The food was to die for, ALL OF IT! Service was incredible and the restaurant itself was beautiful! I waited way too long to try this place. It's definitely a new fave!

This restaurant almost earned five stars from me. He came here to celebrate two birthdays and we had a wonderful evening and excellent excellence. You may wonder why it didn't get five stars, so I will start out with that. You came with a person who has Parkinson's and a walk getting out of the car and walking does not have ballet and when people pull up to it it's on a busy street and on a short street corner. Parking directly outside the restaurant isn't very effective. Parking around the corner makes it very hard for anybody to go around the corner. There's no valet so you can't just get out of your car and have somebody park your car which would've been the ideal situation and lack of valet is the only reason why this location does not get a five star rating for me When you enter the aesthetics are wonderful it just has great lighting. Beautiful chandelier is a lovely bar that has booths and regular tables. The booth are quite comfortable and roomy easily fitting six people. We had a reservation. I'm unsure why we were put out a booth. I'm sure that was due to the person who made the reservation and didn't clarify we needed a table so getting the person Parkinson's into the booth was a bit of a challenge. However, as I said, they have plenty of chairs and seating accommodate a handicap. Person would've been no problem. Had we just explained that our large party needed a table completely on our fault. The server stored our guest walker, so they didn't hinder the aesthetic with the dining room nor pose a problem which we appreciate appreciated We ordered a couple appetizers: veal meatball, muscles and arancini. I'm not sure which was the best all excellent. The meatball is huge definitely enough for six people to have a little taste. The entrees we ordered were: swordfish, lasagna, pasta with clams, eggplant parm, and a salad with blackened shrimp. The eggplant was huge. Was devoured with lots of "this is delicious", same with the clam dish. The swordfish plates weird. The huge plate makes it look small but I assure you, its filling and also delicious, the lasagna... meh. The salad is more a large side salad- I added shrimp. If it wasnt for the complimentary bread I would have still been very hungry from just the salad. However it did taste good. We got three desserts: tiramisu, chocolate cake and lemon tart. All excellent. The tiramisu is huge enough for two, three people. Truly enjoyed are dinner. Thomisina was our server. Highly recommend her, too. She was very attentive and fun. Excellent service all around. Will go back.

We came for my birthday because I wanted mussels and enjoyed some delicious food. Everything was very good, the vibes are cute, I was able to get a cute cocktail. Our waitress was absolutely adorable and took incredible care of us. If I had to comment on anything, it felt very crowded. We were sitting at a table by the window, and I felt like I was sitting in the tables next to ours, laps.

Celebrated my baby sister's 21st birthday at Valentina's and we had a great time! Cameron Mitchell delivers once again! Top notch service! Our server was very attentive and made her feel very special. We were given 2 plates of the complimentary focaccia bread, which was freshly baked and paired beautifully with the olive oil. We ordered the veal meatball to share, which was a table favorite for sure. The meatball was so flavorful and had a nice subtle kick to it. For our main course, we ordered 4 dishes. Our server offered us a myriad of substitutions/changes if we so chose, but we declined most, opting to have the dishes as intended. But, we really appreciated how open the kitchen was to any changes. To start with, we had the lamb gnudi- this was so unique, the lamb was tender and dish was so delectably creamy! The gnudi were so soft like little pillows. The veal pappardelle was so hearty and filling. The bucatini and clams- we were offered shrimp with it, which was the right move. The dish was buttery but also with a slight kick. The seafood was perfect with it. And finally, the chicken parm. This was the most standard of the 4 main courses, but no less fantastic. We were all very full from apps and dinner, but given that it was my sister's birthday, she received a complimentary dessert. She got the tiramisu, which was a solid classic tiramisu. The only thing we would have liked with the tiramisu was more even soaking of the ladyfingers. Half was perfectly soaked, the other half was on the dry side. Otherwise, a wonderful tiramisu overall. The marscapone was perfect consistency. Overall, we loved our dinner here, and we are very glad to have tried it out. Looking forward to being back!

If you're craving Italian, or a delicious meal with a prime aesthetic in general, you need to make Valentina's your next stop! Their service is phenomenal & they'll make sure you have an incredible experience and wonderful meal! The Spicy Radiatori is absolutely unreal! The pancetta and marinara with the spice is the perfect pasta flavor & adding the meatball is the game changer to making this meal absolute perfection!! need to get an uber refreshing cocktail as an accompaniment to your incredible meal; and this is guaranteed to be a wonderful experience! Go stop on by soon!

I could not have been more impressed with my family's dining experience at Valentina's. First off this restaurant is gorgeous and the ambiance was lively and perfect for a date night or a nice dinner with friends or family. Our waitress Shenita was the best waiter we have ever had. She created such a special experience for my parent's birthday by providing great recommendations and overall being so kind. Lastly, the food was so delicious. Everything we had was fantastic. The bread was so good we got two baskets. If you like calamari definitely get the frito misto. The meatball appetizer and the spicy radiatori were our top favorites. We can't wait to go back again soon! 12/10!

