    Honda Accord Hybrid Touring

    I normally hate the car buying process. It's super frustrating and stressful. However this dealership was great to work with. No high pressure sales tactics, no pushy or difficult to deal with salesman, finance teams, or sales managers. They were fair in their negotiations. I'm 41 and have negotiated with probably 40-50 dealerships all over SoCal over my life. They provided transparent out the door pricing. I walked away happy. They didn't even ask me to provide a Yelp review like other dealerships have. So even though I don't normally think to do this, I wanted to give credit where credit was due. Big thanks to my salesman Alfred (AC)! I highly recommend him. Big thanks to John the sales manager. And big thanks to Chris Rivas the finance guy.

    Dog friendly dealership! They always welcome my dog and everyone goes out of their way to give him some pets. This dealership is THE best in all of California! I drive over 1 hour from another city (where a Honda dealership is located) just to have my Honda Civic serviced at Valencia Honda. I even used to drive in from San Luis Obispo , that's how amazing this dealership is! You can tell everything about a dealership in how the employees act. The service techs and advisors are always smiling, laughing, and having a good time at work. I have yet to encountered an employee who isn't happy, which is an absolute rarity these days. Management must treat them right! A Plus! Protip: hiking trails along the river while you wait for your car to be serviced is an added bonus.

    Wanted to update my review. I contacted service department and went back. The person who helped me was friendly and understanding (I forgot his name, sorry). They were able to replace the condenser, like they were supposed to the first time and showed me photos of black spots on evaporator, which supposed to indicate a leak. They did not fill up the condenser with freon for some weird, allegedly environmental, reason. So, it's impossible to know if there's a real leak in the evaporator or some tiny microscopic one. I was basically told that reason and that they can't guarantee if it's gonna work... I feel like it should be up to me. I went to a different shop and had to pay for freon... and it's been some time now and it's still cold as ice... So, I'm glad that they replaced the condenser, but why they couldn't fill it up with freon I don't know. Their excuse didn't make sense. I had to spend extra $500 somewhere else and write Honda a bad review my AC to work. I might just start going to Van Nuys or Bakersfield

    Coolant reservoir tank missing after oil change. Juan quoted me $500-$600 for a missing coolant reservoir tank. Bunch of Bull

    I used to come here for service for the last few years. Everything was always great until May 18,2026 when I had an oil change and tire rotation done on an Acura TLX 2020. Juan Espinoza, the service advisor told me the coolant reservoir tank is completely missing. I took my car to multiple mechanics after this and they said it looks like the coolant reservoir tank was removed professionally and never put back on. AutoNation Honda is the only place that services my car. Jason, the manager look up all the service records and came to the conclusion that the coolant reservoir tank was probably stolen recently. This is unacceptable, immoral, irrational, and unethical for someone to do this. I've been a good customer here until this happened. There's no way a coolant reservoir tank magically disappears. Wouldn't make sense unless someone physically removed it. This is the only place I service my car and now I cannot trust them anymore because of this. What a shame. They were good until this happened. Now, I realized this is why dealerships get a bad reputation. Weird because they were good before but after this recent visit, the coolant reservoir tank is stolen and magically disappeared. I am shocked someone actually decided to steal such a part. The service advisor, Juan tried to quote me $600 for this missing coolant reservoir tank. Then tried to bring it down to $500 with a discount. He even said I have to order the part with the bolts too. He's horrible as a service advisor. Nobody says to order the part. The service advisor always orders the part. It's already bad enough this scum bag quoted me $500-$600 for a missing coolant reservoir part. I'm not dumb, Juan. That's bull$hit. It isn't even a repair. AutoNation Honda is refusing to take responsibility for this. Because of this, I will be going to an independent mechanic who is honest, reliable, and more fair. He only charged me $35-$40 to replace/install the coolant reservoir tank that is completely missing that AutoNation Honda most likely took. This place changed and I am no longer coming back. Very shocked by this. Now, I know why people call dealerships, stealerships. UPDATE: As of May 20,2026 I got a new coolant reservoir tank installed by an honest and reliable mechanic for only $40-$50. Never going back to AutoNation Honda after this despicable mistake/act.

    Dylan was a fantastic salesman. Very knowledgeable and respectful of our wishes and our time. He helped us find the perfect Honda for our needs. Mario was pretty amazing as well. Again, very knowledgeable, respectful of our time. He did offer us extra options and warranties, but did not push, pressure or make us feel bad for declining like others have in the past at different dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership. They gave us top dollar for our trade in as well. The process was quick, thorough, and it was a very friendly environment. Ask for Dylan and Mario!

    **1 Star - Worst Service Experience I've Had**…read more I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle anywhere other than AutoNation Ford Valencia. I brought my 2017 Ford Explorer in for transmission and engine issues and was initially presented with a repair estimate exceeding **$20,000**. Fortunately, I had a warranty that covered most of the repairs, leaving me responsible for approximately **$3,000 out of pocket**. Even then, the process felt frustrating and lacked transparency. One of my biggest concerns was the invoice itself. My final bill included a charge of **$2,450 listed as "Misc Customer Contribution for Repairs."** The invoice showed **$0 in parts, $0 in labor, and $2,450 in "Other" charges**, with no detailed breakdown explaining exactly how that amount was calculated. For a charge of that size, customers deserve a clear explanation of what they are paying for. The communication throughout the repair process was equally disappointing. After I agreed to move forward with the repairs, my service advisor, **Veronika Archer**, disappeared for approximately a week and a half without any prior notice. I sent multiple follow-up messages and only received automatic out-of-office responses. If you're actively managing a customer's repair, common courtesy would be to inform them that you'll be unavailable and out of the office. When Veronika finally returned, she told me the technician would begin the repairs. Surprisingly, the actual repair work was completed within about two days, making me question why the vehicle sat idle for so long. The day I picked up my vehicle, I texted Veronika at 7:30 a.m. to let her know I was coming. She responded at 8:00 a.m., confirming they were open until 4:00 p.m. I arrived around 11:30 a.m., paid my bill, and waited for my vehicle...No thank you, no further conversation from the worker. When my Explorer was brought out, the key was handed to me, no conversation, no walkthrough. I was shocked. The vehicle was dirty on the exterior despite being told that a complimentary wash and interior sanitization would be provided. Even worse, my fuel tank was nearly empty. When I dropped off the vehicle, I had well over 100 miles of fuel remaining. When I picked it up, the dashboard showed **only 3 miles until empty**. Returning a customer's vehicle in that condition is unacceptable. I immediately documented it and notified my service advisor. I also noticed a mileage discrepancy of approximately 10 miles compared to what was documented. Afterward, I politely reached out asking whether the dealership would consider a small gesture to make things right, such as a gas card or a complimentary oil change. I also expressed my disappointment regarding the vehicle's condition upon return. I never received a response. I followed up again, asking for a reply, and was completely ignored. That was perhaps the most disappointing part of the entire experience. Once the bill was paid, customer service ended. Between the lack of communication, unexplained delays, poor follow-up, questionable invoice transparency, dirty vehicle return, and nearly empty gas tank, I cannot recommend AutoNation Ford Valencia. If you value communication, transparency, and customer service, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
