere between "yesterday's trash" and "problem we hope goes away." I left messages. Multiple. With sales, with customer service, every time with a callback number. The response was a masterclass in silence -- zero, zilch, nothing. The only way to get anyone to follow through on what they promised is to become so persistently annoying that doing the job is finally less effort than continuing to ignore you. That's not customer service. That's a war of attrition, and you're expected to win it just to get what you were already promised. The one exception, and the only reason this isn't a one-star review, is John Firo. He's the only person at that dealership who called back, who handled the issue, and who seemed to understand that "after the sale" is still part of the job. Everyone else treats it as someone else's problem. Bottom line: good inventory, high-pressure sales talk that's all performance, and a follow-through rate that rounds down to zero -- unless John Firo happens to be the one picking up the phone.

Not only did our sales advisor, David, call us the day before to make sure that everything was in order, but he went above and beyond at the time of the actual delivery. He explained everything really thoroughly, answered all our questions and checked for additional accesories. He even helped us solve a small hiccup we had with our previous Tesla. This was my first time bringing my Tesla in for service, and I had an excellent experience. When I arrived at the service center, I was immediately greeted by a team member and directed to the next available advisor. I had the pleasure of working with Isaac, who was incredibly kind, thorough, and professional. He made the entire process feel seamless from start to finish. Isaac took the time to show me how to follow my service appointment in real time through the Tesla app, which I thought was such a cool and convenient feature. I loved being able to see exactly what was happening with my vehicle, when the work was in progress, and when it was completed. He also provided quotes for a few additional services, which I really appreciated. My car was in service for about an hour, and when everything was finished, Isaac came and found me personally to let me know it was ready. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Five stars to Isaac for his outstanding customer service. When I return for future service, I'll definitely be asking for him again. Thank you for making my first Tesla service experience such a positive one!

Sitting at a dealer trying to decide on the price takes too much time and is way too stressful. Also right now - I needed to get the best deal I could This dealership responded quickly as did several other dealers . After going back and forth a couple times - a price was agreed upon. I like the idea of keeping the sale local to where we live, but if it didn't make financial sense for us it wasn't a deal breaker - luckily we kept it local Many things have changed since buying a car 10 plus years ago . I should have asked a few more things up front to be better prepared - Honda had a loyalty offer - I didnt know we would need to bring in the registration I also feel like maybe the dealer could have let us know this before we came in - and also ask about trade ahead of time It still took about three hours to get out of there - much longer than I anticipated . Everyone was patient - we worked with Jake who is super nice and down to earth - so it wasn't hard A couple things were missed - when we test drove the car we ultimately purchased - it was still in shipping mode - that should have been dealt with right after we had driven it . It took over a week to decide to make the purchase - guess what - driving it home we discovered it was still in shipping mode - not cool - also the tire pressure sensor we had to bring it back the next morning to be dealt with but Jake handled everything The car and windows were also not washed well - and there was film build up that we ultimately had to deal with. It's still a huge investment even if you are getting a good deal.