Valentina's is my favorite restaurant in Bridge Park. The ambiance is very upscale and decadent. The food is delicious. I was let down by the service this time around. It seemed like our waitress really wanted to be done with her shift and wanted to get out of there. Within the span of 10 minutes, she came up to our table asking what we would like to eat for our main course, when we had just got done looking at the drink menu and were looking at appetizers. When it came time to box our meals, it was like she had a sigh of relief and had them boxed with our check within the minute. It just felt rushed when we wanted to get drinks, eat, and catch up with the rest of our group. This restaurant is expensive, so rushing us through our meal felt disrespectful. Unfortunately, I am a sucker for the food, so I will be back!

We came here to celebrate our friends birthday, and it was the right choice taking in consideration that it was a special occasion, once we entered to the restaurant, everything was clean and the decoration is precious, the service, starting for the host is really good. We sat down. We had a couple drinks and some appetizers, fried calamari, deep fried risotto and we had complementary bread with olive oil, everything tasted good. Then we ordered our food and for my family we ordered the calzone , pasta à la vodka with chicken and a pizza. The only dish that actually highlighted the evening was the pasta la vodka, the calzone, and the pizza were just average, and to be honest, I was expecting an explosion of flavor, but this wasn't the occasion. I would love to have something else to say about this restaurant, but to be honest, it wasn't anything spectacular judging by the prices you are paying.

For starters, the space is beautiful! Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas are tastefully decorated and very warm and inviting. My group of four was lucky to get a space on their patio. We made our reservation through OpenTable, which I recommend doing because even on a weeknight, they are busy! The service is impeccable. Some of the friendliest and attentive staff I've seen at a restaurant yet. I tried the Hugo cocktail which was my fave when I used to live in Europe. It was tart and refreshing. For my meal I went with the goat cheese ravioli and it was delectable and an excellent portion. I also loved the fresh bread that accompanied the meal. 5/5 stars!

It became my favorite happy hour so far. They have a good food and drinks happy hour menu and you can sit any where at the restaurant. Of course Friday is packed. If you don't have a reservation and don't get there before 5pm, you might not get a seat until close to 6. Service is always good.

Fabulous Fabulous food. Hands down. Everything was fresh and so flavorful. This is the 3rd time I have visited and it only gets better. If you are a tea drinker I highly recommend getting a cup of tea. It was the best cup I have ever had.

I came here for a work dinner. The interior is beautiful and I loved that we got to sit in our own little room. We were quite a large bunch but it felt cozy. Menu is expansive. I was surprised at the versatility. My meal was excellent and so were the appetizers. Though members of my party weren't as thrilled with theirs. The salmon was a little over cooked and cold, per my boss. But my experience was excellent. I loved my meal, I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, and I loved the zero proof cocktail offerings. I'm only deducting a star based on the experience of multiple people in my party. I would still recommend trying this restaurant if you are in town or need somewhere for a large group.

As a Destin, FL native now living in Dublin, OH, I've been on the hunt for the best spots around…read morehere. A coworker of mine suggested this place to me a year ago when I started my new job. After skimming through the reviews I was a bit hesitant on coming here, but honestly I can assure you that the only thing I regret is not trying this place sooner. My boyfriend and I noticed it was in a small plaza and our first thought was that a "hole in the wall" place are usually the best so we were immediately excited. I did make a 6pm reservation after reading the reviews even though it was Wednesday and we were seated on arrival. We noticed the place was starting to get packed so I do agree that making a reservation would be best or try to avoid coming here on the weekends if you have issues with waiting or being crammed in small places. From start to finish, everything was a delight. Here's what we savored: * The homemade bread and butter- simply fantastic. I was going to ask for warm bread after reading a review, but since the waitress brought it out immediately I didn't mind and honestly it didn't need to be warm because it was good as is. The butter IS a true winner. I had to pace myself because I didn't want to fill up too soon! * Apps: WARNING portions are generous enough to be meals! We couldn't believe they were appetizers when it was brought out. Crab Cake- I've eaten a lot of crab cakes and I will say no, this wasn't the best crab cake I've had in my life BUT it was definitely a really good crab cake. Especially one with no breading. It was served with a delicious lemon butter sauce. Whoever wrote that the sauce was "sour" in a review made me giggle while eating this because I mean the sauce has lemon in it... hence the name, but even so the flavors were perfectly balanced and I enjoyed every bite. Fried Eggplant- okay my taste buds went over the moon with this one. An absolute standout. The eggplant was cooked to near perfection, and the creamy tomato sauce was to die for. 10/10! It was such a flavorful dish. Tossed Salad- a fresh, vibrant salad with a vinaigrette dressing so addictive we finished it in minutes. This is a unique salad because of the bow tie pasta in it. The tomatoes and green beans that also come in the salad are a nice touch and very enjoyable. * Entree- my boyfriend ordered the Chicken Marsala and he loved it! The chicken was cooked flawlessly, and the pasta was incredibly soft--possibly one of the best texture I've ever experienced. The marsala sauce was rich and flavorful. Ravioli- I opted for the spinach noodles with ricotta cheese and chose the link sausage. I also asked to have the crumbled sausage added as well (for an extra charge) because I needed to try this sausage that everyone has been talking about..... This Morettis sausage recipe does NOT disappoint. If you don't like "spice" you won't like it because it does have a kick to it, but I enjoy spicy. I will say I'm a fan of the crumbled sausage over the links though. It may be the same thing??? but I could go without the link casing. The ravioli were massive, perfectly stuffed, and absolutely delicious. Dessert: We couldn't resist not ordering and trying the dessert so we took it to go. They were offering a caramel apple cheesecake. After the food coma wore off, we enjoyed it at home, and I fell even more in love with this place. It's unlike anything I've tasted--cheesecake with apples inside is a game-changer! Every sauce and dish was outstanding, bursting with flavor and made with care. Karen took excellent care of us, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a fantastic first experience. We're already planning our return to explore more of the menu. Thank you for a wonderful dinner. This place truly exceeded my expectations!

