Very poorly managed. Unfortunately this place is losing its quality of business. Hopefully they can get it together again.

This place is hands down the best laundromat in town. I can't believe I did not find out about it until now. There machines are all stainless steel, heavy duty and big. I can be in and out of this store in 1 hour with great smelling clothing, dried and folded. The staff is always helpful and cares, you can tell because the store is always clean. I usually don't write reviews, but seeing as this store is so wonderful and the staff so helpful, I can't help but write this one. Highly recommended! read more

The new woman in there is hella rude. I walked in to check to see how many machines available and if it's crowded and she rudely asked me what she can help me with and when I said I'm going to get my clothes she said that the last wash is at 6pm. I went to grab my stuff quickly and when I came back in with the cart I grabbed in there she stood in the way and said it's 4 minutes past 6pm so I'm shit out of luck. If you work and need to do laundry during the week, this is not the place. Mind you, we checked to see if they were open and it said open until 10pm on google. Maybe mark yourself close at 6pm if that's the case. Waste of time. read more

This place is THEE cleanest laundromat I've ever been to in my life! I live on the other side of town and I drive over here ever other month do wash my comforters because they don't fit all together at home in mine... bummer but I found my regular place now I'm a happy camper!!! read more

I love coming here to do laundry! Stephanie is always cleaning when I go in to do laundry. She is very nice. She is very helpful when I had a problem with a washer she was most helpful and understanding when my sisters and me where still there close to them closing because of one of there washers weren't working. One of there old employees told us they are closing early and we had to drive to different locations to do laundry. She is always doing something not just walking around or sitting down. read more

This place WAS nice. Old lady who managed the desk always smiled when I came in. Laundry services were bomb. But this new manager (White lady, blonde hair. Speaks with demeaning attitude) is one of the worst ladies I've ever met in my life. All she did was berate me for choosing to come in at 5:50 when last call is 6:00. Even though they close at 10? CHECK THE DRYER! I've been here three times total. The first two times were good no problem. The third time I came, there was no on here except me. I had a huge load to dry, I placed them in four different dryers. As they finished I checked only to find my clothes still very very cold and damp. The owner comes up and says "no caliente. yeah no good." Meaning not hot. Okay...why didn't they tell me that as I was drying my laundry. They said none of them worked right now...seriously??? They watched me put them in the dryer and didn't say anything? I waited 35 minutes for nothing. Of course, no money back. Came in to wash my King sized comforter. Very clean, plenty of machines of all sizes, and no charge for laundry card. Good amount of seating with charging outlets and great location near Starbucks, Rite Aid, and Vallarta. Although I dread going to the laundromat, this place makes it less painful for me. I've been coming to this laundromat for a very long time and have had some frustrations with it in the past BUT came in today to see it is under new ownership and spoke to the new owner Art about all of the upgrades and changes that have improved this facility a great deal. I shared all of my past issues with him and have been reassured that these have all been rectified and the improvements to this laundromat are a welcome change. The employees are now bilingual to. I especially like the longer wash times, loyalty program and additional $2 added to the wash card when you add $20. Great place that will keep me coming back! Im sorry but i came 2 weeks ago around 6pm to do laundry but the guy was working there was in a hurry telling me that he needs to go to leave and close the laundry place. And this was around 8pm he closed all the big washers and he told me that he already cleaned and the only available was the smallest one. I have 4 big bags including the blankets so didn't had a choice but to used all 6 small washers on top of that he was rushing me to finish my laundry. He keeps saying im sorry but i have to go. And i told him i thought this place closes at 10pm and its only 8 pm. Long story short; I left with my clothes half dry and didn't bother to fold all my clothes because he said he doesn't want to be late for his second job. When i was loading my clothes to my car he locked the door and saw him drove next store parked his van to dominos!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is unbelievable! read more

Owners really needs to consider who they hired to run their business. Attendant has poor administration habits. Really seems annoyed to answer any questions, manager as well. I really love this place and I will like to see a change. Maybe more cameras to surveillance their performance is my suggestion. (One observation I made was that she spends to much time talking with people and charging her phone) washers are not been keep clean they need a lot of detail cleaning take a look at #44 and #43 from the bottom. Terrible customer service. Two female employees at this laundry mat have continuously harassed me simply because I wash my chihuahuas small bed. I told them to provide me their name and they refused. They are both Latina's, one with a heavy accent and the other one always looks incredibly angry and stands by the door. The last day I used this establishment the women blocked the entrance and told me that I couldn't wash there because I had a dog bed. I told her that Express Laundry in the San Fernando Valley said it was ok since the bed wasn't filled with dog hair. The woman didn't care and she kept following me around to the washer, when the next woman's coworker came in she told her in Spanish to keep an eye on me because I had a dog bed. As I was putting my clothes in the washer the woman came up to me and again told me I couldn't wash. At this point I told her to stop harassing me because I was about to call the Sherrifs station, she didn't seem to care and continued to curse me out in Spanish. I would appreciate someone from this establishment reaching out to me, this was uncalled for and I unfortunately do not feel comfortable using your facility since this incident. I had been supporting this laundry mat for a long time but after this unfortunate situation I just can't imagine walking in there and getting treated in such a poor manner. read more

