I should have taken a before photo because my car was super gross. The birds had attacked my car and there was so much dirt and debris on my car that leaning against the trunk before getting the car cleaned yielded in me getting enough dirt on my clothes that I now have to go home and change before going out again. They did a remarkable job! These men work HARD. So it's in your best interest to TIP THEM WELL! I went in and 3 guys had called out. They still hustled and got my car, and several other cars, washed and out. They vacuumed so well. When I tell you the amount of dog hair I had on my car matts...ridiculous. The dog drool... ridiculous. They got it all out. I've been looking for a spot to get my car detailed and this place is going to be it! The cost is standard like most car washes, but the difference is my car came out looking more amazing than the other washes. After seeing this place always detailing the new cars from the local dealerships and seeing how amazing they came out, I figured it was time for me to take my Audi S5 for an exterior detail/paint correction. My paint was badly scratched and swirled. After their experienced detail guy got done with my car the results were absolutely amazing. The paint came out far better than I expected. These guys will get your paint looking like a show room finish! The cost for the detail was also excellent. They charge a very fair and reasonable price for the amount of time and work that goes into polishing the car. I will definitely be getting more detail work done from them in the future. read more

Came here with a pretty dirty Forester. Introduced myself to the guy who sets you up with the car wash and asked for the car to be detailed and that I haven't had someone else wash my car in a long time. He said detail is a big word around here and that costs hundreds of dollars (maybe assuming I couldn't afford it) why don't I take a look at your car and see what you need. I said sure and he recommended their Supreme Interior for $80. I had no problem paying for the detail and even asked to bump up the service he recommended so I can be assured they do a good job. So he bumped it up an another $40. When the car was finished the floor mats still had dirt all over them, the carpet under the mats hadn't been vacuumed, air vents were still dirty in the car, the trim all around the interior of the car and near the door hadn't been cleaned. Then he started to tell me the package I paid for didn't include that work. When I asked what my package did include he couldn't tell me. They have 5 levels of "wipe down" and I got the highest but somehow that doesn't include wiping down the trim on the inside of the car? When I offered to pay more to get whatever package would include what I wanted he said no and offered to give me my money back and said I wouldn't be happy either way. I refused to take the money back insisting I came for a good car wash/detail and I'm happy to pay for it but I just need to know which of your many options will clean the car nicely. He had his guys do another once over on the car but still not $120 plus $60 tip worth. I should have just cleaned it myself like I usually do. I would avoid this place as they don't tell you what you are buying and do a poor job of basic car cleaning. read more

Crumbs, spills, sticky spots--everywhere. The team was so friendly and didn't make me feel judged at all. They got to work and did a great job, but what really impressed me was the manager. He walked around at the end, noticed a couple spots that had been missed, and personally had the team go back in to take care of it--no attitude, just genuine care about doing the job right.
