    I requested a dirt/dust guard to be replaced and they left this side skirt loose and completely not put together well

    1-star experience with Tesla service. I've brought my car in 3 separate times, and every visit has been frustrating. - I asked them to replace a dirt/skid guard -- they left it untouched and charged me for other things I didn't request. - I was told to pick up my car with ZERO warning that the tire was completely flat. I arrived to a non-drivable vehicle. - The panel I originally asked to fix was ignored, while other panels I never requested were replaced. - After a tonneau cover realignment, they left a panel unglued and loose. - The tonneau cover still doesn't work properly, and no one addressed it or communicated anything. - I asked for a tailgate realignment -- it was never done. On top of that, communication is terrible. No updates, no photos, no follow-up unless you chase them down. I dropped my car off in working condition and picked it up worse than before. I've owned multiple vehicles from other brands and have never experienced this level of poor workmanship and lack of communication. I'm giving them one last chance to fix everything, but based on these experiences, I wouldn't recommend Tesla service.

    Following a service appointment on February 27 for a spoiler to be put on, I discovered damage to my vehicle that was not present prior to the visit. I reported the issue immediately and provided photographic evidence. I was told the matter would be reviewed against intake photos; however, no follow-up was provided, and the case was closed without resolution. A subsequent phone call on March 19 did not result in any meaningful action or timeline for investigation. I am disappointed with the lack of accountability and communication regarding a service-related concern.

    This 5-star review is for Elizabeth Zambrano M (I don't remember her last name). Elizabeth was my service advisor--great communication throughout the whole service process, even after my service was completed. Elizabeth was very responsive to my inquiries/concerns. It was a 2-hour wait to fix the alerts on my Tesla screen. I decided to wait, and no courtesy shuttle was provided. The service lounge for customers waiting on the other hand, is a different issue. I posted photos of what the lounge looked like. I was the first customer that morning. The lounge is very basic!

    We have had our Tesla for 5 years now and we're looking to upgrade for a cyber truck. We had to bring our model Y for service and asked for a truck to test drive and were told none were available and you get an equivalent loan vehicle. I really dislike making things about race but the two individuals (non-Hispanic) next to us one dropping off a model 3 and the other also a model y without asking were given the cyber truck in fact the representative told them I'll give you a truck have you driven one before we we have a lot today. If you want to be profiled this is the location to go. So disappointed. This is one of those things you see and unless you experience yourself you don't believe. Fortunately I was wearing my metas. Some snip its of it for reference are here. Blurred the face because it's not the clients fault I'm sure they would have accepted any car. Truly debating on whether or not to post the full thing on social media.

    Had an appointment , didn't like that I had to wait 7 days but that's besides the point. That's Tesla issue , not this location. I choose the earliest appointment, 8am on a Thursday. I arrived 7:35am, and was second in line. By 8am, there were many cars in line. So just to let everyone be aware, busy place! They actually opened a little late, I think 8:05 am they opened the doors. Freddy was my contact, and he was super friendly and paid attention to my concern/issue with my Tesla. I took a test drive with the lead tech to listen the noise I was hearing in the car. He also was very responsive and friendly. Once he heard it, understood and had an issue the problem. Huge difference when I am at Honda or Toyota service centers. Those places are often poor experiences. My car was fixed same day. Freddy let me know once was complete. I didn't get a loaner car, not sure if I was supposed to ask or maybe wasn't available.

    Big shout out to Sr. Service Advisor, Elizabeth. Our Model Y was having issues on our road trip home last week and she was able to squeeze in our car and lend us a loaner vehicle to get back home until our car was fixed. All of the staff is nice and very helpful in answering questions in the showroom as well. Service is fast. Parts were delivered on Monday and our car was fixed and ready for pick up by Tuesday morning already. The waiting room is clean with some snacks and cold water. The bathrooms are unisex and clean. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

    Tesla Service Experience** I recently had to check in my Tesla due to an urgent issue with the airbag system . While I appreciate the promptness of the service team, my experience with the loaner car left much to be desired. First and foremost, the loaner vehicle had a serious issue with low tire air pressure. The dashboard warning advised me to pull over due to extremely low pressure, which made it difficult for me to use the car for my errands. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get this issue resolved during my time with the loaner. Additionally, while the interior of the loaner was clean, the exterior was in poor condition. It was extremely dirty, which was quite embarrassing to drive around. I expected a higher standard from a Tesla service experience, including a clean vehicle for the duration of my loan. Despite these issues, I still love my Tesla and appreciate the overall service. However, I believe there's room for improvement in the loaner car experience. I hope my feedback helps enhance future service visits for other Tesla owners. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Just update When picking up the car they I had a lot of issues with the loaner car so they issued me a credit made me change the ratings here on yelp.