Very clean, the only problem is the on site manager does not speak or understand english well. you MUST BUY a machine credit card as cash is not accepted in the very well kept machines. the machines, both laundry come in 3 sizes, large, super large, and omg thats big. they are a bit more $ but well worth it. The enviroment is definately a plus. Obviously the place is sliding down hill. The restroom is not well kept and the toilet dirty. All the TVs are on Hispanic cartoons, what happened to the sports. read more

To start off this place ha very great machines and it's very clean haven't had issues or anything but when I went to go do laundry on November 20 th it was irritating because from the time I walked in to the time I left there was this group of ladies that took up all the carts and most of the carts were just sitting there covering machines , just holding laundry and some carts with just holding soap, so many people that went to go wash had to carry everything in because the ladies wouldn't give up the carts even though they had no purpose in basically using them all. It got to the point where people were carrying their wet close from the washing machines to the dryers because no carts were available. When the ladies left the laundromat they left the carts stacked up with clothing still and people could still not use the carts. It was very inconsiderate of the ladies as well as the person that was in charge at the moment because he knew people needed the carts but didn't do much to help. read more

I have been coming to this laundry express for a few years now. I come about once or twice a month to wash my blankets. I have always had great service and I prefer this location because it is very clean. Today I had horrible customer service from a lady named Graciela. My machine didn't start after I put the card in and she told me it was my fault because I had tried to stop the load. However, the load had never even started yet. She had a major attitude and told me she was going to check her computer. When she came back she swiped her card to start the machine very aggressively and walked away mad. I still proceeded to say "Thank you" and she ignored me and walked away. I was very confused as to why she was so mad!!? People like her should not work in jobs that require any type of customer service. read more

Update: gave the place another star. It under new ownership. Part of the reason I docked stars last time was there wasn't enough seating. Now there a tables, benches and lots of chairs. The price of the machines hasn't changed and there are plenty of them. Highly recommend coming here. This place gets the job done... kinda. One time I came and the dryers didn't work, which I only found out after I had washed my clothes. Also, the machines are high efficiency so my clothes may come out with soap still on them occasionally. But for all of its pitfalls, it's not that expensive, they accept credit cards (I hate trying to find enough quarters or cash every week) and I get all of my laundry done in about 2 hours with the big machines. They also have comped me a couple of drys for returning. If I had a suggestion or 2, don't use the detergent pods because they don't always dissolve in the machines and bring a chair if you plan to be there a while. Judge me if you want, but I'm writing this review as I sit on the floor. read more

Customer service is awesome. Clothes are always ready on time and neatly folded. Very convenient drop off and pick up.

The facility is nice and clean with new machines, but here's the rub, you have to use a credit card that you get at the store then have to preload cash on to. It says you are getting the card for a $1 deposit, yes deposit implying that you get that back when you return the card, that's what a deposit is. Of course when you are done with your laundry there is no way to get the remaining balance or your "deposit" back off of the card and the one employee there can't help you and can't give you the owners information, nor can he tell you when they come in, but they are the only ones that can give you your money back. For you trolls, yeah I get it, "it's a dollar get over it", and I will, but it's the GOTDANG principal of the scam that pisses me off. You've got a good store here stop nickel and dimeing me with your bs scam. Now I've got a card worth a $1.75 and a bad taste in my mouth. read more

$20 to wash and dry two loads of wash. That's $80 a month. Way too expensive. Go buy washer and dryer instead.

Have been doing laundry here for over a year now with no problems at all. Clean and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend to all until about 3 weeks ago. When my husband and I saw at 24.99 charge on my card in a day that I didn't come into the facility. Wrote up a complaint for to inform the owners and have not been contacted. I understand that times are crazy now in the world. However contacting a customer to inform them of suspicious charges when asked is common curtesy. I'd checked the last time I came in and charges are debited from my account promptly. The day in question pending the time I can almost guarantee I have grooming charges showing that I was paying the groomer down the street. Highly unfortunate. I still use this facility as I like the location. However I only use cash to fill my card anymore. The laundromat is clean and well maintained. The attendant on the other hand is rude and not helpful at all. I was in here last week and one of the machines I loaded my laundry and paid for did not work. I told the attendant I took a picture of the machine counting down and with the error message and he just brushed is of saying maybe we didn't know how to use the machine and walked away. I asked how to get a hold of the owner so I can ask if he could give me my$8 back and he told me he didn't know how to get a hold of him. I asked for his number because he was just brushing us off . So then he told us if we didn't like it we didn't have to come in there that we had other options to go to. I was being calm and not rude to him. The best laundry mat in town! I come here not often just to wash big things I can't fit in my washer, but this place is great. Always so clean, has a huge variety of washers and dryers. The system they use for the card to purchase things is very easy to use, and the prices are decent. They have places to sit inside, bathroom, snack/ drink machine.. come here for sure. read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.Today while doing laundry I accidentally dropped one of my items on the floor so I pushed stop on the machine so I could add that item, but when I tried to restart it wouldn't work, I explained to the manager what happened and he told me I had to pay again. I told him wtf are you serious I come here every week , but he refused to turn it back without me paying So I paid $14 to do a load of laundry which is complete BS!! I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!!
