I was told "it is what it is!" Apparently I'm not the first to have this issue,someone is eating good on my count. Even though I was charged $300 for 2 pigs I got the meat of one lmao. We never got a call to pick it up. When I called Shawna said they had no record of us wanting the hide. We have documentation that this was a lie. When we confronted her she said kids picked their hides a week after fair. There was no communication this needed to happen and no excuses why they couldn't have called us. Now I have to tell my 10 year old her first steers hide wasn't saved because of a screw up Shawna made that shes not taking responsibility for. Do better business.

I would have liked the bread to be more toasty since we ate the sandwiches there. But, that's my preference; I love more texture in my food. Loved the variety of sausages, brats and beef sticks that we got. The bacon was a lot thinner than we're used to. We bought lots of their dry Wolfsen's seasoning since it's one of my bf's favorites! I loved that the beef sticks that weren't too oily and very tasty. I wish we had gotten more of them! The sausages were so flavorful!! We tried them in a variety of dishes.