    I took my MYP in on 3/12 for a windshield replacement and they damaged my car. I understand it was inadvertent but their compensation for my inconvenience was insufficient, the Service Manager could only offer a certain figure, the car was returned dirty when they agreed to wash it and they didn't charge it after driving it or the repair shop approximately 60 miles. I will do my best to avoid using this location for service in the future and would not recommend them.

I'm skeptical by nature and automatically get anxious about unforeseen delays. I always make a point to be super-polite, but the team could sense my time was limited. It felt like they put in a little extra hustle and got me out of there in just under an hour, including a quick car wash. No issues, no delays, fair price. I really appreciated that. Thank you. The only small critique I can offer is the EDM music played in the waiting area was too loud for me. I felt more comfortable waiting outside. Otherwise, it was a positive experience. One of the part I needed - I was forced to buy entire assembly for brake fluid reservoir (even though I only need a torn strainer) he recommended that I check out "after market " products - he even helped me to look up on google search. This dealership go above and beyond to help customers - from my buying experience back in 2022 and services and parts department. Kudos to Hello Mazda of Valencia. Sitting at a dealer trying to decide on the price takes too much time and is way too stressful. Also right now - I needed to get the best deal I could This dealership responded quickly as did several other dealers . After going back and forth a couple times - a price was agreed upon. I like the idea of keeping the sale local to where we live, but if it didn't make financial sense for us it wasn't a deal breaker - luckily we kept it local Many things have changed since buying a car 10 plus years ago . I should have asked a few more things up front to be better prepared - Honda had a loyalty offer - I didnt know we would need to bring in the registration I also feel like maybe the dealer could have let us know this before we came in - and also ask about trade ahead of time It still took about three hours to get out of there - much longer than I anticipated . Everyone was patient - we worked with Jake who is super nice and down to earth - so it wasn't hard A couple things were missed - when we test drove the car we ultimately purchased - it was still in shipping mode - that should have been dealt with right after we had driven it . It took over a week to decide to make the purchase - guess what - driving it home we discovered it was still in shipping mode - not cool - also the tire pressure sensor we had to bring it back the next morning to be dealt with but Jake handled everything The car and windows were also not washed well - and there was film build up that we ultimately had to deal with. It's still a huge investment even if you are getting a good deal.     Honestly, I never thought I would be writing this review, let alone a five star review…read more In Golden Girls style: picture it, Valencia, 2024... we wanted to buy a new body style Hyundai Santa Fe before the then current promotions ended. I loved the way the car looked, and after driving it, was absolutely ready to get rid of my Ford Explorer. We went to this dealership and had what I would term the worst auto buying experience we've ever had. The salesman was inexperienced and made multiple mistakes, made worse by a manager who didn't correct the mistakes and, instead, leaned into them. Then pressured us to buy a product during finance to justify the great price we negotiated. And don't even get me started on the trade-in... We walked out on the deal multiple times, only to be brought back by promises of more discounts. The only reason we bought the car was the price. We bought it in spite of the dealership. Fast forward to March 2026. My wife was fed up with her Tesla... Skyrocketing insurance rates, skyrocketing registration fees coupled with tremendous interest in our car as a used vehicle prompted us to move out of it into a hybrid mini SUV. She landed on the Tucson, because of its good looks and our familiarity with Hyundai as a manufacturer and the electronics of the car. I reached out to multiple buying services to get current pricing on the car and found out that now is a great time for that particular model as dealers are very much willing to deal on it. As it turns out, AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia had the exact car we wanted in stock so after gauging pricing from multiple dealerships, we reached out to their Internet department (always deal with the Internet sales people, they don't care about losing money) and struck up a text conversation with Hector, the Internet sales consultant who got my lead. It didn't take me long to realize that this is not the same sales person I dealt with a year and a half ago. This guy knew the business, knew the car, and had enough "power" to be able to move the price. Feeling no pressure from him, we went in and looked at the car on a Thursday night just to make sure it was what she wanted and the color made her happy. We were presented the numbers exactly as we discussed them, with a few available discounts pending. We shook hands and made an appointment for Saturday. With everything done, we knew it would be a short visit. And the team at AutoNation Hyundai of Valencia did not disappoint. We arrived at 11 AM and drove off the lot in our new car a little after 1 PM. I never felt any pressure, we knew the deal was done and it was just signing the paperwork in finance. We did buy one product, but felt absolutely no pressure to do it. As promised from my first conversation with Hector, the entire team was different. The salesman we worked with in 2024 had been trained and reassigned to finance, the manager had left the dealership and even the finance manager we worked with was out that day. What a difference working with the right people makes. So a huge thanks to Hector, the sales manager Saher, and finance manager Nef... if you decide you need a Hyundai, this dealership and this team are the way to go. Shumon the manager is horrible on customer service and very pushy. Takes forever more than a day to give me a yay or nay on a number I want. He basically straight up told me then go somewhere else and talked down to me sarcastically. What kind of horrible customer service is that claiming they want to earn my buisness.