The employee who helped us was very friendly. We got the chicken parm, Alfredo, pizza, and bread with homemade butter. Everything was delicious. The pasta tasted fresh, the Alfredo noodles were my favorite, and the chicken was cooked perfectly. The pizza was AMAZING. Hidden gem. The crust was soft, chewy, and perfectly crisp, and that pizza sauce is perfection. My only complaint is they didn't have utensils available for takeout. We had a 20 minute drive home and were ready to dig in immediately, so that was a little disappointing. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Half price bottles of wine (up to $50 off), but not a single Cabernet on the menu under $100 so I went with an old fashioned. It was good, but I was a bit surprised a fancy place like this wouldn't use big rocks. Daughter had the espresso martini which was excellent. Their bread is served with an oil and tomato concoction that was to die for. Actually, I'm not sure if it was tomatoes or peppers, but it was crazy good. I think they sell it by the jar. For dinner I had the chicken parm. The chicken itself was okay, with the breading falling off in places , not overly crispy. Also, not overly large, but just fine for one meal. I'm used to taking half of it home, but this was just a bit larger than a half portion I would usually relegate myself to. The game changer was the red sauce. Holy cow was it good! A bit sweat, full bodied, just delicious. I wish they bottled that to take home! It was that good and more than made up for the mediocre service. About that, the waiter was friendly enough, just not that bright or attentive. I had asked for crushed red pepper when I ordered the chicken parm, which he never brought. It seemed that we waited forever for the check, then after paying, I realized I never got my credit card back. Waited for the kid to come back around, but he must have gone to the can to burn a mule, as he was no where to be found. I walked over to the server area and saw my card lying on top of the card reader, which I retrieved on my own. Normally, this experience would irritate me to no end and result in a poor review, but that red sauce was just sooooo good. Will definitely come back and try something else in that same sauce. Oh, and happy birthday to me! The complementary chocolate moose and the presentation was perfect.

The item that disappointed the most was zucchini fritters. They were limp and had no distinct taste. To my surprise, later that evening I noticed there were little to no zucchini inside... only thin almost invisible slivers! I ordered a Caesar salad that consisted mostly of large stalks of romaine lettuce throughout the salad! Maybe, there was less than a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. We arrived slightly early for our 6:00 PM reservation and were pleasantly surprised to be seated about 10 minutes ahead of schedule. The restaurant also wasn't overly busy when we arrived. Unfortunately, the service from our server, Denise, was disappointing. From the beginning, she seemed uninterested in waiting on our table. I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she may have been having an off moment, but throughout the evening the interactions continued to feel rushed and somewhat annoyed. Our drinks arrived in a reasonable amount of time, though there was a noticeable wait before she returned to take our food order. When she did take our order, she didn't mention the fish of the day or Friday specials, and when we asked, she seemed inconvenienced by the questions. The food itself was mostly excellent. The pork shank was delicious, the chicken piccata was flavorful, and the lamb pappardelle was equally impressive. Unfortunately, the fish of the day (salmon) was overwhelmingly salty and essentially inedible. We were never asked how our meals were, so we didn't have an opportunity to mention the issue. As the evening went on, other members of the staff really stepped up. Another waitress was attentive, helped clear plates, checked on drinks, and generally provided the level of service we had been hoping for. When it came time for dessert, yet another staff member came over after we asked where Denise was. We were told she was acting as the manager that evening, and he graciously took care of our dessert order. While the service from Denise left a lot to be desired, the rest of the team did a great job picking up the slack and ensuring our experience ended on a positive note. Everyone has off days, and the quality of most of the food was good enough that I would absolutely give Novella another try.
