    The Best Audi Dealership in SCV! I got my 2025 Audi Q5! Thank you to our amazing Car Sales Associate Nicole "Kyla" Lucas, she's so kind and very professional. She helped us to find the best car for my family! She's always on top of everything and she knows what she's selling, and I can't ask for more! And Grateful and Thankful again to Joe (Sales Manager) for always there for us since we get our first Audi 'till the present One to this dealership. And Thank you as well to Dillon the best service manager we've ever known, he's patience is remarkable!

    I just drove 5 hours on a Friday afternoon hit traffic the whole nine yards for an appointment to see and buy a Porsche Taycan they had in stock. 5 hours! And when I get here, I get told the car is sold! Bruh! I came here with my check, approved by my bank... ready to purchase to get turned away like this! It's unethical! They should have told me a long time ago the car was sold! We had an appointment! Why not tell me while I'm in Orange County!

    Updating this to note that folks need to be really careful dealing with the finance department here. I guess the method they use to check financing rates is to just launch credit inquiries which negatively affects your credit. This wasn't made clear when doing my deal a year ago but I've learned recently this has negatively affected my credit. Try to get close to the rate you want BEFORE they decide on a lender because it will harm you and unfortunately they are not super mindful of that.

    July 2024 Service/Recall Review. I would give Audi Valencia 0 stars if I could. Dropped my car off on a Wednesday. Picked my car up Saturday morning. I have a new Audi EV that recently had a recall to replace part of the charging unit/cable along with some firmware updates. Audi Valencia put me on a waiting list starting two months ago and called me back a little while later to inform me that it was my turn to come in (along with another recall to reprogram the headlights). So far so good. I dropped my car off on Wednesday right before the July 4th holiday. They tried to upsell a $600 brake fluid flush that I politely declined and asked to do next time. They tried calling me once without leaving a voicemail along with a vague text about needing to reach me. When I called back Friday, I was put on hold for a few minutes and was told my service advisor was busy and that she'd call me back. She never called back (text message picture proof attached). Showed up this morning (Saturday) to pick up and surprise, no one's touched my car because they "ran out" of the recall cable replacements. Best part was the nonchalant service girl with one Airpod hanging out of her ear who made ZERO apologies even after I calmly asked how this could happen given that THEY called me after I was on the wait list. She just kept saying "there's a bunch of people waiting for this cable". Awesome. Better part is she cared so little about this ordeal that she didn't even bother to try and schedule me for the next available shipment of cables. Didn't even think to mention it until I asked and she said "we get about 8 units every two weeks". After that just handed me my keys and sent me home. So as of right now, I have no idea if they even intend to call me for the next round of replacement shipments. Wasted two hours driving back and forth with two cars and despite the service order email receipt saying "complimentary free car wash", they just left my car out baking in the sun for two days collecting dust.

The only small critique I can offer is the EDM music played in the waiting area was too loud for me. I felt more comfortable waiting outside. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. Sitting at a dealer trying to decide on the price takes too much time and is way too stressful. Also right now - I needed to get the best deal I could This dealership responded quickly as did several other dealers . After going back and forth a couple times - a price was agreed upon. I like the idea of keeping the sale local to where we live, but if it didn't make financial sense for us it wasn't a deal breaker - luckily we kept it local Many things have changed since buying a car 10 plus years ago . I should have asked a few more things up front to be better prepared - Honda had a loyalty offer - I didnt know we would need to bring in the registration I also feel like maybe the dealer could have let us know this before we came in - and also ask about trade ahead of time It still took about three hours to get out of there - much longer than I anticipated . Everyone was patient - we worked with Jake who is super nice and down to earth - so it wasn't hard A couple things were missed - when we test drove the car we ultimately purchased - it was still in shipping mode - that should have been dealt with right after we had driven it . It took over a week to decide to make the purchase - guess what - driving it home we discovered it was still in shipping mode - not cool - also the tire pressure sensor we had to bring it back the next morning to be dealt with but Jake handled everything The car and windows were also not washed well - and there was film build up that we ultimately had to deal with. It's still a huge investment even if you are getting a good deal.
